Good story! Zeke and Reagan have known each other for a long time. They’ve both been through rough times. He’s still getting over the death of a loved one; and she’s still getting over the loss of a child. They decide to join forces against her family and the attacks on his family. As they navigate both of their difficult situations, one thing becomes clear. These two damaged hearts are calling to each other, not as just friends but as forever lovers.
The book is part of the Texas Cattlemen’s Club Series, so there are characters mentioned from previous books. This story has some unresolved issues with Zeke and his brother Luke’s company. You’ll need to get the next book in the series if you want to see those issues resolved. While I felt some of the story could have moved a little faster, overall it was a good read.

This is the 3rd book that I read by Naima Simone and I must say I’m a fan of her books and “Trust Fund Fiancé” is book # 4 in the series.
Ezekiel Holloway is the cousin of Harley Wingate and he’s twin to Luke Holloway. This is the 3rd book in the (Texas Cattleman’s Club: Rags to Riches) “The Paternity Pact” and Reagan and Harley are best friends.
This an awesome fake fiancé romantic story. It has all the bells and whistle that will make you want the remaining authors to hurry up with their parts of the storyline.
Reagan made a mistake as a teenager that her late grandmother and her father will not let her forget which lead her now deceased grandmother to add a clause to her trust fund that she left for her and her father is all to willing to carry out the plans. In order for Reagan to receive her trust fund she must marry an upstanding citizen and someone her father deems fit. Reagan, has matured and is a very independent woman and wants to do something good with her trust fund by opening up a facility for unwed mothers to help out with whatever they need.
Ezekiel steps up to help Reagan out by faking an engagement so that she can receive her trust fund. There’s nothing fake at all about the arrangement. They both have strong feelings for each other which makes this a great read. Even though the Wingates are having issues of their own with someone doing everything they can to take down the company Ezekiel is still willing to help Reagan out.
Reagan’s father is a hard man to like he’s controlling and insist on continuing to set Reagan up with men that are unworthy of Reagan.
Waiting patiently for the remaining books, I’m anxious to know who is sabotaging the Wingates.

Reagan needs a fake fiancé to claim her inheritance. Ezekiel (Zeke) needs a marriage of convenience to help stifle the scandal his family is mired in. Can two friends make it work, AND keep their hearts intact?
Naima Simone always delivers the sexy and the emotion, and Reagan and Zeke give both those in spades! I loved them together, their obvious love for each other, their serious chemistry, even though Zeke waffled more than once. But most of all, I loved how Reagan finally stood up for herself and believed that she deserved better than all the men in her life had been giving her. I haven’t read the other stories in this series, but after having read and loved this one, I will definitely be reading them all.
Tick off all the boxes, Trust Fund Fiance’ has it all.
Fake fiance’, check.
Marriage to receive inheritance, check.
Younger cousin’s best friend, check.
Lots of drama and gossip around town, check.
Hot, alpha male, check.
Sassy heroine that learns to stand up for herself, check.
Regan Sinclair and Zeke Holloway each have their reasons for agreeing to the crazy scheme, but love has a way of sneaking up when they least expect it. I loved how Regan finally found the balls to stand up for herself! Another great read from Naima Simone!
So, apparently today is my day for leading couples with big trunks of heavy emotional baggage. Reagan is living with a pain in her heart and a “secret shame” that no one outside of her immediate family knows about. It’s warped her belief in and view of herself. Years later, Zeke still feels the grief of his fiancée’s tragic death. This pair might be the answer to each other’s problems, but they could also destroy what’s left of one another. I loved all of the angsty drama in this book. The Sinclair parents were a bit much to take at times, but I think I’d rather have too much emotion in a book than not quite enough. It certainly made it easier to connect with Zeke and Reagan to see all their vulnerabilities and know what was going on behind their polite social masks. It also makes me want to get my hands on all the other books I’m missing from this foray into the TCC.

I have always been a fan of the diversity of the Texas Cattleman Club series. From romantic suspense to heartaching emotion, every author delivers. Simone is no exception. She pulls at the heartstrings with backstories that stay on your mind and embed themselves within your heart. What begins as a beautiful mess becomes a journey of healing of the soul. Zeke and Ray are full of contradictions. Both are protectors of the people they hold dear, but most vulnerable when it comes to protecting themselves. Broken by life and yearning for a chance to be happy, will the pain of the past prevent their chance at a future?
This is book 4 in the Texas cattlemens club series. It is a friends to lovers romance. The characters are great the story line has drama suspense and Passion.

I love MOC (marriage of convenience) stories and Trust Fund Fiance is the perfect example of this type of story done right! Two intelligent individuals, both a little heart-worn, come to an agreement and then the sparks fly! Zeke & Reagan’s chemistry was palpable from their very first interaction on the page, and I really enjoyed the push and pull of their relationship. Nothing makes me happier as a romance reader than seeing a couple that thinks they’re going to remain emotionally detached completely fall for one another. Major SWOON! Reagan and Zeke are equally strong, supportive partners and I’d happily continue to read more books where they were the featured couple.
My favorite scene in the book: the engagement party. Like Zeke and his brother, Luke, I fell a little in love with Reagan’s take charge attitude! She was a force!!!
Once again, I find myself impressed by the author’s writing style. She penned a fantastic story, full of the emotion and chemistry I’ve come to expect. Great character and world building, plus a super satisfying romance that left me wanting to immediately read the next book in the series!

