A stand-alone USA Today bestselling comedy from your favorite snort-laughing duo! LiamThe moment Sadie Matthews walks through the daycare center door, I feel my world tilt in her direction. Again. I fell for her when I was fourteen, and I’m still not over her. Problem: she still thinks of me as a teen she used to babysit. But I’ve learned a few things about pleasing a woman in the last fifteen … a woman in the last fifteen years. I can’t wait to show her how good it could be. I need to move quickly before I lose her again. This is more than a game to me, but I still plan to win.
Sadie
I’ve just survived the worst year of my life. As a single mom of twin toddlers, I don’t have time for a man. I barely have time to finish a thought. Who knew that Liam McAllister would grow up to be so devastating? He’s everything my husband was not: tall, built, and willing to have a tea party with my girls.
I can’t possibly get involved with him. He’s too young for me. Too handsome. But he’s so persuasive…

Q & A about Boy Toy
Q: Is this really a stand-alone?
A: It really, really is. No experience necessary. Jump in anywhere.
Q: Will the age difference between Sadie and Liam vast?
A: Not at all! It’s only weird to Sadie because she’s going through some things. Funny things. And Liam’s take is… You’ll see. His inner teenager has a few things to say about the situation and you will not want to miss them.more
This is such a fun series and each book can be read as a standalone. This book will have you laughing.
Sadie is a single mom of twin girls and isn’t ready to get back into the dating scene. When she sees Liam at her daughters daycare he is all grown up. He isn’t the same 14 year old boy she use to babysit. He always had a crush on Sadie and now that he’s grown things might be different.
Sadie and Liam have a sweet relationship and he is so good to her daughters. I loved Liam. This was a fun book and my favorite in the series.
Now that Sadie is single and in need of a new nanny, as the previous ones has not worked out so well for her, she decided to put her twin girls in daycare. So when she drops them off on their first day she is freaking knocked on her ass when she meets their daycare sitter. None other than Liam McAllister who she use to babysat.
Liam use to have a crush on Sadie when he was a teenager and once he sees her again its still this crush never ended. Since Sadie’s divorce and even before that she has had a dry spell and who better to cure her from that than Liam McAllister who happens to be all grown up into a hot ‘dish’ of a man.
Liam can’t believe that all his teenage fantasies are coming true. But even though he feels so much more for Sadie than just a teenage crush, all she sees is boy toy and she is just in this for the sex. How will he convince her that he wants to be so much more than her boy toy??
Sarina Bowen writes amazing romance stories. And this one was no better. I loved this series. It was funny, emotional, dramatic and the chemistry between Sadie and Liam was so HOT!!! I definitely enjoyed every minute of this book. I’m hoping there will be another book that will let us see what happens next with all these couples!!! 🙂
I really loved Boy toy it would be the first book that I’ve read by Sarina Bowen and I already want more . I like seeing older woman younger man romance I find them really refreshing and unique . This is the third in the Man Hands series but can be read as a standalone but the other two will land in my kindle as soon as my fingers one click them . The story line was amazing thought the way Liam and Sadie meet well meet again was super cute and the fact that Sadie was his hot babysitter that he had a huge crush on was just wow . Sadie was a fantastic heroine my heart broke for her when we find out more about her past relationship then pretty mush having it shoved her face but she gets the last laugh with her romance and her awesome kids . Liam was WOW that’s what I gotta say about him the way he is with the heroine so sweet while also being very naughty and oh my gosh the way he is with the kids is just swoon worthy everything about him hits dream man territory . This is a must read one click as soon as possible you wont regret it highly recommended .

Readers of Sarina Bowen and Tanya Eby’s Man Hands Series have had a front row seat to the disintegration of Sadie Matthews’ marriage as well as her self-esteem after her husband cheated on her and left her to raise their twin daughters alone since he couldn’t be bothered to stand up and be a father, and like Brynn and Ash, we’ve felt helpless as Sadie’s life imploded and she was left to pick up the pieces of her heart while also ensuring her baby girls are cared for and happy.
I think readers will all agree that it’s beyond time Sadie gets her happily ever after and now that her douchey ex is no longer tearing her down, the hope is that she finds a man who would love and cherish her and her twin daughters the way they deserve, and even though Sadie never imagined it would be someone from her past who steps up in a huge way, it becomes more than clear, through his words and his actions, that this guy wants to claim Sadie and her girls as his own and if Sadie gets out of her own way, she’ll see that he’s everything she never knew she needed and wanted.
