Great characters. Good read. Thank you.
I know I say this about every Carrie Ann Ryan book I read, but it’s always true – I LOVED THIS BOOK; can I say 5 middle fingers(LOL)!
Liam and Arden pulled at every one of my heartstrings. The way no matter what was going on in their life they had each other back. And don’t get me started on Arden’s brothers-I need more of them. Plus, I can’t wait to get to know the Boulder Montgomery’s even more. This was a great start to this new set of cousins.
Thank you, Carrie Ann, for the little surprise update about our Denver clan. Hopefully, we will get more in the other books in the series.
A new Montgomery family from Carrie Ann Ryan!
Thank you for giving us more Montgomerys
Liam is part of the Boulder Montgomery’s and he is the eldest son with two younger brothers and a sister. While attending a friend’s wedding his attempts to save his sister from harm has him taking a visit to the ER where he ends up sharing a room with Arden.
Arden is the youngest of the Brady family and has four older overprotective brothers. She lives with the pain of her disease on a daily basis and her latest episode has resulted in a visit to the hospital, a situation she has had more experience with than she would like.
They share an instant chemistry and connection and even though Liam has her number they lose touch after they leave the hospital. Liam has just received news that has turned his life upside down and questioning everything when he runs into Arden by chance. They have more in common than either realized but will Liam be the one man who can handle the restrictions her disease has on her life?
This is a great start to a new series that leaves you not only wanting the stories of Liam’s siblings but the stories of Arden’s as well.
Ok first off i love all these characters! That being said I still want to slap Liam upside the head and tell him to pull up his “big girl panties” and give his parents and family a break lol. This is a great story between 2 people struggling, one with a family secret, one just wanting some kind of a normal life. Together they give you all those feelings you love, happy, sad, funny, romantic, and yes wanting to slap Liam silly. Can not wait for the next story!!!
As usual Carrie Ann Ryan has given us another exceptional read. This time it’s the Montgomery’s in Boulder with Nate, Liam, Ethan and Bristol the disaster. We read about Liam in this book, the ex model and now writer. I my heart broke when the huge bombshell exploded. Reading it did conjure up some tears especially after the injuries he suffered from the scaffold falling at the wedding they attended. More tears came as I read about Arden and her illness, what she was going through and how it affected her life as a whole. I absolutely loved Bristol. She was so funny and would love a sister or friend like that. The two sets of alphalistic brothers who not only cared and fought for Arden but also cared about Liam. When the gloves are down and times seem hard you just know that some who are tenacious and brave will overcome obstacles life throws at them. Will Liam and Arden find their HEA or will Arden’s illness be an obstacle to high?????? I can’t wait for Ethan’s book.
I love this book!! Liam and Arden are so good together. They each of their own story. You can tell when they work together they are so much better together. They fit together. I love all the secondary characters. You cannot go wrong with any of Me. Ryan’s books!! Cannot wait for more!
Wrapped in Ink
Wow, I really enjoyed Arden and Liam’s story, I think Jasper was absolutely adorable and stole the scene quite often
The Narration was also pretty good
Liam and Arden were great. I loved their meeting at a hospital as this was a different way to meet. She is in there for treatment of her disease that won’t ever be cured and he has an accident at a friends wedding. After meeting and he gets her number, an event at home sends him for a loop and he doesn’t call. When they happen to meet again he doesn’t make the mistake of not setting up another meeting with her again. Slowly they learn more about each other. Liam starts to realize that what started as a bit of a distraction from his recent problems may be leading to something more. Arden also has to decide how much to let Liam in to her life. Great characters and chemistry and I loved learning about them. Fantastic read!
I’m loving this new addition to the Montgomery series! Arden and Liam’s story is amazing and such a breath of fresh air for anyone with autoimmune issues! I loved every minute of Arden’s journey. Liam’s path had its own twists and turns that he had to deal with (no spoilers from me so I won’t give it away) that you will love seeing play out. Real life issues and you will not want to put this one down!
Two of a kind! Liam Montgomery’s story is here and so we begin a new series in Bolder. Liam has his quirks but so does Arden and these two together are perfect. They have so much in common and meet in the most unusual but perfect way. I enjoyed how much these two led the same lives, but I have to say that Arden was my favorite character. She shows strength with an illness that is not known to many because it’s so silent. But I now understand more about it because of Wrapped in Ink. I loved Arden’s companion, Jasper.
Liam is going through his own life changing events when he meets Arden and it adds so much to the story. The importance of family is all over this book and it showed how comforting family is through all the chaos. Liam and Arden are the piece of the puzzle the other needs to finally let go and be happy.
Wrapped in Ink is the first of the Montgomery Ink: Boulder series. It’s another spin off from the original Montgomery series but you can pick it up even if you haven’t read any of the others before.
This book gives the story of Liam and Arden. I love both of these characters. They are both dealing with a lot of personal issues and it makes for a really interesting story.
As usual, Carrie Ann Ryan knocked it out of the park with this awesome book. I love the Montgomery clan and all of its extended families as well. I can’t wait to see what this series has coming next. I received this book in exchange for an honest review.
Absolutely loved this amazing beautiful intense emotional love story of Liam and Arden Grabbed my heart
Ready for more
I absolutely love Carrie Ann Ryan’s books and for this reason among many, she doesnt sugarcoat anything. In this story Arden has lupus, an autoimmune disorder and Carrie Ann portrays her life in such an amazing detail its like she knows every single nuance and subtlety that Arden is facing and feeling – add to that Liam’s problems and you have yourself a sweet and touching romance that is true to life and wonderful while at the same time informing the reader of something important in a lovely way and still taking me out of my crappy life and into another amazing Montgomery family X so want to be a part of this family – doesn’t matter which branch, it’s the tree I love x
Wow, Wrapped In Ink yanked on my emotional heartstrings right out of the gate! This story was endearing and wonderful in the way that only the strength that the Montgomery’s can give us. And now we have the Brady’s another family that breathes overprotective love and strength. I loved how Liam and Arden developed their relationship. And Arden’s dog, Jasper was an added bonus! You’ll just have to read the book to enjoy his antics.
While this story is more of the Montgomery’s that we know and love, if you haven’t read any of them before you can start here without missing anything.
How, how on earth is this the first Montgomery Ink book I have read? What is wrong with me? I adored Liam and Arden. Liam.was all hot and sexy and a little growly, and Arden was inspiring. I can’t wait to see what happens next, and go back and read all the previous books!
This is another great Carrie Ann Ryan book. Liam and Arden are such a great couple. Liam has just had his world tossed upside down and is struggling. Arden has a terrible autoimmune disease and just can’t seem to catch a break. This was a very emotional read. My heart just broke for Arden. Carrie Ann Ryan handled the issue with grace and dignity for her character. The writing is just incredible.i read this in one sitting. I just couldn’t put the book down.
Thrilling, sexy, fun and engaging journey filled with exciting charters, witty banter, heart jerking twists and thrilling passion… was an emotional read that kept me glued to my e-reader having to know more. Loved it! Looking forward to he next visit to Boulder.
What a wonderful book. Liam and Arden make such a great couple. He is so supportive of her and lets her know he is not going anywhere. And Jaspar is so sweet. I love that he keeps getting into colors and how he knows what his mommy needs. The Montgomeries are so strong and support each other through thick and thin. Once Liam worked through a shocking find, he figures out his family is his rock. I’m waiting on the bonus epilogue but I really loved this book
