I’m a planner. I like to know what’s coming next. I plan my days, my holidays, my love life.Which is why, when my fiancé, Paul, unplanned our holiday—and our entire future—just before Christmas, it felt like everything was slipping out of my control. But I didn’t panic. Instead? I planned.I figured a trip home to Oregon to see my family for the holidays would help me forget my failed engagement. … my family for the holidays would help me forget my failed engagement. Or at provide distraction in the form of Mom’s sugar cookies.
The only thing is—you can’t plan the weather. And as soon as I checked in for my flight, my plans were screwed again, and instead of going home for Christmas, it looked like I’d be spending Christmas eve snowed in and all alone at the airport.
When a tall, rugged Irishman offers to distract me, first with chocolate, and then with a drink, and then with… other things… I realize that maybe it’s okay to leave things a little unplanned now and then.
Let it Snow is a standalone holiday novella that was first published as A Holiday Delay. It has been rewritten and re-edited.

Dixie thought that she had her Christmas and her life arranged with with the perfect man only to find out he is not the person she thought. Spending Christmas with her family is the perfect way to heal but getting snowbound at the airport on Christmas Eve was not what she pictured.
Brogan is snowbound at the airport as well and from their first meeting there is no denying that they are drawn to each other. As they spend time together they become close but is it a case of circumstance or fate?
Loved this quick holiday read! The chemistry between the characters is instant and hot! Really enjoyed the “by chance” aspect of their meeting and definitely wanted more!!
This is a wonderful holiday Novella that shows no matter how frightful the weather you can always find a little bit of good in any day. The characters are strangers that meet while being stranded and snowed in at the airport. It’s sweet with just a dash of naughty. I loved this book and I don’t usually like holiday themed books or movies. Delancey Stewart is a fantastic author and her books should be immediately to the must read list for most Romance fans.
On a side note I’d totally fall for the male character in this book because who doesn’t like a man that’s insanely good looking and has an Irish accent! *SwOONS*
This was a very enjoyable quick read. The story is a fun combination of cute and sweet that is leveled out with a solid dose of realism. So often novella length romances are fueled by an over-the-top plot that requires you check any sense of reality at the door which I admit, can be entertaining but this does often create a read that is all heat and no heart. I’m very happy to say that that was not an issue with Dixie and Brogan’s book. It is a great read that is sure to brighten your day.
This was an awesome quick and steamy read. No one like being stranded at the airport, but running into a sexy stranger with an Irish accent??? Definitely makes things brighter!
Cute Christmas story
This is such a cute quick holiday read. It’s just the right amount of sweet with a nice dash of steam with sexy and sweet Brogan. I wouldn’t mind being snowed in with him.
When you have just been dumped by your boyfriend just before Christmas, can it get any worse. Oh yeah it can, get stranded at the airport in a snowstorm on Christmas Eve. But then you meet a really nice guy, but are you ready. When you realize you might be ready, you have already chased him away. With him stranded at the airport too, maybe you can find him again. When you do, just keep your options open, as you never know what will happen. I loved this one. Things really do happen for a reason, we just don’t always know what that means at the time.

A great short Christmas-themed book by one of my favorite authors! Brogan and Dixie both end up stuck in a small airport on Christmas Eve when a snowstorm suddenly blows in. Dixie has just broken up with her fiancé and is looking forward to some time at home with her family, licking her wounds. Brogan has just suffered a professional set-back.
Delancey makes an airport in the snow sound romantic – quite an accomplishment! You will love the two characters – the gifts they find for each other in the airport are sweet and right on point. This is a really short book so great for an afternoon read.
I voluntarily review an Advance Reader Copy of this book for an honest review.
Loved this cute novella. Quick fun read that will warm your heart when you are finished. Dixie and Brogan were such a cute couple. The chemistry between them was so good. Who knew being stuck in an airport would be so much fun?

Another great book by Delancey Stewart. I really enjoyed Dixie and Brogan’s story. These two had an instant connection and a night stuck in airport. An interesting read.
I just completely enjoyed this great novella! This is really about taking chances and stepping out of your comfort zone. Dixie and Brogan are stuck at the airport during a snowstorm and after a few stalls, sparks fly for real. I loved this holiday romance, it proves that magic can happen during the holidays!
Cute, fast read. Dixie and Brogan meet when they are both stranded at the airport. I loved how sweet Brogan was to Dixie, and there was some steaminess too!

A snow storm, delayed airplanes and the magic of Christmas are the main ingredients of this cute romance. The characters are likable, the story never boring and I was a little sad to see it end so quickly. I wouldn’t have mind staying with Brogan and Dixie for a few more pages!
Dixie had been dumped by her fiancé and now she was heading home to lick her wounds and spend Christmas with her Family in Portland, Oregon. She had noticed that it had begun to snow heavily when she arrived at the airport, but she was still shocked to find that her flight might be canceled and when she looked out the window she was beginning to see the snow piling up… Not much later she heard the announcement that her flight had indeed been cancel. She had been in line to get a vanilla latte when she heard the announcement… She meets a panty melting Irishman and after several starts and stops they realize they are attracted to each other…Will being snowed at the Boston airport lead to a romance with the tall handsome Irishman..
Nobody wants to be alone at Christmas and especially not when your relationship has just ended. Now is the time for Dixie to go home. But due to the heavy snowfall, all flights are canceled and she is trapped at the airport. There you can have anything if you have nothing planned. Like a living Christmas present with the name Brogan.
A sweet Christmas story that will leave you warm when you turn the last page

This was short and sweet and sexy!
It was a perfect little Christmas story.
I listened to the audiobook, which was narrated by the author herself. She did an amazing job!
This was a great quick read. Something to tide you over during the holidays.
A delightful quick read, with plenty of heart, and a dash of steam. Well developed characters and great chemistry between them. Perfect for an afternoon break from reality!
