The New York Times’ bestselling author’s first contemporary romance
OMG. I could not put this one down. The Buchanan family is amazing and this was a fantastic book. Each book is a stand-alone about on of the Buchanan siblings. I laughed, I held my breath, and I stayed up late to finish it.
still on the shelf for re-reading again.
I love books that make me think and have memorable characters that you can enjoy.
This book had all of that plus plot twists you never saw coming. Quirky neighbors, loyal friends, relatable relationships, and humor when you least expected it. The heroine? Strong, yet unassuming. The hero, badass…and he went down swinging in the face of …
Love the stories about the Buchanan s & Nicks story is great! ALWAYS love her books & the humor as well as romance!
I own all of Julie Garwoods books. This one is not at the top of my favorites of hers, but still worth the read.
Father Thomas Madden is stunned when he hears the confession of a man who confessed to a crime and then says he’s going to commit another crime- against a member of Father Madden’s own family. This begins a suspenseful read by Julie Garwood. A fast-paced read that kept me guessing. Worth checking out!
This book is a must read. Plenty of intrigue and romance. Could not put it down!
One my favorites by Julie Garwood. I’ve read all Buchanan/ Renard books and love them all. Great read that introduce you to the whole family. Plus not to mention adorable characters and great romance
A memberable story. I am Catholic and right away identified with the beginning scene completely. It hooked me and didn’t let me go until the last page was turned. Can’t wait to read more Buchanan’s.
Great book. It makes you want to read the other related books and hope for more.
This book kept me up at night turning the pages. I almost never read all night, but oK could not put it down. Even knowing that the character is fictional, I still have an occasional nightmare about this evil character. I also like following the Buchannans(?) thru this whole series. Some of the books are lighter and some are humorous but this …
2.5 Stars
I love Julie Garwood, but I have only ever read her HR books. This book just didn’t do it for me. It wasn’t bad but it was just okay. The 2 main problems I had with this book was
Problem 1. There was detail overload. There was just so many details about everything. It really slowed the story down and made the plot drag. I got bored …
I Love all her books. This was one of the best ones!!
Loving this series! Started in the middle with “ murder list, and Killjoy, now im working my way down from the top . Easy read, hard to put down, suspenseful..what more could you need? Loving this Author
One of my favorite books. FBI mild thriller with fantastic characters. Great dialogue and funny situations with a rough FBI operative trying to be a priest for his cover.
