He’s a dairy farmer, she’s a travel blogger, and the vacation that brings them together. Preston Burke had to give up the rodeo after his father had a stroke, and now he’s set to take over the family dairy farm. But he’d rather be traveling the world rather than setting his schedule by the morning and nighttime milkings. When a new girl takes over managing the lodge for a couple weeks, the … weeks, the stories of her travels make him restless. But what hurts most is that he might be falling for someone who could be gone any day.
After Ashley Morgan’s relationship blows up on her, she escapes to a small town in Wyoming, hoping that running for a bit will help her sort out her disheveled life. As she spends time getting to know Preston, she realizes how much she wants a real relationship. But settling down in Coldwater Creek would mean giving up her popular business. Or would it?

This story was so different. I’ve read the first two books and the fourth book in this series and was left with this one. I loved how the characters grew throughout this series. They learned who they were and how they should be. Preston was an amazing hero. I loved seeing his feelings throughout the book. His character was so expressive. Lauren was also so much fun. She was adventurous and brought the best out in Preston. She learned who to trust and that blood can sometimes be thinner than water. The characters were complete opposites on paper but seemed so good together. I liked how the epilogue gave us what happens later in their life as well. I look forward to reading more in this series and by this author.

Another sweet small town romance by Britney!! This one features some names we know from her other books but can be read as a standalone. Preston is a small town dairy farmer who dreams of seeing the world. Ashley is a travel blogger who comes to stay in his small town for a little while. They hit it off but will she stay or could he leave to make things work? This couple is super cute while they get to know each other. Also her cousin Quincy is a real piece of work!

This is book #3 in The Christmas at cold water Creek series. I enjoyed it very much. It was well written with great characters. When it comes to friends, you do not stab the other person in the back to get what you want.

Ashley has been living the life Preston wants while Preston is living the life she thinks she wants, after a being blindsided by those she trusts she needs time out but her cousin just won’t let things go (fyi Q is a be-arch) while Ashley tries to soak up enjoying and helping out in Coldwater Creak. Preston bless him is there at the right time and agrees to help out Ashley and oh how I loved to se them fall for each other but hold back thinking things are only temporary. This is a super sweet read with some highs and lows and characters you will love (or hate) and a love story that makes you want to move to Coldwater Creek and find you own love story.

This is a wonderful story about courage and finding happiness and trust again in the face of betrayal. It is filled with sweetness, fun, and endearing characters who pull you right into the story and you don’t want to leave. Ashley has been betrayed by her fiance who calls off their engagement after falling for her cousin. Ashley needs time away so she goes to Coldwater Creek where she meets Preston. Preston has given up the rodeo and comes back home to take over the dairy farm after his father suffers a stroke. The two instantly connect and it was great to see their love blossom. The two had great chemistry and were a cute couple. I enjoyed this sweet story and would definitely recommend it!

When Ashley does not get her Christmas Wedding with Jason she finds out that he has been cheating with her business partner and cousin Quincey. She takes the first plane out which takes her to Jackson WY where she finds dairy farmer Preston. They have a instant attraction while she agrees to help out at his sister and brother-in-law lodge but she will have to go back to Texas and her travel blog career while he stays to take care of his family’s dairy business since his dad is ill. Does Ashley and Preston have any chance of a future together?
The characters were really well done and the plot was interesting.
I love that the “good guys” get a happy ending and the “bad guys” don’t. 🙂
