This is a DARK novel, 18 only. Standalone title.
I watch you, I see you in ways no one else can, and through my lens I create a life of you for someone to dissect. I capture you in your vulnerability; that smile, your laugh, those tears. I document you and sell your secrets.
When I watch you through my lens you’re mine until I pass you to the buyer. I, like most people, have a fetish for … people, have a fetish for pretty things and in my job I get to be around a lot of pretty things. They pay me to watch them and capture them in a frame for many purposes, and sometimes I like my profession a little more than I should.
I took a job to capture her… I wanted to capture and keep her in more than just the image. This time I will take myself away from the lens and become the client because I cannot resist her, she reminds me too much of my first, I need to have her.
Traumatised from a vicious attack, Nina Drake finds herself shut off from the world until her neighbour brings her out of more than just her nightmares. Even after moving and changing her name, she still can’t shake the feeling of being watched. The memories are so close.
And so is the shadow of the creator of them all.

MY REVIEW 5***** RATING AND “WTF” I did not expect that ending
**********************************
Oh my…well…. I……. THINK , I got my bearings now.
I have just finished this book after devouring it in one day.
Nothing has got done today,
OMG, it’s brilliant. I love this this author already ‘Ker Dukey’s’ first books I’d read and blown away with was “The Decimation of Mae”, “Salvation of Daniel”. which were utterly brilliant.
I thought I’d give some more of her work a try and I was not disappointed.
Her works are so brilliant and grab you from the first page. Yet knowing what I have read so far of her works, I did not expext this one, I have to admit some of the scenes were quite difficult to read, triggers for some I would say.
Ker Dukey takes what you think you can read comfortably and tears that theory and throws it right back at you. This book is no different. It’s emotional, it’s dark and twisted and leaves you rung out and numb.
I had to sit for awhile with a cuppa before I could do anything else.
WOW JUST WOW
Ker Dukey and D.H. Sidebottom certainly cab write a dark, twisted, and demented story. The book, I See You, isn’t for the faint of heart nor is it for those who read traditional romance books. I was definitely not expecting the twists and turns in this story. I was more invested in the beginning and the end of the book. The middle section didn’t keep me as involved as a reader. I found the characters to be intriguing. I was drawn to them.
Overall, I found the book to be suspenseful, dark, disturbing, twisted, and violent. I felt both authors did a fantastic job of writing in collaboration.
I See You is a very dark read so it may not be to everyone’s liking as there are scenes that contain content so graphic that I had to take a breather from the story during those times. For a story of this genre I found it gripping, chilling, suspenseful and compulsive reading. It was brilliant! I had no idea where this story was going to go and I needed to find out, which I why other than grabbing a few hours of sleep I read this in one sitting.
For a story written by two authors I thought it flowed seamlessly. My heart has been beating twice its normal speed as the anticipation of what I thought was coming for Nina intensified. OMG what she has been through I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. I can’t actually say what I am feeling about the other characters as I may give something away and believe me when I say that you want to go in blind with this one and experience this incredible story without knowing even the slightest of details.
My mind is buzzing and will be for quite some time as I try to process what I’ve read. I’m struggling with my emotions right now because that last chapter gutted me. I’ve shed tears and I’m certain you’ll understand why when you read it.
I’m so late to the party reading this book, I can’t believe I’ve left it almost five years! If you want something dark and raw, a little disturbing, yet captivating, I feel that this one should be the perfect read for you. Grab it today or you could be like I am right now, kicking yourself for not reading it sooner.
I have not read a Ker Dukey book that hasn’t far surpassed my expectations. Her writing is magnetic and as far as dark romance goes, she’s my go to author. No one does dark better. I couldn’t put this book down once I began reading. I’m not trying to ignore Ms. Sidebottom’s contribution, but it’s so seamless, I would be hardpressed to conclude which author wrote which scene. They meld beautifully in this rather macabre stalker story. I would highly recommend to fans of dark romance. If you like this you should read her Empathy series.
I expect nothing less from these two. A suspenseful, dark, depraved story that will fill you up, starve you, then make you savor the want.
You know the book, the book, that grabs you by the first sentence?
This is it. I knew going in that I’d be fucked. Because, these two do not mess around, but I had no idea. Well, I guess I did, it’s Sukey. <--- Yeah, the bag of chips, but add some hot sauce. "Evil is real. It’s an entity living under the surface, waiting for the moment when you’re weak, when you’re beaten down by life to a point that realism blurs and everything we think we know, think we are, differ from reality. That’s when you know the monster wears your face, lives your life, and sees through your eyes." My eyes. My poor soul. I swear it, after reading a Sukey book, I have to check into the hospital for a few days, make sure I'm me and I haven't completely lost it. Well, they do (metaphorically) pull off your fingernails one by one, but they give you some antiseptic, just a little to help, then they rip off another. And I come back for more every time. "You never really know your family isn’t normal until you grow up and realize how incredibly abnormal things were, but by then it’s too late, the abnormal is already taking its toll. Not only is it written into your DNA, but it’s stamped on your soul and in charge of your actions. What is normal, anyway?" Yeah, we as twisted readers do not want normal. There's nothing normal about this story. This was beautifully written depravity, some hidden agenda, and whiplash. If you want, keep-me-on-my-toes-dark-twisted-love. Get on this. SLAM MOTHERFUCKING DUNK!
I am going to give this 5 stars just for that ending…what!?!?!
I am not going to give away any details of this book, you need to take this journey yourself!!! I will say this book has everything (murder, twists/turns, rape, hate, love, and everything in between) you’ve come to love in a Ker Dukey book!!!
I LOVE to hate her characters and I love never truly knowing what the heck is going on!!! If you have triggers than this is probably not the book for you, but if you can handle dark and twisted than you must read this book.
**MAJOR TRIGGER WARNING***
This book is a very dark read. If you need a trigger warning of any kind, this book is not for you.
Now….what I’m the world did I just read!?!
Like holy moly.

