Another example of McCullough’s ability to bring history to life while presenting a tremendous amount of facts in an entertaining manner. Had I had his books to read in high school and college, I would have been much more interested in this topic. He has a way of personalizing historical figures and getting the reader invested in their conflicts and relationships.
Outstanding epic story of John Adams!!! Truly marvelous. Reads like fiction yet is historically accurate. This books changes how we view our Fou ding Fathers.
