The worst, …
Please bring me a new boss for Christmas. Mine is the worst. The worst, hidden in a six foot tall package of male perfection. It’d be easier if he looked like an old Scrooge, wouldn’t it? Nick Saint-Croix doesn’t look like an old scrooge. He’s hot as-Um, never mind. Just bring me a new boss. Please.
Sincerely, Holly Winter
If You Give a Jerk a Gingerbread, Book 2
Dear Santa,
I do not want Keller James for Christmas. I will not fall for him, no matter how charming or irresistible or famous he is. I will not be swayed by his skills in the kitchen or by his British accent. I’m going to win the Great Gingerbread Bake Off and no one is going to stand in my way. Not even Keller. All kisses are off. I mean all bets. All bets are off. And all his clothes. Grr, never mind. I’ll figure this out myself.
XOXO, Ginger Winter
The One Night Stand Before Christmas, Book 3
Dear Santa,
Please stop by my house and pick up your suit. If you thought I was going to run it to the dry cleaners for you after you left it on my bedroom floor, you’ve got another thought coming.
Best, Noel Winter

Bk1
What a perfectly formed Christmas package. I can’t wait for book 2 & 3. This novella has everything I look for in this type of story. A sassy heroine, a hot hunk, plenty of cinnamon and festive cheer. Plus it was written by Jana, so there is plenty of witty banter and steamy goodness.
Bk2
Ginger & Keller are a fab couple for a Christmas romance. He woos her by spending time with her doing every day chores. Ginger can’t believe Keller, a tv chef would want her, but her does and wins her heart with the best gingerbread house ever built.
Bk3
We’ve met Noel before in the first two stories from Reindeer Falls. Now we get her story in the third helping from the festive town. Noel Winter loves Christmas as much as her sisters, but neither of them have had a one night stand with Santa. Not thee Santa, but Teddy the library picture taking Santa. The hot, flirty Santa. This is a fun read for a snowy winter night, or that much needed break from the festive chaos.
This is a fab collection
Audio review from January 2020
The Boss Who Stole Christmas
I enjoyed this story but didn’t love it. I did love the couples connection and I did love how it was wrapped up.
Others called this abuse of power and such but I do not feel it was that since it was explained in the end how they were both attracted to each other from their first meeting. This could have been explained better in the beginning though.
If You Give A Jerk A Gingerbread
I adored this story! You could feel the chemistry right off the bat! The flirty banter was perfection!
Their instant connection but shy uncertainty of how to approach a romance was adorable!
The competition show aspect was perfect for their falling in love! This could have easily (from a readers POV) been turned into a full Christmas novel!
I love the sisters witty banter too! So fun!
The One Night Stand Before Christmas
I loved this story! The flirty banter was grand! The Chemistry was electric once they reconnected.
The twist was cute as all get out!!
I also love the updates on the other two sisters during the epilogue!
Erin Mallon is amazing as ever!
Audio happiness bottled up just for us.
Erin Mallon is becoming my favorite narrator and is totally overshadowing the stories here. Still, the stories are the perfect silly fun I needed. Imagine this will be my new go to listen. Awesome! Erin and Jana Aston seem to fit like a glow. Bring it on! Glad to see there is more of that combo on offer. Happy December to me!
This is a three novella collection in one book.
The Boss Who Stole Christmas, If You Give A Jerk A Gingerbread & The One Night Stand Before Christmas make the first of the Reindeer Falls compilation and as you would expect from Jana Aston there’s much shenanigans and misinterpretations before each couple gets the holiday season happy ever after. Each novella is filled with lighthearted banter, steamy get-together and the most magical of all. Love in a Christmas themed town.
Jana’s awesome Christmas trio all in one volume…including some holiday themed recipes at the end.
Most of them are mentioned in the stories and so after reading this you can experience a taste of Reindeer Falls also.
Set in Reindeer Falls. These three stories focus on the Christmas loving Winter sisters: Holly, Ginger, and Noel and their hot, humorous, ho-ho-holiday HEA.
The Boss Who Stole Christmas
Fast, fun, STEAMY read!!
This book so put me in the holiday spirit! Holly Winter LOVES Christmas. She lives in the town of Reindeer Falls, which makes the holiday a year round experience. She also hates…but maybe not so much…her new boss, Nick. She thinks of him as the Grinch. Scrooge.
LOVED this book!! Nick and Holly are steamy!! And cute!! And we meet her sisters, whose stories we’ll be reading next.
