Fate can be your best friend, or your worst enemy.
In my case, it has been both.
When fate was kind, I found a woman to love with all my heart. When fate was cruel, she was torn from me soon after the birth of our daughter. Losing her turned my world upside down.
For twelve years, I could barely function. I had no sense of purpose. Oh, but fate wasn’t done with me yet.
I’d made a promise … no sense of purpose. Oh, but fate wasn’t done with me yet.
I’d made a promise to a dying friend in Afghanistan. I vowed to find the sister he’d never known.
In searching for someone else, I found my heart again, but this time the fight for my life begins. And by my life, I mean my heart, the one that’s been frozen in my chest for the past twelve years. It found a reason to beat again.
But, fate wasn’t quite as kind as I hoped. For me, life and love had never been simple. There was no reason for that to change now.
This guitar-strumming man will have to turn on the charm for love to find its way and for me to truly live again.

I have read thousands of books in my time and I can count on 1 hand the few that affected me all the way to my soul. This is one of them. Kelly Moore has written an original plot that grabs you from the first page. Say You Won’t Let Go is a book that seriously, won’t let go! Keegan is a survivor: he survived the loss of his wife, an attack of insurgents in the mid-east that injured him and killed his best friend. He wants nothing more than to find his friend’s sister to honor his memory.
There are so many twists and turns to this novel that I didn’t see the end coming. I shed tears for Wolfe, Shay and Keegan for the paths that were taken. And yet, the author also delivered a HEA ending. Wow! A book I will definitely keep to read again! OMG a truly fabulous book!
David Keegan and Wolfe Rowan are in the military together. After an ambush leaves Wolfe dead and Keegan injured, Keegan takes on Wolfe’s journey of finding Wolfe’s long lost sister whom he had just found out about. Armed with only an address he contacts the woman living there- Shay Fox explaining the situation in a letter. Feeling a strange connection to the man in the letter, Shay writes back.
This story has an immediate connection between the two characters without one knowing anything about the other. This is their journey of exploring their lives, emotions, and pasts.

From the Prologue to the Epilogue, Author Kelly Moore kept me completely engaged in Say You Won’t Let Go. This was an extremely emotional storyline based on fate, love, deeply emotional ties, and the gift of musical memories.
Keegan has been a widow since his daughter Emmalyn was little, when his wife, Timber, was killed in a fiery crash in Utah. Sergeant Keegan has returned home to his daughter after being injured in an accident that killed his best friend, Wolfe Rowan. Wolfe had just found out he had a twin sister right before he was KIA, so Keegan makes it his duty to locate Wolfe’s sister for him. After much research, Keegan finds Shay Fox and reaches out to her. They exchange letters, and even though she is certain she isn’t his sister, she vows to help him find her.
This whole book had my head spinning! The twists and turns, the emotions, the unexpected turns…WOW! Kelly Moore has, once again, written a very deep and fantastic book! I would definitely recommend this!
Keegan lost the love of his life years ago and has never been the same until he meets Shay his friend’s sister. He tracks her down after his friend’s death but she has lost her memory but she and Keegan have a connection that can not be denied. This book will make you cry and laugh.

A beautiful structured story that’s full of emotions, family, heartbreak and the power of love. Having only read a couple books from Kelly, I love how she builds these mountains for the characters to face and to find a way to come around them. Real feel writing with such strong and unforgettable characters and a plot that is powerful and sticks to you like a tattoo.
I read it twice and it’s even better the second time around.