I can’t imagine how difficult it is to be a working single mom of TWINS; Sadie is wearing so many hats at once and while she thinks she’s doing an awful job, it’s clear she’s doing the best she can with how her life has turned out and she needs to cut herself some slack and take time for herself or she’ll quickly burn out.
All that Sadie has to deal with as a divorcee, a mom, and a woman in her thirties makes her an extremely relatable character and readers can easily put themselves in Sadie’s position and identify with her guilt, her feelings of inadequacy, and the fact that somewhere along the way, she lost herself by being what everyone else needed her to be, but eventually, with a little help from her friends and Liam McAllister stepping into her life and proving that he’s not the teenage boy Sadie once knew…he’s a grown man who has so much to offer than just his pecs;)
I absolutely ADORED Liam…his fourteen-year-old Liam thoughts and comments…his passion for childhood development…his ability to corral a bunch of toddlers or even a set of rambunctious twins who have such different personalities…he’s like the toddler whisperer and his attitude, his patience, and his easy going demeanor are huge assets for the type of job he has, but it’s also those characteristics along with his intelligence, his thoughtfulness, and his ability to know exactly what Sadie and her girls need that proves to Sadie that Liam will never and can never simply be her boy toy because he deserves more…he deserves all of her and despite her fears and the fact that her head tries to control her heart and even her body, he’s her person, which means that Sadie needs to find a way to see beyond their age difference and realize just how good she and Liam are together, and how much love, passion, and kindness he adds to her life and the lives of her girls.
Boy Toy is definitely my favorite out of the three Man’s Hands stories; Liam is a miracle worker when it comes to, not only kids, but a certain woman he’s fantasied about and had a crush on since he was a teenager. He demonstrates in almost every scene that he’s the kind of man that Sadie needs and deserves and he works hard to prove that he’s the right choice for Sadie as well as Kate & Amy, and he even works his magic and puts Sadie’s ex and his own parents, particularly his father, in their place. Liam brings the old Sadie back…the one who laughed, swooned, and felt beautiful and with Liam by Sadie’s side and her girlfriends at her back, she feels beyond good enough and proves to herself that she is one heck of a therapist, a mom, a friend, a lover, and a woman.
Sadie and Liam’s story is a sweet, funny, and steamy read, and I enjoyed every minute of it, especially every interaction that included Sadie’s twin girls because they’re beyond cute but they’re also quite the handful and there is never a dull moment when they’re in the mix of things, and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way.
4.5 Poison Apples
5 Stars
Boy Toy is the third addition to the Man Hands series, co-authored by the writing duo of Tanya Eby and Sarina Bowen.
This title has everything I look for in a romance, it’s not only sweet, and fun, but steamy and passionate.
This pair have an intriguing history. As a teen Sadie was Liam’s baby sitter, whom he lusted and fantasised about from afar. As adults the tables have turned and Liam is caring for Sadie’s children and their five year age gap seems much more surmountable.
The hero of this tale, Liam is not your typical alpha. He works with children, and from someone who works in the same field he’s incredibly with them. He’s not only loveable and endearing but insanely hot! What’s not to love about a sweet, kind, caring, thoughtful and compassionate man! Not to mention he’s several years our junior to the heroine Sadie.
Sadie is a single mother, her ex is kind of a scum bag. She’s strong, capable, and intelligent, but the break down of her relationship has left her vulnerable, and feeling lacking. She’s incredibly relatable, from the inadequacy and guilt she feels in having to put her children into child care, to her censure of her figure and appearance.
The chemistry between Liam and Sadie is undeniable. Their connection is passionate and steams up the page.
I loved their fun, flirtatious, witty and down right charming banter.
Overall Boy Toy is a fabulous story line, not as slap stick funny as the previous books, but more emotional. I adored Sadie and Liam and cannot wait for more of this series. I loved seeing a glimpse at the previous characters throughout this storyline, as well as intriguing new possibilities for future titles.
Single mom Sadie and her adorable twins won my heart.
Sadie is so out of the dating scene since her failed marriage and I enjoyed that when she meets Liam (who is from her past & younger than her), she jumps back into it with him, her own boy toy.
This book is funny, heart swooning, super cute, and sexy.
Age is just a number and teenage fantasies can sometimes come true as in the case for Liam to Sadie.
Liam stole my heart with his caring and devoted love to Sadie’s twins as well as his love towards Sadie.
