Profiler Sarah Armstrong knows what it’s like to be in a sticky situation. As a single mother and one of the few female Rangers in Texas history, she has had to work twice as hard to rank among the best cops in the Lone Star State. But when megawealthy businessman Edward Lucas III is found murdered along with his mistress, their bodies posed in grotesque ways, Sara quickly senses that this will … will be the deadliest case of her career. While others focus the investigation on Lucas’s estranged wife, Sarah disagrees and hunts a suspect only she believes in. Yet nothing in her career could have prepared her for the horror of a young man who believes he has been sent from heaven to massacre innocent people. When Sarah picks up on the killer’s elusive trail, following his scent all over Texas, the psychopath makes her his next target. And as Sarah closes in, the madman sets his sights on all she holds dear. Singularity features a feisty, funny, and tough heroine and a truly creepy killer, as it races along to a chilling and unexpected climax.

Smart. Well written. Good suspense.
wonderfully good story/plot.
Good read
Many times a female lead is poorly written and unrealistic, but the one in this book is what one would hope for in a true life cop- smart, strong and no nonsense. The story moves right along and doesn’t disappoint, either.
Tough sister!
I really like the main character Sarah! This book was a great read and I am currently reading the 3rd book and it’s just as engaging as the first!
Great read!
I liked this book a great deal. Loved the characters and their interaction! Interesting plot as well.
Would have enjoyed this more as a stand alone book instead of the first in a series. Character development was okay. Held interest until the end.
I thought this was a good book, the characters were realistic, I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes a good thriller
Like the characters – went on to buy the other books in the series.
Well written and well-paced. Engaging characters who are easy to empathize with.
Great series, can’t wait for the next one.
This was a pleasurable read. In general, I enjoyed the storyline and the characters. It did, however, seem to me that the romance between the main characters was rather contrived. Additionally I didn’t think the animosity between the police, FBI and the Rangers added anything to the story.
Enjoyed it, will follow the author.
I really enjoyed this book and I look forward to reading other books by this author.
Great characters and story line.
Not what I would call action-packed, but very thought provoking trying to figure out who the murderer was.
I enjoyed this book.
Writing flowed really well… suspenseful