Who knew an advent calendar could be so naughty? Probably everyone, but me. lol.
Jana has given the opening story in a fantastic holiday series!! Full of her signature down and dirty naughty fun and humor.
If You Give a Jerk a Gingerbread
A mouthwateringly delicious confection of holiday romance!
I wanted gingerbread or gingersnaps or cheesecake by the time I finished this book! Not only can Jana give us hot, hot, hot chemistry between the hero and heroine, but she also knows the right buttons to push talking about all those delicious sounding treats!!
And can I have a Keller show up to make me breakfast, please?
Ginger is the sweet sister. She is absolutely adorable. She can’t even not be adorable. But luckily for her, her TV celebrity crush finds her adorableness so very sexy! She may have been sent to fantasyland when Keller showed up in her kitchen praising her cookies, but he was just as smitten with her.
She can’t believe her luck. What are the chances? Especially once she realizes he’s competing against her, not judging the gingerbread bake-off. She certainly doesn’t expect him to spend his time wooing her.
I love Reindeer Falls. And these three Winters sisters? I love them! I can’t wait to read the final book!! Ginger and Keller’s sweet, spicy story was so satisfying!
The One Night Stand Before Christmas
I loved Noel & Teddy’s Ho-ho-holiday HEA!
This Christmas trio is complete!! I love these sisters, and Noel’s story was the icing on the gingerbread cookie!!
We knew she was up to something, but a one night stand with Santa Claus? Talk about embracing the holiday spirit.
Noel is asked by her co-worker to help with the kids seeing Santa. And btw, Santa is being played that night by her (the co-worker) brother. Her unemployed, living in the parent’s basement brother.
And so we meet Teddy. The handsome, sexy, definitely interested in Noel, Teddy.
He is a fantastic Santa…and after work hot cocoa leads to a hot hot hot one night stand with Santa. (Don’t worry, no Santa suits were used to feed some strange Santa kink.)
Except Teddy is not who Noel thinks he is and we have a bit of a post coital surprise for Noel when she next goes to work.
Hilarious, hot, hot, hot, and absolutely fantabulous! I love Reindeer Falls!! I hope Jana brings us another trio next year, because I adored this one.
I received a review copy. I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
Leave it to Jana Aston to fix “those” holiday movies and transform a tired, sometimes aggravating trope into a glittery Christmas tree of fun, flirtation, and angsty fun compete with her signature over the top heroines. I’m not really a Christmasy person and I adored this trip to Reindeer Falls. . If you love to laugh and need a bit of giggly escape before you hit the mall, grab a copy and settle in with some hot chocolate and cookies. They are the perfect mix of sexy, silly and sweet with the quirky heroines, snarky heroes and heart that are an Aston trademark. It will cure your bah humbugs.
5 Christmas stars
I inhale everything that Jana Aston reads and the first 3 Reindeer Falls in one collection is pure perfection! These books are hilariously funny with just the right amount of heart. It’s everything you’ve come to expect from Aston and you will love each of these stories. 5 stars
Welcome to Reindeer Falls and get ready to get your Jolly On ! I loved my quick trip to this quaint holiday town that was overfilled with holiday spirit. I was certainly given the Christmas spirit and bug with this one! Holly & Nick are sassy, funny, have amazing witty banter and yes have Christmas chemistry that is off the charts. Oh My and the crazy version of the Advent calendar was hilarious !!! A fabulous cast of characters also are present and I am excited to see where Jana takes the other quirky funny sisters !
This was such a great office romance !

Loving this deliciously funny holiday series !! Let’s jump into the holiday with Ginger and Keller.

She is a talented baker, loves Christmas , wants to share her talent with her town by opening a bakery and heck her name is Ginger !! The competition is steep when she finds out that they are including amateur and professionals in this program! When an innocent run in with Keller a popular food channel chef knocks her off kilter it is an all out race to the finish . Keller has found himself in a quaint little town that not only has the best Christmas spirit but has the loveliest little baker that he has ever seen. He cannot help but be pulled into her sweetness, her moxie, talent and she is maybe everything he never thought he wanted ! Can he woo her even though she is eyeing him as the competition ….Keller is bring his A game to this party!! Loved it !!