Enjoyed how Authors Sarina Bowen & Tanya Eby gave us an all around page turner of an entertaining read.
An amazing standalone to one click and enjoy.
5 stars plus!!!
Hands down best rom com ever!!!
Best rom com book I have read this year, 2018!!
So many emotions came over me as I read this incredibly well written story about Sadie and Liam!!
So many laughs!!!
Quite a few tears!!
Liam McAllister is the most swoonworthy and sigh inducing character!!!
Sadie has her hands full with twin girls and an ex who leaves alot to be desired!
But when these two get together! Fireworks !!! The sizzling connection is off the charts hot!!
Liam had Sadie as a nanny growing up and needless to say his fantasies are nothing compared to grown up Liam!!
This is the best ROM COM!! Can be read as a stand alone!
My hat is off to the duo of authors who wrote this bestseller!! Well done, so cannot wait for more!!
Liam and Sadie were a fun read with its hints of moments that you want a strangle a secondary character, cough cough her ex-husband, and lots of laugh out loud moments.
Sadie was a cougar, lol. She babysat Liam when she was 20 years old and he was 14. What she never knew was that he had a huge crush on her at the time and it never disappeared 15 years later. Throw in the fact that her two year old twin girls were smitten also with Liam makes for a fun read. Sadie was hesitant at first because of the age difference but Liam made her forget about all of that. Also her two bffs were their biggest fans. Sadie had insecurities thanks to her ex but Liam made her feel like the most gorgeous woman in the world.
There were hiccups but nothing or no one could separate these two. I loved Liam and Sadie’s twins relationship. There were his girls and in their eyes he hung the moon. I just enjoyed this book overall. Even the ending will have you laughing.
Here’s the thing: I don’t like rom-coms and anything remotely chick-lit. I just don’t. That genre and me don’t mix. While I love a good chuckle and a hearty laugh-out-loud situation from time to time, it can easily get too much for me, that one more flat joke has my eyes stuck to stare at the ceiling because I rolled my eyes one time too many. So why the heck would I volunteer to read BOY TOY and even give it 4 stars you ask? That’s easy: Because I have serious problems turning down a Sarina Bowen book. Le sigh.
And thankfully, BOY TOY is a lot more than a simple rom-com – it even has less slapstick than the previous one. Ha! Absolute win for me, as I deal so much better with the funny-sweet type of jokes which this one has.
Sadie has escaped her disaster of a marriage and is consequently the single mum of an adorable set of 2-year-old twin girls. Having tried several nannies, which all have been nothing short of a disaster, she decides to put them into daycare, even though it’s one of the hardest decisions she ever had to make. On the first day she drops them off, she is confronted with a figure of her past: Someone she once “babysat” who anything but the 14-year-old teenager she used to know – this guy – this MAN – is someone to knock her off her feet…
This may not be a May/December-romance by any means, but I loooved that the hero for once was younger than our heroine! And I loved that he surprised in his maturity, in the way he handled her girls, how he was with Sadie and didn’t take society’s opinions but did what he loved and thought was right. A real wonderful man and far more than boy toy material. Swoon.
A story to make you smile and swoon, with little to no drama but tons of sweetness and a romance that I thought was stronger than the one in the previous books. It’s definitely a good thing I gave this one a chance. 😉
I Simply love this series from Sarina Bowen and Tanya Eby. Boy Toy is flawlessly written with the perfect blend of funny mixed with sweet and steamy. This is the 3rd book in the series and feature on Sadie after her life has imploded with the discovery of her cheating husband.
Sadie seems to be stuck at the moment, she feels like she is failing at life after having to give in and put her cute girls into day-care. She just never expected to find the person that is in charge of her little princesses is going to be such a hottie. Talk about totally swoon-worthy and ovary twitching watching his interactions with the beautiful twin girls. Throw in the fact that she used to babysit him and her head and other body parts are at war with the want/need to climb him.
Her ex is quite the douche so its lovely seeing the contrast in Liam to him. He’s hot, sweet, caring and puts the girls first, something their father never seems to do.
I think this was my favourite in the series! Liam, plus Sadie’s girls = total hotness!
Nothing compliments a balmy summer day then a romantic comedy with well-defined characters and hot sexy times. Boy Toy by authors Sarina Bowen and Tanya Eby, is a fun read that kept me entertained and smiling. I read this book from cover to cover in less than a day because the narrative was too good to put down. This is the third book from the Man Hands series and it can be completely enjoyed as a standalone. However, I would recommend reading books one and two as well, because laughing tears are so worthwhile.
