Be One with Me (Finding Love in Green Springs Book 2)
By CA Miconi
5 out of 5 stars
I loved reading the book Be One with Me (Finding Love in Green Springs Book 2) CA Miconi. It is a story that pulled me in from the beginning and didn’t let me go until the final page. It is a story that had me hooked. I loved reading about the characters of Sally and Nolan. Sally is an intelligent and independent woman. She is a successful businesswoman. She finds herself running away from the only life she has always known. Then she meets Nolan. Nolan also runs a business. He has no plans to leave the town of Green Springs, Mississippi. He lost his wife to cancer and finds himself alone. Then he meets Sally. While they may have come from opposite places, they find an attraction to each other. What does the future hold for Nolan and Sally? Will they be able to find a way to overcome their differences? Read this book to find out. This is a story that had my emotions going up and down when reading. I grew to care about Nolan and Sally and wanted them to find happiness. I also enjoyed reading about the additional characters in the story as most of them have been brought forward from the first book. There are romantic moments included in this story. This is a book that is entertaining with characters you will fall in love with. I highly recommend reading it.
This is such a sweet romance that shows race doesn’t matter when it comes to love. Also that friends turn out to be the perfect choice for the one to fall in love with. I really liked this book as the narration was done very well.
This is the second book in the Finding Love in Green Springs Series, a Small Town Romance. Sally and Nolan’s slow burn romance is interesting. They are opposites attract, and they share an undeniable chemistry. Sally is a lovely city girl. Nolan is a handsome country boy. The storyline is filled with angst, trust issues, and miscommunication. Lacy Laurel and John Pirhalla did a good job with the narration. #TheFlock #PinkFlamingoProductions #AudiobookObsession
Be One With Me, my first read by CA Miconi, is a wonderfully written slow burn love story between Sally and Nolan. What brought the magic and made it creditworthy was the narration by Lacy Laurel and John Pirhalla. Looking forward to the next book in this series. #AudiobookObsessionReviewer #PinkFlamingoProductions #AudiobookObsession #Flock
Sally thought she was going to be alone in the world , as her mother was dying from cancer. Her mother told her that her father wasn’t really dead, and she should try to find him. Her whole world changes, when she finds out she had a relatives in the small town, Green Springs, Being an adult, will she be welcomed with open arms?
Right outside of town her car broke down. Nolan, the tow truck driver was immediately enamored with her. Being from Chicago, Nolan gives her the nickname “City Girl.”
Sally is independent, stubborn, strong willed, not looking for any romantic relationships. But Nolan has something else on his mind. But how is he going to change hers?
I love this small town story with newfound family and friends, .
Lacy Laurel and John Pirhalla narration is phenomenal. Their performance brings all the character to life, by giving each one their voice and personality.

Audiobook Review:
This was a first for me with this author. But she definitely made a good first impression. I liked the nice quick pace that kept me interested. I felt like things flowed smoothly and kept the pages turning. Both main characters were likable. I might have been a bit more partial to Nolan and his patience and kindness but Sally was good too. And I could understand her hesitation and high walls in light of everything she’d been through, not just in the beginning of the story but also her whole life really only having one main person to count on. I do wish there had been more explanation given for the secrecy from Linda and honestly felt bad for everything Sandy missed out on. But the story itself was enjoyable.
Lacy Laurel was once again excellent. I just really enjoy her performance every time. Her co-narrator was new to me and if I’m honest, I’m torn about him. I liked the way the story was narrated, especially with the POV style, but while I definitely felt John Pirhalla was great for Sandy and Elijah and would have thought this was perfect had this been done in multi cast style, I didn’t really love him as Nolan. I would have been happier with a little bit younger sounding voice. But that being said, he was a good narrator.
Overall this was a good story and I would happily listen to more of this author’s work.

