When Tate Williams walks into the café I work at, I’m instantly smitten by his charm and good looks. Dark hair, full beard, and smoldering green eyes are impossible to ignore in this small town. To make things awkward, I drop an entire tray of dishes in front of him and instead of watching me stumble to pick up the pieces, he comes to my side and immediately helps. That’s all it takes for us to … for us to form a connection and now I’ll find any excuse to see him again.
After bumping into each other at a bar, Tate makes a proposition that could change everything wrong in my life. He offers me fifty thousand dollars to fly with him to his hometown and pretend to be his fiancée. It’s a clear arrangement and the easiest money I’ll ever make, but that doesn’t mean it’s a simple decision.
Pleasure mingles with business and before long neither of us are faking.
This is a 30,000+ words standalone novella with a guaranteed HEA!

An enjoyable well written sweet fake fiancee romance. Tate hating what money and life expections his family name has, moved to the mountains building and creating everything he needed in a reclusive state. On a trip to town for tools he stops at local cafe and meets Brianna. Brianna a small town waitress struggling to keep herself and sick father afloat. Tate finds himself with excuses of why he needs to go to town in hopes of seeing Brianna. When he recieves an invitation to his grandparents 50th anniversary he starts a charade but he wants its to be his forever of having Brianna being his fake financee for a large sum because he can’t get her off his mind. I really enjoyed their journey to a HEA as they both battled their own demons.

Loved this sweet romance story. Tate and Brianna start off in a fake relationship, but it quickly turns into something that’ll last forever. With minimal drama, this story is a perfect love story.

Tate and Brianna find that sometimes the best laid plans are destined to end in HEA. Brianna is what everyone would consider your quintessential small town girl. She works in the town cafe to help provide for her sick dad and tries to be a good and kind person. Her life is fairly predictable filled with looking in on her dad, busting her hump at work, and occasionally kicking back with her bestie. When a tall, dark, and magnanimous Tate walks in to the cafe, she doesn’t know just how much he is going to shake up her life. Tate has found peace in the mountain. Everyone from his prior life in Chicago would claim that he is hiding or running away, but he’s truly happy in his cabin and with Shark his faithful dog for company. When an invitation from the east comes with an event he can’t ignore or face alone he knows he needs to find a someone to help him face the masses and the only name that comes to mind is the captivating waitress that has ensnared his thoughts. When he approaches Brianna with his idea, he is overcome with his insane need to make her his for real. It may have started as a charade but he wants its to be his forever.
