”Iain Rob Wright blows me away.” J A Konrath, bestselling author of Origins and Afraid.
WELCOME ABOARD… consequences.
That’s why Jack is about to board The Spirit of Kirkpatrick, a cruise liner built for relaxation. Unfortunately, he won’t get the chance to do much thinking, as there’s a virus onboard, and soon the ship will be overrun with blood and death.
There’s nowhere to escape.
Just when Jack thinks his time is up, he wakes up in bed. Was it all a dream? The day seems to be starting over again, but will this time be different? Or will things end the same way as before, with everybody dead?
Can Jack do anything to stop the spread of the evil pathogen, or is he doomed never to see land again?
”Iain Rob Wright has written a novel unlike anything else. A story that is equal parts Dawn of the Dead and Groundhog Day. An unforgettable classic.”

My first book by this author.. Sea Sick was Groundhog Day on a cruise ship.. I certainly would think twice about taking a trip across the ocean after reading this one.. lol .. I recommend books by Iain Rob Wright. I think you will enjoy reading them as much as I have!!
If Groundhog Day and The Walking Dead had a child this would be it. Innovative and fun considering it’s very dark subject. I am definitely reading more from this author
A unique look at a cruise ship itinerary, a policeman and several passengers dying to have a vacation. Iain Rob Wright nailed this one!
What a great little tale. Groundhog day on steroids and no giggles. I’m a zombie lover and I like that this tale was so unique. Nice pace with some interesting characters, flawed though they may be. Makes for better reading when the protagonist is not perfect, although this one does step up to the plate in his desire to see the people under his …
Love pretty much all of Wrights books.
This just happens to be one of my Favorite In his collection. Really cool spin on Zombie/Bio weapon themes. Great story
A whole new twist on zombie thrillers.
This was my initial introduction to this author who is now my favorite. A thrill from beginning to end, and an ending you didn’t see coming. Lots of urgent, against the clock action and a likeable protagonist. I’m so glad to have been introduced to his work!
Super story….Loved it. Waiting to read book two.
I enjoy Iain’ s style of writing. He sets the story line quickly. You get involved with the characters. I kept reading wanting to know what was going to happen next. An enjoyable tome.
One of your normal run from the undead, except people are trapped on a cruise ship. I did like the main character, he seemed to someone I would like to know.
The book was well written. I enjoyed it because it is the type of books I read, even thought the plots are similar.
It was a little scary, thoughtful. Interesting. Very easy to read…great story. Characters were easy to get to know. They were fun, infuriating, you wanted to protect them, to beat them, to help them, and to watch them. Definitely a quick read.
I absolutely love this author! It’s zombie horror with a twist. His other books are all fun to read.
Spioler! A nice twist on the zombie genre. I couldn’t sop reading so I read it in a day. I can’t wait to read his other books!
Excellent! Didn’t want to put it down!
Stupid, most boring book I have tried to read in years. Deleted after trying to make sense of it for half the book.
I liked this book and others by this author even more. He writes unusual stories and writes them well.
Quick read, has an interesting concept which kept me involved until the end.
Good premise… little difficult to follow
Very predictable, easy read
I really like this bookbut I’m also the kind of person who likes zombie booksand a little Hocus Pocus
