Continue the journey! Lawson wants what is lawfully his, but Banks is prepared to fight for his bride. Banks and Tia haven’t consummated their marriage. He’s done waiting. But he isn’t like her other husbands. And while they both have a love for learning, Tia is about to get an entirely new sort of education. Banks is ready to teach his wife a few things about his dark desires. The world outside … desires. The world outside their bedroom though, is darker still. She has to get pregnant to stay in Alaska, but carrying a child is a death sentence. Finding a cure is all that matters. And time is running out for Tia. For everyone. It’s time to crack the code.
The Wife Code is book four in a six-book dystopian romance series. The passion is high but the stakes are even higher. Tia and her rugged husbands are in the wilds of Alaska fighting for their lives – and for their love.

I thought the story and books got better in the Men of Alaska series as they went on! I thought Banks was such an unknown I was pleasantly surprised with his vulnerability. This was definitely a 4.5 stars from me, the emotions Banks emoted definitely made the story feel more real. I think some of the superfluous stuff took me out of the story a little bit, which is what made me keep from giving it a 5 stars on here. I am a nerd in real life (engineer) so the science part of the story in this book was great (some might not have liked it). I enjoyed all the events that happened in terms of plot (my heart was not happy with some haha) but I thought it progressed well and didnt keep doing 2 steps forward and one step back, if you know what I mean. I loved Banks slightly darker side, esp in the bedroom (not super dark compared to what I normally read but he is definitely the darkest of the bunch. I went right into book 5 because I needed to know how they got through that reveal towards the end of the book!
In terms of narration, good job by the narrators once again. I thought Soren did a good job with becoming Banks and being detached in the beginning but slowly succumbing to Tia and the light she brings. I thought one of the most precious moments was when they went to the secluded trip and Banks finally opened up a bit more and the interaction with her guys and him there. I thought Beth did a good job again with Tia and the rollercoaster of emotions she goes through. With standing her ground about her background, to worrying about being pregnant or not. Narration easily gets a 4/5 from me.
Overall, one of the better ones of the series, if you like dystopian, contemporary RH romance, you will enjoy this story.
The Wife Code is a great addition to the Six Men Of Alaska series and this author duo write amazing together. In this book we get to know Banks who is very intelligent, likes control and wants to get to know his wife better. This book starts where book three left off and we get taken on quite a journey of adventure. I can hardly wait to read book five to find out what happens next for Tia and the guys.
The Power of a Woman!
OMG this series has gotten so intriguing and had me on the edge of my seat! Never underestimate the power of a woman! Tia has managed the impossible, she is breaking through the wall Banks has around his heart….Now she has all 6 husbands at her beck and call and all are willing to give their lives for her even Banks. As they prepare for the hardest thing they must get through in 2 months time, or Tia will have to go with her betrothed, Banks is working hard at the lab to make it work out so she can stay with them and not hand over the list of fertile women to Lawson.
There is a surprise in store for them all, will it be good, or bad?
I can’t wait for the next book…..
This was an excellent addition to the series. I really enjoyed it.
I knew there was so much more to Banks. Finally we get to see what was hidden behind his cold and callous demeanor. My heart broke for him. At the same time it also filled with joy and hope for him too.
It was wonderful to see the relationship between Banks and Tia change as she chipped away at the fortress surrounding his heart.
I can’t wait for the next book to be released.