5* MIND BLOWING CLICK CLICK CLICK STARS

Well I cannot say much more without giving this book away you will have to read to find out
This is one of my top five reads for 2015
Extremely dark and very graphic, if you are faint of heart or weak stomached don’t read it. If you love them dark and twisted, take a dive into the darkness.
The blurb gave me chills!
My first Ker Dukey and DH Sidebottom book and it drew me in like a moth to a flame. Dark and depraved, check. Sweet and loving, also check. This book had it all, a gripping plot, interesting and in depth characters, and a twist you wouldnt expect.
It was beautiful in a unique and twisted way, I loved the way Nina rediscovered and herself and admired her strength through the long journey and recovery after what happened to her. Its very weird and deeply psychological, particularly watching Devon and Nina build their friendship and relationship. The writing was fantastic and it created such an intense atmosphere I really felt like I was being watched.
Devon was such an intriguing and complex character, watching him overcome his urges and his need for Noah as well as his obsessive behaviour. His connection to his brother was sad and it was heartbreaking how very much reliant on the dominant older sibling he was until Nina. Their personalities were very nearly polar opposites with a few exceptions.
I absolutely love this little duo and all the co-writes they have done that I have read so far. Cant wait to read more. This is among my favourite dark reads.

From the beginning I was captivated, in part fear and part curiosity. We begin our experience looking through the depraved eyes and lense of Devon Trent, in a scene that pulls you in instantly giving you a glimpse as to the darkness the future pages hold.
I was torn where Devon was concerned, I wanted to hate him…
“Monster.I was born from one, raised by one and brother to one”
and yet.. he knew beauty and craved love…
..”you disarm me, intoxicate and utterly beguile me. I’m in danger of losing my heart to you and you not wanting it.”
Nina, is made to endure a horrific experience that you would not wish on your worst enemy. (Please be warned this book contains triggers and is not for everyone) She is held prisoner after the traumatizing event, always looking over her shoulder..
“My soul died that day and my fragile heart missed it’s companion, the scars inside and out”
…until she meets her new neighbor and slowly realizes she’s ready to live again.
That my friends is only 35% in. There is so much still left that I won’t tell you. So much that needs to be discovered personally, page by brilliant page.
“Maybe fairytales are a myth for a reason. For some, the story doesn’t have a happy ending”
I was once again blown away by the raw talent these two authors are graced with. Individually they are phenomenal writers, combined they are literary geniuses in my opinion. The power they hold over their readers is spellbinding. My experience with these authors is that you can never come to any conclusions. You never really know what the hero or the villain is truly capable of and NEVER think you have it all figured out. (They are the mistresses of plot twists after all)
They toy with our mind. Striking fear and intrigue from the very first page. The book never leveled off, only seeming to increase in speed. Before you know it, It’s daybreak and you are left hollow and in what is sure to be on of your biggest book hangovers.
You are in for one hell of a ride while reading this erotic thriller