Psychologist Sadie Matthews is a single mom to the cutest twin toddlers, Amy and Kate. Her ex-husband is a real douche, so sometimes she feels like she is raising three children. When nannies 1, 2 and 3 don’t work out, she has no choice but to take her girls to daycare. This is where she runs into Liam McAllister, one of her charges from fifteen years ago. Twenty-nine year old Liam is a hottie, six years her junior. He is doing research for his PhD in child development and working at the daycare center is a piece of his project.
Liam has been in love with Sadie since he was fourteen, and now he has the chance to fulfill his teenage fantasies. Getting Sadie to see him as an adult proves to be quite difficult at times, but his amazing kindness and bedroom skills eventually win her over. Sadie finds it hard to believe that she is desirable, thanks to her ex’s negative way with words. Luckily, she has Liam and her two best friends to help her realize how attractive she truly is. Liam and Sadie evolve their sex only relationship into something much more, which provides them with a wonderful happily ever after.
I loved this book! Not only are Sadie and Liam realistic and genuine, the secondary characters have personality and wit, which adds depth to the humor filled plot. Amy and Kate are beyond cute, and their antics made me laugh over and over again. Sadie’s sister Megan is the funniest character of them all, with her ability to talk a mile a minute, her no-holds-barred honesty, and her use of the “f” word during dinner conversation. The older woman, younger man trope is perfectly executed, and I truly felt Sadie’s misgivings about being labeled a cougar. Don’t pass up the opportunity to read Boy Toy!

Boy Toy is the third book in the Man Hands series by one hilarious duo, Sarina Bowen and Tanya Eby. You can read each book as standalone but I do recommend reading the previous books since they are so fucking entertaining. Brynn and Ash found their happy but now it’s time for Sadie to find her Boy Toy!
Sadie is in shock when she sees him. The hot man who will be watching her two year old twin girls for nine hours a day. Kate was not the only one who wanted to climb him like a tree. What shocks her even more is when he tells her him name. Liam McAllister. The same teenager who she babysat for one summer along with his younger siblings. He is definitely not a teenager anymore. He is all man. A twenty-nine year old man she couldn’t stop thinking about over the next few weeks. But she couldn’t go there. She was ready to date. She thinks. But, there is no way he would look at her that way. She wasn’t some hot co-ed, she was a mom to twins and stretch marks.
Liam hasn’t seen her in fifteen years but his fourteen year old self still wants her. His twenty-nine year self wants her even more. He fell for her at fourteen. She was a beautiful twenty-year old wet dream and now she is a thirty-five year old MILF. She doesn’t seem ready to date but she sure as hell needs some relief and he could give her that. He is so willing to volunteer as her Boy Toy if she accepts his offer as one. She might think he is in for just a fling but it’s so much more.
Liam and Sadie’s relationship is not easy. It’s not just the two of them. Kate and Amy love Liam but Sadie doesn’t want them to get too attached. Liam and Sadie have an expiration date and don’t want their hearts to be broken when that day comes. Will it be too late?
Awe! I loved this book! Liam is everything. Sweet, sexy, funny, loves kids, smart, and protective. Sadie is stronger than she thinks, beautiful, and the best mom. Together, they have to navigate their story. It’s a sexy one that is for sure but it’s also beautiful.
Overall…I loved every minute of it! I laughed, swooned, cried, flushed, and laughed some more. I am hoping there is another book to this series! It looked like a certain someone needs to find their way.
Quotes:
God, are they actually biting him? That would be terrible.
I wonder if I could join in?
“I don’t know how you do it all. The kids. The job. The house. Do you ever sleep?”
“Every other Tuesday,” she says.
“Oh hell yes. We both need some very energetic sex. You’ve been a nun for two years. And I’ve been waiting half my life to get you naked. Our time is now.”
In this older woman – younger man story in the Man Hands series from Sarina Bowen and Tanya Eby, Sadie is a struggling single mom of twin toddlers (even writing that gives me the shivers and not in a good way) when she reconnects with someone from her past. The boy she used to babysit is all grown up — and he’s got feelings for Sadie that he wants to explore, and do they!
This light-hearted story is just right if you are looking for something sweet and sexy and a nice dash of humor. Is there anything more sexy than a guy who loves and can connect with children? Makes my heart melt every time. Sadie and Liam have good chemistry in all the places it counts.