~~Michele McMullen ~~
Oh my word I fell in love with these wonderfully charming quirky sisters and their escapades in Reindeer Falls!! Noel and Teddy are delightfully refreshing, charming and then we throw in a case of mistaken identity which becomes so much fun! Teddy & Noel have quirky off the charts chemistry that leads to a whirlwind holiday romance that will leave you swooning . Noel was quite comical with her antidotes regarding Santa and she certainly has no filter when it comes to her opinion….loved it !!Now we throw into the sisters having such a comical loving connection that is truly a joy to be pulled into ! I was loving every moment in this fabulous cast of characters adventures together ! I certainly enjoyed my trip to Reindeer Falls …Thank you Jana !!!!
The Boss Who Stole Christmas
Love when enemies (at least perceived enemies) cross that line and become “friends” so this book was right up my alley. It is a short, quick read with so much heart and fun that you’ll fly through it and enjoy every moment.
Nick and Holly are great together and the things they do will make you laugh and make you sweat (in a good way). Get yourself in the holiday spirit and read this book. I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy of this book and you should add it to the top of your TBR pile right away!
If You Give A Jerk A Gingerbread
Keller and Ginger are great in this one! It was so enchanting that I read it in one sitting, on my lunch hour. I definitely need a Keller in my life — so charming and thoughtful. If you enjoy quick reads with characters you can love, this is the book for you. I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy of this book and you need to add it to your TBR pile.
The One Night Stand Before Christmas
This was a very short, very entertaining Christmas story with some mistaken identity thrown it. As the third of three sisters (Noel) get their HEA, we get to meet a sexy Santa who isn’t who she thinks he is. I read this over my lunch hour so if you are looking for a fun, quick holiday story with plenty of heat and a bunch of laughs, this is your book. I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy of the book and thoroughly enjoyed every moment.
The Boss Who Stole Christmas: This is GOLD!! From beginning to end.
THE most endearing heroine you will absolutely fall in love with because her inner monologue will have you giddy and excited with a huge smile on your face at all times! From beginning to end.
THE most charming hero you will root for and get all hot and bothered over. *swoon* From beginning to end!
THE most humorous, lovable, and captivating story you will read this holiday season! From beginning to end.
Jana is a master at rom-com. No doubt about it. It is a pleasure to put aside my workday and read one of her stories. This made me happy!!
If You Give a Jerk a Gingerbread: Once again, GOLD people!
I love this little world that Jana has created with these three sisters and Reindeer Falls. When I read this story, I was transported back in time to my own childhood and a town called Colonia Tovar about 40 miles west of Caracas, Venezuela.
We visited the town, which resembles a traditional German alpine village, many times when I was growing up and I loved it! But I digress LOL ….
This story! Ginger made me just as happy as her sister! Keller is the perfect blend of hot and sexy with endearing and sweet alpha goodness! Their little journey was super cute from the moment they met to the end! Yes, you can see the end coming a mile away, but that isn’t the point of these stories. It’s not a guessing game or conflict-ridden angst filled journey. It’s just a fun short story with likable characters and genius storyline with the best backdrop you could ask for in a holiday novella! Well done once again, Jana! You are a rom-com genius! #TRUTH
The One Night Stand Before Christmas: Holy Santa BALLS, this was FUN!!
Noel and Knockoff Teddy gave her sisters a run for their money with her story! I was happy when I read the previous books. They made me laugh. But this story just lit me up . It was just soooooooooo darn *happy sigh* people!! I don’t know what else to tell you. You have to have these sisters in your life like yesterday!
I’ve said this before but what the heck (lol) let’s repeat it … Jana Aston is a master rom-com writer !! Even if you think you’re not feeling one of her stories, you’re wrong, go back, read it again, you’ll feel it #TRUST (been there done that LOL) It has always been a pleasure to curl up with one of her stories! Thank you, Jana, for bringing a little bit of sunshine and rainbows into my world!
These three Christmas stories feature three sisters, each with their own version of a Naughty Christmas Movie. All I want for Christmas for the rest of my life is too-sexy-for-Hallmark Jana Aston Christmas books. Sugar and Spice and Naughty and Nice
In Book 1, we have Holly who loves all things Christmas and her boss Nick, the sexy, hot, mysterious boss who, if we go by Holly’s internal thoughts, is a Grinch in a sexy disguise…
Book number 2 is Ginger and Keller’s story, who go head to head in The Great Gingerbread Bake Off, an adorable, quirky, fun Christmas read that will put a smile on your face – what more could you possibly want?!