There is a mystery involved in here that goes hand in hand with Ezekial and Reagan’s story that adds to the drama and edge. I was hooked from the beginning and was rooting for them to push through even in the face of all the obstacles in their way.
Classic Naima Simone!
Angsty, steamy and everything in between!
Reagan is stronger than everyone thinks and the perfect one to knock down the walls Zeke has built around his heart. He never stood a chance!
This was an enjoyable, emotional, sexy, and quick read. The characters had so much chemistry and storyline was definitely interesting. The family dynamics and relationships and friendships were important to the storyline. One of the I liked most was the realness of the characters.

I loved the book, the characters and the abiblity to create my idea of the wonderful town of Royal, Texas to me in this tale. Although I haven’t read the other parts of the TCC- Rags to Riches installments, I noticed I missed some background, but that didn’t preven tme fromm falling in love with this sometimes sizzling hot love story.
Reagan Sinclair needs a husband to claim her inheritance and give her the freedom she desperately needs. Ezekiel Holloway’s proposition to her is to give her just that. But when family scandals force Ezekiel to end their fake engagement, the heiress comes up with a counterproposal—and they elope to Vegas after all! Is there something more than mere convenience at stake here?
Author Naima Simone is a masterful writer of romantic stories. Trust Fund Fiance is no exception. This book is deliciously sexy with a well-built plot. Ez and Reagan are two people who enter into a marriage of convenience and had to deal with their pasts in order to move on with their future. Beautifully executed, this book is a roller coaster of intense romance and raw family emotions. This book is AMAZING!!

How do you handle the expectations of family? Do your choices get mired in fear of disappointing them?
These are some of the questions Ezekiel and Reagan face in the story. Is the solution a fake engagement or marriage? What happens when
the feelings become very real?
I liked this turn on the fake engagement trope used in this tale. The characters were different to me in their reasoning and choices.
I found a lot of this to be very entertaining and I found myself cheering for both Ezekiel and Reagan.
This is part of a series of stand-alone novels called the Texas Cattleman’s Club.
Love fake relationship stories and this one is steamy and packed with emotion. Grab this swoon-worthy, page turner.
I really enjoyed enjoyed this storyline of Friends to Lovers. The characters were so well developed and I could feel their up and down rollercoaster emotions. The pain of Reagan Sinclair’s past hurts by her teenage love crush leaving her and her parents disappointments of her life choices. Ezekiel Holloway’s past hurts of losing his parents during his late teens and long time girlfriend Melissa to death in his early twenties.
Now Ezekiel is helping to run the Wingate family business with his brother Luke and someone is trying to bring down the company. In the meantime Reagan wants to get her grandmother’s inheritance she left Reagan so she can open a home for unwed pregnant girls. The downside is there is a stipulations that Reagan is married to a suitable man that Reagan’s father approves of or she has to wait another 4 years until she is 30 to receive her inheritance.
Ezekiel comes up with the idea that him and Reagan get married so she can get her inheritance and after a year or two they can divorce no strings attached to each other.
I love the way both Ezekiel and Reagan had a friendship with each other but because of both of their past hurts both didn’t know how to let go.
There were times I wanted to cry which is not me when reading a book, choke the crap out of Reagan’s parents especially her father, slap some sense into both Ezekiel and Reagan at times and those love scenes WOW.
My attention was held from the beginning until the end and I was left wanting more and not the end. I hope the author will write a second book because I can see some more stories from Reagan and Ezekiel along with Luke, Aunt Ava and Aunt Piper.
I highly recommend this book to read especially if you love a page turning romance, steamy, friends to lovers family drama storyline.

I received a ARC copy for my voluntary review. My review is of my own honest opinion and thoughts.
Very enjoyable and moving fake relationship romance! Zeke and Reagan’s story completely enthralled me. I loved the snarky humor in this story, the banter between Zeke and ‘Ray’ was so entertaining! It made a nice foil for the heartache and loss both main characters also carry with them. The chemistry between Zeke and Reagan is also more than a little seductive and simmers between them constantly, even when it still remains unspoken. The real magic happens when Zeke and Reagan see beyond the other’s carefully crafted public persona to the truth that lays beneath, and the way they find comfort and acceptance with each other. My heart ached the most for Reagan, the loss in her past so heartbreaking, made even more so by her parents, especially her father’s horribly misguided response. The writing was excellent, evocative and insightful, and the character development was incredibly nuanced. I loved how much Zeke and Reagan grow throughout the story, letting go of their grief, guilt, and other’s expectations.
I love this cover so much and it feels like I’ve been waiting forever for this book.
Naima Simone ahas written a wonderful marriage of convenience story that I could not put down. These characters have the chemistry the rooting factor and everything you could ask for. Regan Sinclair and Zeke Holloway Reading this story was like being able to go to a different world and right now that is what I needed. Regan Sinclair and Zeke Holloway has me not putting my book down. Seeing how these characters are friends and work together and fall in love. I am now going to read some of the books in the adjacent books.
