Kit is one of the last holdouts of a female-led resistance to our government’s utopian vision. I’m her last hope. I am Senator Roman Daley, and to save this rebel, I’m going to have to give her something she’s never needs: the firm guidance and nurturing of the daddy she never had. The colony of Paternas was built to reform women like Kit, who raised themselves in the shelled remnants of a city … shelled remnants of a city called the Warrens.
I want to give her the childhood she missed. I know it won’t be easy. She’s never known love. She’s never known discipline. She’s never really laughed. She’s never really cried. I intend to change that.
My goal is to make her my mate. But there’s another reason I’m doing this. The utopian world of New Bethel isn’t as perfect as it seems. I’ll need Kit’s help to change it, but first I have to earn her obedience.

OMG Ms. Sinclair is back with her daddy books and better than ever. Love the Sci-Fi aspect to this story. Kit is such a great character and her Daddy is a good caretaker. He is brilliant and a visionary. The world building is out of this world. I loved all the techy items throughout the story. The background is laid out quickly and efficiently so you can get into the heart of the story. I was so glad Roman went back for his twin. Her hubby was the worst. Loved the ending and the possibility of more stories in this world.
Short read. Expect strange dystopian world, but some sweetness too. Not much character or plot development. Still, a quick read and relatively entertaining.
This is a post apocalyptic world where the men are dominant and the women are submissive. There’s a faction of women rebels fighting against the new rulers and they are strong and not submissive. Roman a senator of New Bethel has created a program to capture and reform the rebel women to be submissive but stronger. Kit is one of the rebel leaders and she is the one he’s chosen. I really enjoyed this story. I recommend this read 5 Thumbs up.
*I received a free copy of this book which I voluntarily chose to write an honest review for.
Meet Roman a Senator in his sci-fi world of New Bethel that follows a social structure where males are the dominants and women raised to be submissive. Roman is not happy with this so he creates Paternas a separate place where they capture what they call “feral” women to retrain them for their world with a twist. This is where Kit comes into play as the leader of the group where she comes from. This set the way for some fireworks I must say as the two clash. Excellent world building, great descriptive narratives, and characters you can get attached to. I am not generally a fan of sci-fi stuff but I was really getting into this one. If you enjoy sci-fi romance with a D/S theme to it then you would really enjoy this one like I did so I give it 4/5 stars.
I LOVE HER BOOKS
This is the first daddy book I have read by this author. I love her Drakoryan Bride books, so I thought I would take a chance on a daddy book by her. I was not disappointed. Kit is a leader from the women’s resistance movement. Roman is a Senator in the male dominated society where their women are subservient to the males. Put these two together and you get fireworks. Roman just wants to give her a childhood, discipline and love. Will Kit acquiesce?
When you want to find a good Daddy story, then you know that you can always turn to Ava Sinclair. Her Daddies are always dominant, strong, caring, loving, and sexy. Roman Delaney is definitely all of the above.
Senator Roman Delaney is part of the ruling class of New Bethel. He’s expected to take a wife, but he doesn’t want to take one of the women of his own class. He also wants to make it easier for the laboring class to take a wife. Because of these things, he helped start a program called Paternas which takes rebel women from the Warrens and brings them to a special program to help them learn to be wives.
Kit isn’t just a rebel. She is the rebel. She’s one of the rebel leaders. But when she gets snagged, her folder is handed to Roman as a candidate for a wife. He takes one look at her and her history and knows that she’s the one for him, his little girl. He will be her Daddy and guide her until it’s time to marry her. Kit, on the other hand, isn’t all that thrilled by the idea and she isn’t willing to trust.
I love everything I have ever read of Ava Sinclair’s, and this one is way up on that list. There are so many reasons for this. One is that there is the surface level story, which is plenty enjoyable, but then you get down further, and you see that there is so much more to the story than you thought. There are all kinds of bad guys who all have their own motives. It’s a great story, and I’m really hoping to see more set in this world.