And book 3 is where we meet sister number 3 Noel who has the sibling trait of fun, quirky, funny and has a big heart, then we have Teddy who’s laid back, funny as, sexy and just down right irresistible!!
This is most definitely a collection that you could read over and over again!
Oh wow! I love this fantastic Reindeer Falls Collection boxed set! It’s flirty, sexy, and full of Christmassy fun… which is everything you want in a romance. There’s also lots of sexual tension and funny, witty banter making it an absolute must read. You won’t want to miss it!
The Boss Who Stole Christmas: 4 stars
Nick Saint-Croix …”is the Grinch. A Scrooge. A Dursley amongst Harrys.” And Holly can’t stand him. Her boss drives her nuts. Too bad he’s “…hidden in a six-foot-tall package of male perfection.” What’s a girl to do with a jerk boss who despises Christmas when she loves it? Probably not fall into bed with him…
Ahhh I loved The Boss Who Stole Christmas! Holly and her two sisters (who get their own stories too) are fun and funny, and Nick and Holly’s chemistry is certainly enough to make anyone a Christmas believer, even the Scroogiest Scrooge. I always love Jana’s rom coms, and this time it’s even better because it’s a Christmas story! And an office romance! Reindeer Falls is a fabulous new world that I can’t wait to explore this holiday season.
If You Give A Jerk A Gingerbread: 5 stars
Ginger Winter is determined to win Great Gingerbread Bake Off and no hot Brit with a swoony accent is going to distract her from her mission. Or isn’t he?
Ahhh! I loved this second installment of Reindeer Falls! Ginger and Keller are fun and snarky and witty, did I mention fun? Ooooh and hot too! I have a thing for hot Brits and their accents (I’m a self-confessed Tom Hardy lover) and Keller is all that hot Britishness rolled up into a gorgeous chef. Talk about a dream guy… And Ginger? Perfect and perfect for her chef. Reindeer Falls sure is a yummy place, and I cannot wait for the next installment, The One Night Stand Before Christmas.
The One Night Stand Before Christmas: 5 stars
When Noel mistakes Teddy for her coworker’s brother and the man who’s volunteering to play Santa, she couldn’t have imagined she’d end up jingling it all the way with the hottie in the Santa outfit!
Weee! I loved The One Night Stand Before Christmas!! It’s definitely my favorite of this series, and Teddy and Noel are definitely my favorite couple in the series. He’s so sweet and charming and gorgeous and Noel is just take no prisoners and tells it like it is. I’m not sure if there’s more Reindeer Falls to come, but I sure hope so because I’ve loved getting to know these three sisters and the men who love them this holiday season.
The first three installments of Reindeer Falls are fun, entertaining and hot. I love the whole series.
THE BOSS WHO STOLE CHRISTMAS:
A cute and fun little diddy just in time for the holidays. If you are familiar with this author, you know she’s the queen of awkward heroines. This one is no different. She’s not so much socially awkward, but has such a love for Christmas that it’s a little crazy, and living in this Christmas inspired town (where it’s practically Christmas year round) doesn’t help tame the beast. But there is the Grinch who is threatening her spirit, or so she thinks. Lots of laughs. And some sexy time too. This is more of an novella so it’s a short quick read (a couple hours) and doesn’t have a complex story-line. The characters are just developed enough to form an opinion. We also get some glimpses into the characters that will be featured in book two of the series. It’s written from the Heroine’s POV exclusively. This is a light-hearted read with a happy ending and no real downers involved.
IF YOU GIVE A JERK A GINGERBREAD:
Book two in this holiday mini series features the youngest of the three sisters. The baker competing in a televised Bake-Off. Unfortunately (or not, depending on how you look at it,) one of the other contestants is a well known hottie chef who already has his own tv show. A chef whom she has had a crush on forever. Talk about distraction. Lots of laughs, as you may expect from this author. There isn’t much in the form of sexual content, but there is a wee little bit, so it’s not a totally clean read. His character is funny and sweet, but not a sappy kind of sweet. Her character is funny, smart but unsure of herself. While she has confidence, there is also some self-doubt there, which causes her to question things.. these questions often bring us the laughter. This is a novella, so it is quicker moving. It’s a pretty upbeat and feelgood story. Very light-hearted. While this is a series, each book features a different sister and can each be read as a stand alone.
