This is a novel I will not soon forget, in fact it’s one that should live with me forever. It’s filled with life lessons and insight. It’s emotional, tragic, joyful and written in such a way that you feel as though you are a close friend hearing a beautiful story for the first time. This goes in my short “read again” stack. Keep tissues handy!
It’s a kind of story you want to read over again. It’s the kind of story that slowly makes its way to your heart and before you know it, you are shedding a tear and feeling the emotions of the characters. The story, as much as the characters, slowly grips your heart until you do not want to put it down anymore. Then after it all, it makes you …
I do believe this was one of the most emotional books I have read in a long time. You will need a box of tissues as you read this treasure. Not all the emotions are sad ones, however. I will not tell you about the story line I believe the synopsis does a good job of that. But, what I will tell you is this will cover a lot of the different …
I thoroughly enjoyed this imagining of heaven, near-death experience, and family story. The focus was on Sophie – her life both before and after her near-death experience. So much family drama was involved and it was presented in an interesting way. Looking forward to this series.
Wow …never read anything like it before… the narration is so normal and natural it almost feels as if the author is sitting there in the room with you and narrating the story…. beautiful… Read it in one evening… !!!
I truly enjoyed it.
Thoroughly enjoyed this book
Nice easy read. Very enjoyable.
WOW, This author has done it again! Once you start reading this story you cannot put it down. You question why all the details but when you find the answer it makes sense.
I look forward to reading more books from the writer, She kept me up late at night with all the twists and turns.
A deeper meaning to the death and dying process. Really thought provoking. Could it be real? Does every near-death have an experience? Is it all just imagined? I don’t know, but I’m glad I read this book.
Kept me turning the pages.
Interesting read!
Excellent read!!!!
A book filled with so many emotions both up and down, but isn’t that the way of life?
Sophie is a wife and mother, and life is good….until her world gets shattered by her daughter’s bout with leukemia, and then her husband decides to move on without her, right into the arms of his pregnant mistress.
Sophie muddles her way through, until a car …
So much better than I expected.
Loved it
Enjoyable, easy read.
At first I didn’t think I was going to like it. I thought here we go again a typical divorce story. As I got further in the story it was very surprising.
1st book in the series, I really enjoyed this story. So many things happened to this woman, this book is all about Never give up & we don’t know what tomorrow may bring.
I cried during the reading & enjoyed every minute of it.