So if you are looking for something sweet and romantic, this might be the book for you. This is a standalone story — you don’t need to read the first two books in the series. Boy Toy is the favorite for me in the series. Lots of fun!
Nothing is sweeter than a single parent romance – unless you up the ante by making the single parent a mom of twin toddlers. You’d better brace yourself for cuteness overload in Boy Toy, the third standalone rom-com in the wildly entertaining Man Hands series.
Sadie is raising her two-year-old twin girls alone with virtually no help from her loser ex-husband. Like many women, she’s trying to balance motherhood with a career and is left feeling frazzled, guilty, and unattractive.
She used to babysit Liam when he was a teenager and Sadie was in college. He’s a man now, and what a fine specimen he has grown up to be! He looks after the twins at the new daycare facility the girls attend. Liam and Sadie’s surprise reunion reignites the huge torch he has carried for her all these years.
I liked that their age difference is addressed, but is not an issue that is beaten to death. Sadie is, however, self-conscious about her post-babies body, and it is difficult for her to believe that a hot younger man would be interested in her. The process of her getting her groove back is both sweet and funny.
Holy Mother of Ovaries! Liam can change a diaper, weight lift a toddler on each arm, diffuse temper tantrums, clean laundry on his washboard abs, cook a delicious meal, and make sweet, sweet love. At the same time. Basically he’s a panty dropping manny superhero. Seriously though, his intellect, sensitivity, and love for young children make him impossible to resist.
If you’re looking for a charming romance that will make you swoon and laugh, you should definitely check out Boy Toy.
Making me laugh is no easy feat these days. I feel like romcoms are all written the same and they all struggle to keep my attention.
Except this one.
This is some bit of sorcery right here. Not only did it make me giggle – out loud – more than once (and in public), but I had this peculiar feeling of being excited to read the book while I was actually reading the book. This sort of breathless anticipation to see what was coming next, and a sort of delighted feeling to get to spend time with Sadie and Liam.
I mean, Liam.
Talk about a guy I never even saw coming. I’m not really sure there’s anything more sexy than a man who is good with kids. Except maybe a man who is good with kids and also kind of nerdy and funny and kind and sweet and lavishing you with unwavering adoration. That’s pretty much the holy grail of sexiness and, in a nutshell, that’s Liam McAllister. Slightly over-eager and a smidge over the top sometimes, it was all part of Liam’s charm and I just completely adored him. The time he spent with Sadie’s twins? I just…I mean…I can’t even describe that level of adorableness. My heart never even stood a chance. It belongs to Liam now, and I am 100% okay with that.
Having been with this series from the beginning, this book felt like a reward. I loved getting to see all the happy couples together in all their zany, ridiculous glory. The friendships going on here are every bit as rewarding as the romance – and that’s saying a lot. There were just…a whole lot of smiles for me while reading this and that’s basically the highest praise I can award.
I swear this writing duo just keeps getting better, and I sincerely hope that we’ll get more from them in the future. Boy Toy was an absolutely perfect balance of laugh-out-loud funny and heartfelt emotion. It was smartly written, charming and sexy as all get-out. It’s the whole package and I loved every single minute of it.
I don’t know if there are any more book sin the works for these two, but I know they will be one-clicks for me because these rom-coms are un-put-down-able! Sadie is living the tough life as a single parent to twin girls. There’s truly no “me time” when every moment matters to two little humans. But when Liam pops back in to her life, the boy (now man…VERY much man) she used to babysit, new desires pop up that she hadn’t planned for. Liam’s had a 15 year crush on Sadie; and the time apart has been kind as ever to her. His feelings haven’t changed much, if not more carnal for the sexy single mom. But it may be an uphill battle for him to win over her jaded heart.
I loved Sadie from the moment we were first introduced to her in the preceding books. But don’t fret readers! This can be read completely as a standalone. Headstrong and a capable mama bear, Sadie starts to see her ex for just who he was and decides to fight for things that make HER happy. When a drunken night speaks some of her sober thoughts and Liam proposes they take their desires to the next level…well who WOULDN’T turn down the sexy manny. Not only is Liam drop dead sexy, he’s charming and funny, and absolutely loves his job taking care of children and bettering their futures in his studies. He’s a case of sexy nerd meets studly young man!
Not only does Boy Toy address Sadie’s desires for Liam but also her ability to accept herself as a mother. She’s been through years of put-downs from her now ex-husband and its going to take more than flowery words from Liam to convince Sadie to see her true beauty. These two both fall head over heels for one another but what seems like mountains to climb are simply issues to overcome. Filled with laughter, adorable little girls (hello HELMET ridiculousness!), and some epically gut-busting embarrassing moments this rom-com is once again a fave from Bowen & Eby for me!
