Loved Liam’s and Arden’s story. Another favorite of mine in the Montgomery series. Carrie Ann Ryan is an awesome writer that just gets better and better. Definitely worth the read.
What can I say, this Carrie Ann at her best & we get to read more about the Montgomery’s. This is another set of Cousins of the Montgomery family.
It so great to read about more of them, as some have popped up on other books. Loved the extra bonus chapter too, can’t wait for the next book!!!
I have been in love with the Montgomerys from Delicate Ink years ago and with every new book that comes out for each of the cousins I feel a little bit more a part of the family. The events in Liam’s book were a complete shock. I usually feel like I saw it coming when big things happen, but this through me for a loop. One of my favorite things about Carrie Ann Ryan’s books are the real life issues that are part of the books and stories. They aren’t an after part or a fluff mention. They are intertwined with the story from beginning to end. Both Liam & Arden deal with issues throughout the book that make them the solid couple they are. Love, Love, Love, I can not wait to read Liam’s siblings book with the rest of Montgomery Ink: Boulder, and Arden’s brothers books in the Promise me series.
Just when I thought I couldn’t love Liam anymore than I already did. He just had to be totally amazing and loving with Arden. The Brady’s and the Montgomery’s were so much fun to read about. Everyone needs to find themselves a Liam. Being truly in love means you take the good and the bad and embrace it with all your heart. On a side note, Jasper for the win.
Wow!!! Carrie pulls no punches with the beginning of this one! Liam has been the fixer in his family for as long as her can remember. When an accident at a wedding turns his whole world upside down the last thing he expects is find peace with the beautiful patient he met in the ER. Arden figures between her overbearing brothers and her illness she is destined to be alone. Liam is a surprise, but a good one, and one that won’t leave her alone. This love story filled with doubts, anguish, and guilt but also forgiveness, understanding and an unconditional love that will tug at your heart! I LOVED it!
Liam and Arden packed an emotional punch. Both for very different reasons, but both for very valid reasons. Their hope and optimism was just as powerful, and made me love them even more. Where Arden knows who she is, and has long since accepted it, she didn’t think she would have more. Liam had everything figured out and was secure in his world, until his very core was shaken. A chance meeting, twice, and they found in the other what they didn’t even know they had been missing
Wrapped in Ink is a fantastic addition to the Montgomery Ink saga. I love that the author looks outside the box and believes that everyone should have their happily ever after. I LOVED Arden and her fantastic outlook on life and her resilience. I’d already liked Liam from his bits in other stories but getting to watch him fall was terrific. This story will tug your heartstrings and make you smile.
Wrapped in Ink is the first book in Carrie Ann Ryan’s newest series Montgomery Ink: Boulder. This is Liam and Arden’s story and we meet both of their families with lots of siblings. Hoping that means we will have a lot of books with these characters. Loved this story which dealt with a serious medical issue that impacts a lot of people. This a definite must read.
There’s a true beauty in Strength but it comes in many forms. Could be in the way you treat a random stranger or to being there for the ones you love. Arden shows Liam its in the strength she shows even when at her weakest.
I love the Montgomery’s and am excited for the Boulder series (and maybe Arden’s brothers for a spin off series??). Wrapped in Ink is Liam and Arden’s story. Writing a main character with a chronic and often debilitating disease could have gone wrong, but Carrie Ann Ryan does it in a realistic way that brings awareness about those with chronic diseases and that they too can have their HEA. I loved it and look forward to Ethan’s story.
I was Wrapped up in all the “feels” in this book…
Taken with these characters from the very beginning. The drama for this Montgomery family may be different than for the Denver family, but it’s just as heart wrenching. Liam is very enigmatic, protective, and in his own way happy go lucky. Arden is so brave. She’s had to put up with feeling badly and being in hospitals for so long she could be bitter or could totally shutdown. Instead she tries to make the most of every day. They both need a distraction, what better than each other. This sweet falling in love story is thought provoking and spicy hot, don’t miss it.
Wrapped in Ink is the first book to the Montgomery Ink Boulder series and this one starts us off with a highly emotional and heartwarming story. Liam and Arden cross paths and with just one smile this might just be more than a fleeting moment. As a shock discovery turns Liam’s life upside down Arden might be a welcome distraction. Arden has spent her life in and out of hospital and also watching people walk out of her life as it all becomes too much for them. Can Liam finally be the man who can weather the storm at her side or will her illness, his own problems and her very overprotective brothers be too much. Their story grips you hard and will have a stronghold on your heart until the very end. Liam and Arden’s story will touch not only your heart but will dig deep into your soul. A poignant journey of love in the most profound way.
This story was so emotional. Liam has his world turned upside down and the bright spot is Arden who is living with a debilitating disease. The more time they spend together the more attached they become. Arden is worried that Liam will leave and Liam feels helpless because Arden won’t ask or take any help. They both have families that love and support them and are nosey as all get out. As they work to figure out who they are individually they also figure out who they are together. Loved this story even with all the feels.
Liam and Arden’s story is very touching and filled with mixed emotions. You may need tissues but most of the story is happy and heartfelt. The Montgomery family stick together even through the tough times, life isn’t always easy and Liam and Arden find their strength in each other. Another great story by Carrie Ann Ryan.
Sometimes things in life are just not what they seem as Liam finds out. Arden knows that life is not always perfect but lives her life as perfect as she can. When these two come together you get one of the biggest emotional rollercoasters you could ever find and together they learn the biggest lesson of all…nothing and no one needs to be perfect to love and be loved.
Fantastic read. This is a story within a story, and both are excellent. The Montgomery’s are always worth reading about and the Boulder Montgomery’s seem to keep up the tradition for problems and solutions. Carrie Ann Ryan always delivers.
