Skyhorse Publishing, along with our Good Books and Arcade imprints, is proud to publish a broad range of cookbooks, including books on juicing, grilling, baking, frying, home brewing and winemaking, slow cookers, and cast iron cooking. We’ve been successful with books on gluten-free cooking, vegetarian and vegan cooking, paleo, raw foods, and more. Our list includes French cooking, Swedish cooking, Austrian and German cooking, Cajun cooking, as well as books on jerky, canning and preserving, peanut butter, meatballs, oil and vinegar, bone broth, and more. While not every title we publish becomes a New York Times bestseller or a national bestseller, we are committed to books on subjects that are sometimes overlooked and to authors whose work might not otherwise find a home.

Love the fix it and forget it books. Recipes are easy and very good. If you want good food with little preparation, this cookbook is for you.
Easy recipes that don’t have a lot of ingredients. Nothing complicated and some great family favorites, like Nan’s Sloppy Joes. My daughter got a copy of this book when she moved into her first apartment and loves it.

Great recipies
For a new cook this book is a wonderful introduction to slow cookers, but there really was not a lot of new information or recipes.
Dearly love this volume! So many scrumptious dishes to choose from. A definite “keeper” in my kitchen. Would be a nice gift for those who enjoy cooking.
Best Cookbook I have ever used. I go back to it a lot when I need to fix something and not fuss over it.
Too big, too many recipes
Not all the recipes work for me (vegetarian and so many allergies) but those that did were great.
