Review for Paradox by Brittany Crowley : a great second chance read. I really liked Caleb and Lenny. I think she might have given in too quickly but they were great together! Wish this was longer!
This is one of the best anthologies. These stories grab on and won’t let go and I enjoyed every second of it.
Such a fantastic collection to stories by great authors. Will love to read complete stores on each one. A good way to find new authors. Keep up the work ladies!
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
A great anthology of different rockstars, situations, and great story telling. This anthology is has some stories that had me sobbing and it was so gut wrenching moments and others that I would laugh one second and be frustrated the next.
Courtney Lynn Rose, Elizabeth Knox, E.C Land and Liberty Parker you ladies are among my list of must read books and I absolutely loved your stories. Ladies you had me laughing, crying and wanting more. The other stories in this book were great and I’ll be checking out more of your books in the near future. This anthology is a great read
This seems to be a great collection of works! I don’t know all the authors & backstories, so I’m not sure I was able to connect as well with some of the characters as a fan. Also, not all the stories are romantic in nature, which I wasn’t really expecting.
Heart of the Stones by Elizabeth Knox was one such story. I felt a bit like I was missing some back story (there is a timing note as to when this takes place from the Skulls Renegade series & a collaboration story). This is actually a prequel to a new series about the band. It’s a good story & I liked the way the band is introduced & the forgiveness that happens along the way. : )
Fractured Beats by Heather Anne is a story of lost love found again, with a bit of a mystery going on about the initial breakup. I loved the characters (Amy & Tyler are our main couple here) & friendships that are highlighted in the story. : )
Paranormal Singers by Nicole Zoltack has a interesting spin involving the magic (literally!) of music. Brendan has a gift & uses it to start a band… : )
Never F*** A Rockstar by Sarah Darlington certainly has an interesting title! This was one of the more romance-minded stories & managed to have quite a bit of backstory & depth for a short story! I enjoyed Ethan & Riley’s connection. : )
There are several other stories, but I chose to highlight these because they give a good sense of the overall collection, I think. : )
