A bad boy. A good girl. A second chance that could send them both up in flames.Emily was a cop’s daughter, and I was the boy from the wrong side of the tracks. At eighteen, our affair was wild and completely secret. Until she left town for college and a better life, and I hit the road to nowhere.Eight years later, we’re both back in town. My father is in prison; Emily is selflessly helping her … selflessly helping her sister. We should be farther apart than we’ve ever been. But I’ve never been able to resist temptation, especially when that temptation is Emily.
I shouldn’t go near her. But I do.
She shouldn’t say yes. But she does.
Our chemistry is hotter than ever, but she’s hiding something from me. Just like I’m hiding something from her. It’s hard to tell whose secrets are more dangerous, until it all goes to hell.
I can save her – and she can save me. But we’ll have to break the rules.
We’re from different worlds. We don’t belong together.
But in the end, Emily and I are going to have to get dirty.

For fans of New Adult & Contemporary Romance. Bad boy hero. Good girl heroine. Second chances. Can’t wait for the next Riggs brothers book.
This was my first book by the author. I’m hooked! I blew through the entire series in an insane amount of time! Get it ASAP! You won’t regret it!
Fun and engaging. I read it in one sitting.
I absolutely love Julie Kriss’s books. She’s one of my go-to authors.
Drive me Wild – Julie Kriss – Julie Kriss has a thing for bad boys and muscle cars which works out because I’m pretty sure the rest of her readership does as well! Being a Riggs is a walking condemnation in a small town. Somehow this works like a clarion call to cop’s daughter Emily. Luke and Emily spent the last 10 years being secretly in love without even admitting it to themselves. When Luke returns home after a vagabond existence to take over his dad’s sketchy auto shop, Em comes home to help run her sister’s hair salon with a business degree she can’t seem to use. Luke has three choices when faced with his dad’s schemes: go along with it, run for the hills, or get his brothers to help him get out. I’m anticipating that the rest of this series is going to be just as much fun! Happy Reading!
I’ve been burning through everything by Julie Kriss and adoring it all! Drive Me Wild has dynamic, sexy characters I can’t get enough of. The chemistry is steam up the windows in the backseat of your daddy’s Buick until the cops come knocking, good. I want all the Riggs brothers!
Page turner! Great book starting the 2nd book cant wait to see the story behind the other brothers.
Continued to buy the remainder of the series as had to know about the other brothers, very good read.
I live the Bad Boy type if guy….this was the first of a 4 series book..I could not get into the 2 books after this one but the last one is just as Juicy as the first one
Luke and Emily are stuck in a rut with their roles as bad boy and good girl. I was irritated with the heroine and her being ashamed of the hero. Luke was such a good guy, he just had a difficult past. The ending was sweet and Emily came around to not caring what people think or say about your relationships.
my first book by Julie Kriss but certainly not the last!
Loved this first in series book about four hot brothers!
So I saw this advertised as a freebie and with my slight one click addiction and the fact it sounded like something I would enjoy I just had to grab it. And I am glad I did, it was a great introduction to a new series and a new author.
First I have to tell you that Emily came across as a bit of a bitch. But as I got to know her better I kind of got it. Small towns are hard and judgy and everyone knows everyone’s everything and she was young and dumb. And when she got older and knew better than to be caught up with who people thought Luke was there was a whole heap of drama and impending disaster. But once she realised that she wanted him to be more than her dirty little secret she pulled up her big girl panties and put herself out there.
But honestly this whole story was about Luke for me. Because man was that man all kinds of bad arse, sweetness in a muscled, tattooed package and I licked him so he’s mine. Seriously he had a way of saying the sweetest things in the most growly, masculine of ways that I physically felt the chills and tingles. He was in such a hard position but he was so determined to be better than he was stereotyped.
I felt like there was a little bit of the background story that I would have liked to see resolved. But I am assuming that the strings of the Riggs father will be dealt with in the succeeding books. And since the last book is Emily’s sister I am thinking we will get everything all tied up in a neat little bow by then. Anywho I am off to grab the rest of the series and have a binge.
The concept of this book was a little iffy to me prior to reading. Once I started, I was so hooked. The exceptional storytelling and the depth and growth of these characters made this a compelling read. And yeah, steamy as hell.
The Rigg’s brother’s, Luke, Jace, Ryan, and Dex.
Drive Me Wild features Luke, Westlake’s resident bad boy who Emily Parker secretly fooled around with the summer before she left for college. Eight years later, Emily returns home after a failed relationship and career. She finds things haven’t changed much. The small town residents still hold Luke in contempt for the way he was raised by his criminal father. Emily is the only one who believes Luke isn’t guilty of the crimes he’s accused of. Who could blame them for trying to quench the unquenchable desire they have for each other? After all, they’re no longer kids, they’re consenting adults.
Sexy, hot! Distracting and easy to read! Just what I need to cope with social distancing!!!! Thank you !
Nice bad boy/good girl romance, with a happy ending.
“I leaned into his ear. I kissed the warm skin beneath it. And then I said, “We’re not over. And we never will be.”
Emily Parker had her entire future planned since leaving her small town to go to college. Study, graduate, get a job, be successful and make money. A bright, flawless future where everything would work out. Eight years later, she returns home to help her sister, and her life is nothing like what she dreamed. No job, no money, no perspective and feeling lost.
Luke Riggs never thought he would be coming home. But with the arrest of his father, he has to take care of the family business, a task none of his brothers have volunteered for. The surname Riggs has always been synonymous with trouble, and the boys’ reputation and their indomitable notoriety only served to heighten rumors around the city. With an absent mother and an uncaring father, the brothers grew up without rules, left to fend for themselves. Each one went its own way in life, and they were never close, but new discoveries will bring them back together.
And with Emily and Luke returning home at the same time, fate helps them meet. And even after so long, as much as they may deny it, chemistry and attraction still exist. The fact is, they were together for a period. A secret relationship. After all, she’s the daughter of Westlake’s most famous cop. And he is a Riggs, a guy from the wrong side of the tracks, one of the troubled brothers.
Emily will find out that her family is hiding something, just as Luke will find out the extent of his father’s problems. With both of them trying to start a new life and looking for a new way, the past will resurface to disrupt. And Luke’s troubles may condemn this new relationship, after all dating a police officer’s daughter can put him in a bad situation.
The book has a fast pace, a bit of tension and suspense and the Riggs brothers are interesting and controversial. But a closer look will reveal that they are not what they seem. There are more shades under the problematic facade. Emily and Luke are perfect for each other. Luke has loved her since his teens, and deserved his happy ending. Each brother will have a book of his own, and I can’t wait to find out what secrets Dex hides.

I just love reading about guys from the wrong side of the tracks and boy Julie Kriss just wowed me in this book. We have the Riggs brothers starting with the oldest, Luke. Everything about him screams of giving him a second chance and boy the chemistry he has with Emily is hot. Now Emily seems kind of aloof and shines when she is with Luke. Loved seeing how he can make her be more confident in herself and the way she helps him is awesome. First brother and already loving the Riggs brother cannot wait to see the rest of these brothers.
“I received an eBook copy from the publisher for the purpose of an honest review. I was not compensated for this review: all conclusions are my own.”
Luke and Emily story started as teenage lovers, then the second chance they have started 8 years later. When Emily meets Luke again, but being the guy from the wrong side of the tracks won’t be easy for her attitude towards his situation, he however doesn’t want to be judge because of his family, he wants to be seen for who he is. This book is one I can recommend and getting to read the next one is amazing, one you can’t put down.