I truly enjoyed reading Boy Toy by Sarina Bowen and Tanya Eby, the third book in their Man Hands series. I laughed and swooned so much. A single mother of twin toddlers just trying to find her new normal and the devastatingly handsome younger man she cannot want, right?
Sadie Matthews wants to be a good mother. And though she feels like she is floundering in life sometimes, she really was a strong and determined woman. Liam Matthews may be younger than Sadie, but he is all man now. He was sexy, sweet and just wonderful with her daughters. They were both great characters and I just loved them!
Sadie does not want or need anything serious right now. Her marriage was a disaster before it ended and now she needs to put her girls and herself first. And well, Liam is five years younger than her and she used to babysit him. But he is no teenager anymore and he wants more. Can he convince her he is so much more than just a boy toy before its too late?
I absolutely loved reading every moment of this book. Boy Toy, though an amazing RomCom, is also very heartwarming. It had great characters and I loved the dynamics not only between the adults, but also with the girls. This was a great read an one I highly recommend!
4.5 stars! Read and reviewed for Sultry Sirens Book Blog.
Happy reading!
She smells like flowers. She smells like moonlight and secrets and wishes.
I love this duo. Bowen and Eby write as one brain, their collaboration is seamless and deceptively simple, and their stories are hilariously funny, yet tender-hearted. I am a fan for life, and pray they never stop!
Liam fell in love with Sadie when she spent the summer babysitting him and his siblings. Fifteen years later when she walks into the daycare center where he works, all those feelings and thoughts fourteen-year-old Liam had, come to life.
I have a confession to make, Sadie says.
Fourteen-year-old Liam immediately reacts. Please say you want to touch my boner! Pleeeeeeease!
Sadie is a newly divorced, single mother of two adorable twin girls. She’s not only gorgeous, she’s smart and crazy funny. Sadie has to let go of her fears, the guilt associated with her divorce, and the “I shoulds” and “should nots” in order to find happiness. She’s convinced dating a younger man is a recipe for heartbreak. And if she had a relationship with Liam, it wouldn’t be long before he would find someone younger, sexier and prettier than she.
No, No no no no! Thou shalt not perve on the younger man! Shut up, hormones! Oh, hell. I’m a cougar.
Liam is such a contrast to the man Sadie divorced. He is loving and kind, tender and smart. He cares about her and her girls. And he’s good! Good to her and good to them. It is his goodness that frightens Sadie. She can see a life with him, but in a few months, Liam is leaving to continue his doctoral studies, possibly in a foreign country. And then, what? Where will that leave Sadie and her girls? It’s easier to keep him as her side piece than to risk her heart again.
Sadie’s sister, Megan is AWESOME! I want my own Megan! She’s her sisters biggest cheerleader and always willing to help out with her girls … **taps the screen** Hey, Bowen and Eby … Megan is getting her own book, right? RIGHT?
Saddle up, cowgirl. Do It. And yes—it’s a legit thing that some men love cougars. And that’s what you are, right? The horny divorcee out for the prowl for the young stud, ready to educate him and…
Tears. I cried tears! Not just from the hilarious moments, but from the touching ones, too! My heart broke for Liam, he is so good and he deserves good! It was hard because I understood Sadie’s fears, and “mom guilt”, and wanting to do right by everyone, all the while putting her needs, and happiness aside.
In this stand-alone story about first loves, second chances, and self-realization, Bowen and Eby bring us a heart-warming, funny story about a man with a 15-year-old crush and a woman who believes she’s too old to be loved.
I was provided a review copy by the author. This did not influence my opinion of the book nor my review.
Is there any genre this author can’t write ? I’ve read her deeply emotional stories her recent YA book and now a Romcom and I loved them all.
Sadie is a busy single mum of adorable twin girls and after disastrous experiences with nannies she decides to put them in daycare. This decision brings Liam back into her life, yes she used to babysit him & his siblings but don’t be put off by the age difference because it’s really not that big.
This was a lot of fun to read, from Sadie with her friends to Liam’s inner musings I was either smiling or laughing. It was good to read about a man who was the day care worker and let me tell you he can look after me any day. He really is the sweetest sexiest man I have no doubt you’ll fall for him like me.
This was a beautiful story from start to finish and I would definitely recommend it.
