Profiler Sarah Armstrong knows what it’s like to be in a sticky situation. As a single mother and one of the few female Rangers in Texas history, she has had to work twice as hard to rank among the best cops in the Lone Star State. But when megawealthy businessman Edward Lucas III is found murdered along with his mistress, their bodies posed in grotesque ways, Sara quickly senses that this will … will be the deadliest case of her career. While others focus the investigation on Lucas’s estranged wife, Sarah disagrees and hunts a suspect only she believes in. Yet nothing in her career could have prepared her for the horror of a young man who believes he has been sent from heaven to massacre innocent people. When Sarah picks up on the killer’s elusive trail, following his scent all over Texas, the psychopath makes her his next target. And as Sarah closes in, the madman sets his sights on all she holds dear. Singularity features a feisty, funny, and tough heroine and a truly creepy killer, as it races along to a chilling and unexpected climax.

Really good story. You will enjoy it, especially if you have Texas connections.
Enjoyed it
I loved the protagonist and will definitely read the next book in the series.
Excellent very topical
Very entertaining I like it very much
This is a great debut book. Texas ranger and criminal behaviour profiler Dr Sarah Armstromg is hunting a killer who has her family in their sights.
One of the best books I’ve read in months. Riveting and true to facts.
This book was a great read! The characters drew me in and the plot line was compelling. I enjoyed reading this do much I bought the next in the series and read it right away.
Good example of a woman doing a “man’s” job in what is considered a man’s profession. Seeing things change.
A slow beginning but got more interesting as it moved along. A good read.
Keeps you interested
I really enjoyed this book and will look for more by this author. This book was very good. It hinted at the killer in the beginning, but had a great mystery of finding the killer and then suspense at the end. It seemed very realistic. I really enjoyed this book!
This story sucked me in right away and the way she described the locals in Texas was spot on, I’m from Texas and she really set the scenery so I could picture in my head where this story took place. You have to love the Texas rangers, they are as impressive today as they were a hundred years ago and a strong woman who has seen unspeakable crime …
stereotypical plot.
As a former Houston resident, it was interesting reading about known settings. The family dynamic was a bit different from the norm, and the characters interesting.
I’m partial since I’m from Texas, but enjoyed reading this book. I could picture the local scenes since I’ve been to most of those places.
I did not likeit
Excellent book with great characters.
I live the n this area so it is very interesting to me. Very well written a little romance but not too much. Good book!!!
Full of unneeded adjectives and descriptions. I couldn’t read more than 3 pages before I gave up on the book.