The complexity of the characters and their lives made this book one that i couldn’t put down. Keegan and Wolfe are brothers in arms, and best friends. When things go horribly wrong, Keegan writes to Shay, the woman Wolfe believed was his long lost twin sister. Once the letters start being sent, even though Shay denies that she is the sister, they both feel a connection.
For twelve years, Keegan had been mourning the loss of his wife, but when he starts communicating with Shay, he starts to feel again. When Shay takes a vacation to visit Keegan, both of their lives will be thrown for a loop. Shay has an uncanny resemblance to Timber, Keegan’s dead wife. He believes they are the same, but she had no recollection of her past.
They both learn to love each other, but she fears that he only loves her because he thinks she is his dead wife. When she gets a lead on Wolfe’s sister she follows it and her life is turned upside down again. The interwoven story and paths these characters are on will break your heart, but put it back together again. A wonderful, emotional book.
I received an ARC in exchange for an honest, voluntary review.
This book was heart breaking, hopeful, beautiful and just full of twists that I never saw coming! Fate is both a blessing and a curse in this story, but fate really kicked up her game with Shay and Keegan. I won’t say more about the story itself, because I am afraid of letting some spoilers slip. I would definitely recommend this book, the story is so well written it just flies by and the characters are realistic and honest. Now I am up to date with all the Epic Love Stories that Kelly Moore has written to date, and I really have to say I would be hard pressed to pick a favorite
This is my first book by Kelly Moore but definitely won’t be the last. This was such an outstanding emotional second chance romance. When I first read the synopsis I didn’t know what to expect because it was so mysterious but enough to catch my attention. I’m so glad the blurb didn’t reveal too much.
This is a story about Keegan, ex-military, single dad and widower and Shay, a successful music producer.
Keegan got his heart shattered first when he became widower then when his best friend died in the military. He always felt incomplete but it was clear how much he loves his daughter and parents, so for them he tries to move on with his life. Respecting wishes of his best friend Wolfe, he tries to find Wolfe’s long lost sister and that’s how he “meets” Shay, a very successful music producer in California. They are both tortured souls who experienced so much loss, pain and tragedy. When she received Keegan’s letter about her being Wolfe’s twin sister she was confused but they began to write each other and feel connection. So she rents a cottage to surprise him. When they meet that connection became much stronger. I loved their sassiness and banter. They complete each other. Both characters are strong, likable and I think they are now more wiser given to their past and difficult life they had. Shay has been through so much and I’m glad Keegan was right there with her to try to figure out things.
I loved the relationship between Keegan and his daughter, their interaction and banter. Emmalyn was very sweet and mature for her age and I liked that about her. His parents were very supportive of him and loved their interaction too.
This book made me cry, laugh, swoon but also hope.
This is the first book I’ve read by Kelly Moore and it won’t be the last. The way she told this story of the true love a man had for his wife when she had died. Raised his daughter. Joined the army. Then helped his dead army buddy find his twin sister. The irony that looking for his buddy’s sister could ultimately lead him back to his wife whom he thought had died 12 years ago and only she had lost her memory due to the accident. Is a love strong enough to let him love her for who she is now and a love strong enough for her to build a life with him with all this new information? Lots of tears while reading this but definitely a happy ending. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
I just loved how this book was filled with so many emotions so you could be laughing one minute, tearing up the next, feeling love and wondering what would happen next. Keegan and Shay will have you hooked on them as you go through everything they do as well as learn about their pasts as their characters are so well developed. You will not be disappointed by this read and guarantee you will be searching through her other books to read!
“I can’t remember a time I longed for someone’s touch. Especially someone I don’t even know.”
What if you could fall deeply in love over again, would you want to? Choose the same person? What if you could start your life all over again, would you follow the same path, make the same choices, hold the same memories?
A heart remembers what a head cannot; a body remembers what the mind forgot. This story revolves around family, friends, unbreakable bounds, broken hearts, second chance and HEA.
When David Keegan retired from the army, he set his mind on finding his dead best friend’s unknown sister and discovered more than what he expected. Shay Fox started her life 12 years ago, she is successful and she’s all about work. Nothing else seems to interest her until one day a missive appears in her mailbox. A letter between two strangers will change their lives forever and an unbreakable bond will hold them together.
This was my first book by Kelly Moore and I really enjoyed it. I had to hold it close to my heart for a few moments when I was done just to soak in the story. I’m looking forward to another one of her books!
This is one emotional ride. I loved this story and could not put it down. Keegan lost so much, first his wife and then 12 yrs later his best friend. He is trying to do the right thing and find Wolfe’s twin sister. When Shay gets those letters from Keegan, they seem to have a connection. The way Kelly brought this story together was wonderful. I cried, I laughed and in the end there was big smiles. I would recommend this book to anyone who believes that true love never dies no matter what
I enjoyed reading this book. It was quite an intriguing to see how the story played out. It kept me interested and wanting to know what was happing to Shay and Keegan. HEA that I enjoyed reading
This is the first time I have read a book by this author and judging by this book, it definitely will not be the last! There were several twists in this romance that I definitely did not see coming but I must say that they were definitely good twists. The love between Shay and David may not have been typical, thank goodness, but it was definitely the real thing! Definitely a book that you can expect to get pulled into almost from page one and not be able to put down until the end.
This one was a heartfelt romance by Kelly Moore. Sometimes you got to believe in miracles because this story just about described at least one. A lot of lucky stars must have been aligned for everything to happen.
It was full of hope and of love. It had a good amount of heartache too but only to make our couple stronger at the end.
Likeable characters, well deserved second chance and HEA made this book a heartfelt read.
Kudos for the cover. It is very romantic even without showing a lot of skin. Sometimes less is more.
