This is a solid engaging page turner! The story line is well-developed, emotionally deep, and well written with drama and ups and downs. Likeable characters with really good chemistry between them. Definitely recommended!

This was a quick read that had some really steamy scenes. It was enjoyable because of the fantasy aspect of having one of your Daddy Dom.. This was a well written book and it was very enjoyable. It gives you a different look in a relationship.

This enjoyable read was the first book I have read by Lisa Freed. It was the story of Amanda Jones, who has an advertising job in NYC and accidentally rear ends a limo while in traffic, and Dimitri Christakos, a Greek wine merchant who tells the freaking out Amanda that she can “pay him personally” for the car damages and not involve her insurance company. Several days later, Amanda is told she must go to Greece for her company’s new advertising client. Imagine her surprise when she gets to Greece and finds her client to be Dimitri who she rear ended with her car! I recommend this enjoyable book with its wonderful characters and very descriptive story. I felt like I was in Greece!

I enjoyed reading this book, what’s not to love in a New York girl that has to travel to Greece, for ad campaign job she is not keen on to save her own job. Amanda and Dimitri meet by literally crashing into one another. Amanda sees this an another complication in life and another irritant in being in Greece. Dimitri sees this as something else entirely. As Amanda and Dmitri get closer and things start to heat up, his ex-fiancee (Rena) comes back claiming that she has seen the error in her ways and she wants him back. Does Amanda stay and fight or hope the first flight back to New York? This was a quick read that I found pulled me right in from the beginning. I really love it when I can learn a little something from the book, in this case wine making. The books scenery was also a memory trigger from my travels to Greece, not that you had to have been there to get the picture.

There was nothing overtly wrong or bad, per se, about this story, but for some reason this tale just did not resonate with me. The main female character seemed to go out of her way to be distrustful and to see and look for negatives. The main male character relatively took all the main female character’s negativity in stride. All worked out eventually for these two, even though they underwent turbulent times due to her misconceptions.

Lisa Freed has written a 5-star book that has Amanda re-thinking about her feelings for Dimitri. Amanda was on her way into work when she hits a Limo. Dimitri gets out and tells her that they may be able to come up with something and not report it. A few days later Amanda goes to work at the Ad company she works for and is told they have a new client and he wants something for his wine in the States. She is told the client wants her to come to Greece for 2 weeks and stay in his home. When she gets to Greece, Nick picks her up and tells her that Mr. Christakos had to work and would see her that night. When Doralia, Mr. Christakos’s housekeeper comes and gets her for dinner she is the only one there at the moment. She sits down and just thinks, she turns around when a glass is placed in front of her and sees that the man from the accident is in front of her, she yells “You”. Dimitri had an attraction to Amanda when he first saw her. Amanda is upset that he brought her to Greece and wants to leave but Dimitri tells her when she does the job she is being paid to do is done then she can go. Amanda does not like Dimitri at first and as they spend more time together her feelings change towards him. Things are going fine for them until Dimitri’s ex-girlfriend Rena shows up at his home and takes over. Instead of telling her to go Dimitri tells her she can stay. After this Amanda thinks that she will never have a chance with him. Amanda sees Rena and a man one night outside at the pool and she thinks it’s Dimitri. She and Dimitri are making out and she thinks about what she saw and said something to Dimitri about it and they get into an argument over her. She decides that she has enough for the ad so she goes home without telling anyone goodbye.
Can Amanda get over her feelings for Dimitri and move on with her life.
Will Dimitri take Rena back with everything she did to him or will he go after Amanda?
To find out if Dimitri goes after Amanda you will just have to read the book.

This review only covers a small portion of the book. Amanda is on her Way to Greece to work on an ad campaign which she is not too thrilled about. What Amanda doesn’t know is that he is the handsome gentleman from the car that she hit who told her they can come to an arrangement and leave out the insurance company giving her pause as to what kind of arrangement he is talking about. To find out what happens next you have to get a copy of Ms. Freed’s book because it is going to be one great read!