ONE NIGHT STAND BEFORE CHRISTMAS:
This is a pretty quick read. I mean it’s ended before you know it! It is fun(ny,) sweet, sexy and of course it’s Christmasy. Helping her co-worker she takes the reins on the Santa photo op for the kids. Despite the warnings from her co-worker about staying away from her brother (who is playing Santa,) she has a hard time doing just that once she see’s how stupidly sexy said Santa is, and well, one thing leads to another and oops… Santa’s suit is now lying on her bedroom floor. There’s another big oops, but I won’t give away that surprise. 😀 (And no… it isn’t a surprise pregnancy.) This is book three of the mini series that features three sisters. Each book is a stand alone, but the stories timelines overlap a bit, so if you’ve read the previous two books, you will see a different POV from some of the scenes that took place earlier in the series. This is a light-hearted, feel good book that is highly entertaining. There is a little surprise twist, that is pretty hilarious. The characters are endearing and humorous. There is some sexual content, that might be a little much for younger readers. It is well written and written from her POV exclusively.
These three stories were the perfect way to spend Christmas! The Winter sisters are so unbelievably hilarious sometimes I had to pause because I couldn’t hear the audio over my laughing.
Erin Mallon is amazing as always. I don’t know how she makes each sister’s voice so unique but there were times that I thought it couldn’t be the same narrator for Holly, Ginger, and Noel
This is such an enjoyable Christmas story. It really lightens the mood and puts a smile on my face. I enjoyed all the Christmas themes and wording. Some made me really laugh. I wasn’t too much of a fan of the ending. It seemed abrupt.
The second one Is not my fav of the three. But I did enjoy all the ginger things. I think it just felt unfinished. The whole cook off was different. I think I just wanted more irritation between the two. After reading book 3 I did feel better about this one. I do look forward to listening to this one on audio. Since the jerk is British!
The third book I really enjoyed! It was fun and flirty. Noel and Teddy were a delight! I loved how no one ever got mad. No matter what was said or done. This one was almost as much fun as the first in the series. The Christmas tree in the bedroom? I thought everyone did that! Haha! No…Really I did! The secret game! I LOVED that!
Also the wrap up from the other two stories was much needed. I felt a little incomplete on Gingers story. So it’s nice to see what’s been going on as these sister help and hinder each other.
I really loved this interlocking series of standalone holiday novellas. Very cute, and laugh-out-loud funny in places. Really great for holiday listening! And now I have finished my book challenge for the year! (But I’m going to keep going.)
Jana Aston’s fun Christmas novella set “The Reindeer Falls Collection” is a perfect holiday weekend. Ms. Aston is always a hilarious, romantic ride whenever she blesses us with a new book(s). These are just wonderful, and I loved each one! The three separate novellas revolve around three sisters – Holly, Ginger and Noel. Yes, all Christmas themed heroines with a last name of ……. Winter.
First up “The Boss who Stole Christmas” is about Holly and boss Nick Saint-Croix (get it — St. Nic–Hah!). They end up on a business trip to a Christmas Market in Germany for research into their toy company and Christmas café they are about to open in Reindeer Falls, Michigan. Holly frets over her “Grinchy” boss which, of course, she ends up in love! Nick is a smooth CEO of her dream company and is quite taken with Holly from the beginning. They have a romantic romp in Germany and come home blissfully in love. This is a short, sweet story and sets up the next two books about the other sisters.
Next is Ginger’s “If you Give a Jerk a Gingerbread”. This one revolves around a Food Network “Gingerbread Bake Off” which pits Ginger against a gorgeous British baker Keller for a $10,000” prize. Witty banter between the two is completely charming and, of course, Ms. Aston’s humor throughout. They bake their way to the finals and neither wins the prize – but a sweet twist to Keller’s Gingersnap final project completes the romantic HEA.
The final installment is “The One Night Stand before Christmas” which is Noel and Teddy’s story. He shows up at Noel’s community center Santa meet and greet. She mistakenly thinks he is her hired Santa and he just goes along for fun. She ends up bringing him home and they both fall for each other. Ultimately it was a match-making twist for a couple of couples and Jana nails it with her typical hilariously good times.
All three novellas have delightful story lines and super sweet character development with three different troupes. Jana always weaves her funny outlook and pithy comments throughout the series and it is just awesome! They are all interwoven and on the same timeline – so really should be read in order. AND they are FREE on Kindle Unlimited now so you have NO excuse not to get these for a perfect holiday binge-read. Merry Christmas – Thanks Jana Darling!
