I’m a planner. I like to know what’s coming next. I plan my days, my holidays, my love life.Which is why, when my fiancé, Paul, unplanned our holiday—and our entire future—just before Christmas, it felt like everything was slipping out of my control. But I didn’t panic. Instead? I planned.I figured a trip home to Oregon to see my family for the holidays would help me forget my failed engagement. … my family for the holidays would help me forget my failed engagement. Or at provide distraction in the form of Mom’s sugar cookies.
The only thing is—you can’t plan the weather. And as soon as I checked in for my flight, my plans were screwed again, and instead of going home for Christmas, it looked like I’d be spending Christmas eve snowed in and all alone at the airport.
When a tall, rugged Irishman offers to distract me, first with chocolate, and then with a drink, and then with… other things… I realize that maybe it’s okay to leave things a little unplanned now and then.
Let it Snow is a standalone holiday novella that was first published as A Holiday Delay. It has been rewritten and re-edited.

I enjoyed this holiday romance. It’s a fairly quick read that is a mix of sweet and sexy. Sometimes plans going askew can be a good thing, especially in this snowed in at the airport story. Dixie, has been dumped by her fiance/boyfriend at Christmas. If that’s not bad enough she decides to fly home and gets stranded at the airport during a snowstorm. This is where she meets Brogan. These two are fabulous together with wonderful chemistry. I really like how their story developed as well as how this story concluded. It’s cute and heartwarming.
When Dixie’s flight gets cancelled because of the snow she ends up stranded at the airport because she can’t even get out to drive back home. Brogan is stranded also because he is on his way to visit his family for the holidays. When he sees Dixie all he wants to do is cheer her up so he sends a chocolate cupcake over to where she’s sitting. Dixie can’t find the mysterious stranger that bought her snack so she savored it alone until he showed up to chat with her. After watching her eat he couldn’t stay away any longer Brogan approached her and they chatted for a bit before he moved on. They later bumped into each other again. They ended up spending the time stranded in the airport together and it became something so much more. What will happen when its time to fly again? Will Brogan keep in touch?
This is a great story I couldn’t put it down once I started it. The chemistry between them is off the charts hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Dixie travels quite a bit and hasn’t ever had any trouble so she doesn’t think that it will be too much of a problem flying out on Christmas Eve. But she soon finds out, she isn’t going anywhere. On top of being ditched by her fiance’, she now finds out she is snowed in at the airport and not getting home tonight. When she goes to get coffee, she meets Brogan. A gorgeous hunk of a guy who she doesn’t think she has a chance so she cuts their talking short. As she goes walking up and down the airport to get some exercise, she passes by Brogan but tries not to look his way until one time she runs into him. Brogan is wanting to get her attention and from there they get to know each other.
Quick yet cute and sexy romance.

This Christmas novella was very sweet and charming with a hint of wistfulness of being away from family at the holidays. Not sure if this is a upcoming preview of a full length novel but hoping it is because I would definitely be reading it if it was. The characters were interesting with a definite intrigue as to the background of their lives and their story to be told. The writing was very good and definitely left me wanting more. Would definitely recommend reading to anyone.

While this is only a short story it is a great fun seasonal read that will draw you in
Dixie likes to have all her I’s dotted and her T’s crossed so imagine her horror when her boyfriend not only wrecks her holidays plans but dumps her just before Christmas but no matter she will head home to Oregon where she will be able to lick her wounds. Only problem is that mother nature spoils her plans when she ends up snowed in at an airport There she meets Brogan a really nice guy who makes no secret of the fact that he is interested in you and you drive him away What happens if you change your mind it can’t be that hard to find a stunning Irish man in a snowed in airport can it. Will they get a HEA you will have to read to see
I loved this well written book with great characters and a smoothly written storyline. The chemistry between the characters is strong from start to finish making for smooth flowing storyline.

What a sensationally romantic Holiday quick read from Delancey Stewart. Dixie is snowed in and stranded in an airport in Maine on Christmas Eve on her way to visit her family. Brogan is flying to visit family for Christmas when is plane is delayed due to weather conditions. When these two meet an attraction forms that quickly blossoms into something neither expected but both have been secretly longing for. Readers will love this cute meet quick read set in a snowed in airport during the Holidays when anything is possible.

Dixie and Brogan are strangers that get stranded in an airport on Christmas Eve. Their connection is huge from the first meeting. They try to make it a decent Christmas Eve together, as much as possible, in the airport. Theirs is definitely a love/lust a first sight with steamy passion in a broom closet kind of story, but also a sweet story about family (Dixie’s) and just going with the moment in a tough situation. Sweet novella for Christmas!
Brogan and Dixie meet unexpectedly on Christmas Eve. The story is short and cute and sweet and full of heat. I really like that Dixie is so strong and capable and independent. I love that Brogan is open and sharing and fun to be around. I like that the story has a uniqueness that is fun and loving.

Super fun and cute, quick holiday read! I want to get stuck in an airport with Brogan. Poor Dixie has her holiday plans ruined by a snowstorm and then totally saved by a hot Irishman. Her life seemed to be spinning out of control until he sent her that cupcake and then managed to turn a catastrophe into a night she wont forget. Definitely pick up this book!
I volunteered to read this ARC for an honest review. I enjoyed this quick story about Dixie and Brogan. It’s Christmas Eve and Dixie is headed home to see family. She is dealing with heartbreak after her fiance broke up with her. But upon arriving at the airport, the snow picks up. While getting coffee waiting to see if the flights cancelled, she hears an deep voice, who then buys her a cupcake. Brogan is an Irish man headed home to see his family after failing at a business adventure. They hit it off. It’s the start to a great HEA.
