Accolades for Exodus:“Wow! I was truly impressed by this book. I love when science fiction writers combine science, politics and psychology. For me the mix was just right”“This book is science fiction in great form. It doesn’t just make you think about the future, it really makes you think about the world around you today” When mankind faces extinction, how can anyone survive? In 2072, Earth faces … survive?
In 2072, Earth faces the ultimate extinction event. In an America turned authoritarian, a race against time begins. To send a starship to a distant planet, where the remains of humanity can survive. Only a small number will be chosen for this final endeavor to save mankind from extinction, and among the contenders only the most resourceful will have a chance.
But while the government wants to choose loyal subjects in order to create another version of the society they have engineered, there are those who secretly conspire to let the starfarers choose their own destiny, free from the bonds of their mother world.
As mankind on Earth faces its final blow, the selected few set course for Aurora, more than 40 light years away!
Follow Tina Hammer, scramjet pilot and officer, Kenneth Taylor, Harvard professor and alienated by the nation he once held so dear, Maria Solis, daughter to one of the richest men in the world, a girl who would never have been chosen, except for her dad’s money, on their various paths toward the greatest adventure in human history.
“A race through the end of the Earth – excellent SF”
“Very well written and reads fast and easy in the style of other great sci fi writers such as Randolph Lalonde and Jack Campbell”

A different dystopian idea that was well worked out. A good read and wondering about part two.
I would actually have given this book a very good rating because I really enjoyed the story, but I was very disappointed and stopped reading because it was ruined with cursing, which I cannot tolerate,
I liked the style of writing, the storyline was good. Entertained til the end.
I really liked this updating of “When Worlds Collide” I’ve read the 1933 book, and I’ve seen the 1951 movie. The movie was a great update to the movie. Exodus takes the same theme and brings it to a whole new level. The second book in the trilogy is a great continuation and I’m now starting the third. An absolute must for those who like true …
Character development is a bit thin.
Ended up buying the series. Carries characters through. Very human decisions and missteps in dealing with the destruction of civilization.
This was a wonderful book that I recommend to anyone that loves Sci-Fi.
Beginning of a great trilogy (and more), I’ve read all three and am looking forward to more. Full of action that keeps you wanting more. Characters are believable and actions match the personalities well.
I found this book hard to start but it was interesting once I got into it . I don’t really like the ones that don’t end. In other words you have to buy all three to see what happens ! Guess I give it three and a half stars .
For the 1st book in series it’s a great set up to the following books. Looking forward to reading the rest.
At least this science fiction had some science fact; imaginative plot, okay for an extended series of books that must connect with a homo sapient readership.
Left me wanting to know “what’s next?”
Great book, especially for free, I have read the whole trilogy, and the first one can be read alone, but does leave some disclosure, as it leads into two other books. Exiting read
End of the world dystopian that does not fit the mold.
good read
Character development was terrific. Can’t wait to read other books in series
Appreciated the author’s attention to detail in describing the issues concerning preparation for humankind’s survival in the face of unimaginable disaster. Looking forward to learning how this cliffhanger will end.
You want long reviews…I don,t do that,,,the book was well writen and entertaining,,I would recomend I
Will humans remain their petty selves when resettled on a new planet, will parochialism, factionalism, and the litany of human weakness still maintain its hold; or can humans rise above their baser instincts. The sequels may supply the answer to this serious question set forth in this book. The inquiry is worth the effort and has relevance to …