Be One with Me
Finding Love in Green Springs, Book 2
By: CA Miconi
Narrated by: Lacy Laurel, John Pirhalla
I love when a story I listen to is fresh and new. This is the second book in the Finding Love in Green Springs series and it’s story is just that. It stands alone and will only make you want to go back and listen to book one! CA Miconi crafts a story around Sally. Finding out her father is alive on her mother’s death bed has her searching for him. What she finds is an unexpected family that welcomes her with open arms. She also meets Nolan. The town mechanic, he rescues her when her car breaks down. This man is immediately attracted to Sally, but she wants no part of it. He has no intention of giving up on his “city girl” though. A slow burn, a mutual loss and a love of the town has this couple destined to be together. Or does it? Will Sally leave her home in Chicago? Will her friendship with Nolan turn into love? It’s an easy listen with relevant issues and brings out the good in people. I really enjoyed this story, and now will go back to hear book 1!
Lacy Laurel narrates the role of Sally, and I absolutely loved her! She gives her that sassiness that Sally has, yet Laurel has a way of adding a layer of vulnerability into that sass. It makes Sally very realistic and brings her emotions to the surface. John Pirhalla is new to me, and I loved him! What a great accent he brings to his characters, and an ease only the south has with their cadence. I really enjoyed his portrayal of Sandy and Nolan. This is a wonderful love story and amazing listen!

Be One with Me
Finding Love in Green Springs, Book 2
By: CA Miconi
Narrated by: Lacy Laurel, John Pirhalla
C.A. Miconi pens another captivating and heartfelt story in her “Finding Love in Green Springs” series. It is a wonderful opposites attract small town romance. The characters are realistic, easy to relate to and connect with. Sally lives in the city, owns a successful business, she was brought up by a single Mom who just lost her battle with cancer. Before she dies she tells Sally that her father is still alive and that she should look for him, she believed her father was deceased. So after her mother passes she takes a DNA test in hopes to track him down. With a successful match she reaches out to a possible relative that leads her to her father. They meet and hit it off, he notices she is skittish and she tells him the attack she suffered while walking to her car. When he asks her to come meet the rest of the family she takes him up on his offer and leaves her business in the capable hands of a new partner. Sally’s car breaks down right outside town and calls for a tow. Nolan owns the garage in Green Springs, he picks up Sally and tows her car to the garage. Nolan, lost his wife to cancer and has not been interested in anyone else since, that was until Sally entered his life. They do not exactly hit it off right away but Nolan is determined to not give up on his city girl. I loved how everything plays out in this book, the fast paced story is nicely plotted with plenty of drama, a touch of angst, lots of heartfelt and emotional moments and a wonderful romance. C.A. Miconi, thank you for another fabulous story and emotional rollercoaster ride, it was great to catch up with the characters from the first book and great to be in Green Springs again.
And for the fabulous narration, Lacy Laurel and John Pirhalla are the perfect cast to bring these characters to life. They did an awesome job portraying the characters, humanizing them, giving each their own voice and personality, as well as heart and attitude. Lacy Laurel’s take on Sally was spot on, she took the role and made it her own. John Pirhalla did the same with Nolan’s role. Both were amazing with the secondary characters as well. They are talented narrators and entertaining storytellers, it is a pleasure to listen to their work. Thank you for another awesome listen
Thank you @PinkFlamingoProductions @AudiobookObsession #TheFlock #AudiobookObsessionReviewer
Holy smokes this book was absolutely fantastic and it will keep you hooked from the beginning until the end and you still want more. What happens when you find out who your father is and meet for the first time. This book will have you on an emotional roller coaster ride and it will grab your heart and make you melt. Just absolutely love this book
Be One with Me (Finding Love in Green Springs Book 2) by CA Miconi – Review by Makaela Patterson
This book has a perfect balance of romance and drama. At moments you are happy and rooting for this love story to unfold. Yet moments of sorrow when a family member has passed. I really like how realistic the storyline flowed but yet there were still a lot of wow moments. I really enjoyed this book. Although I do wish I read the book one first. I wanted to know more of the backstory of the characters. Overall I felt it was still a good stand alone book if you don’t like to follow a whole book series.
Be One With Me by CA Miconi is book two of the Finding Love in Green Springs series. There is some overlap from book one so I highly suggest reading the books in order but that shouldn’t be a hardship as both books are enjoyable!
Sally and Nolan both know a little about cancer and the pain loss can cause. Sally is independent and intelligent bit after the loss of her mom, finds herself a bit lost and running from the only life she’s known. Nolan also knows the feeling of loss. He however had no plans of leaving Green Springs. He’s got his business to take care of but he can’t help but feel lonely. Sally and Nolan no doubt are attracted to each other and have in common the loss caused by cancer but is that enough for them to build a relationship on?
This book was so sweet but also had some very emotional moments. You couldn’t help but root for Sally and Nolan’s happiness. I couldn’t put this book down!
Be One With Me by CA Miconi
Five Stars
Be One With Me is the second book in the Finding Love in Green Spring series by CA Miconi. This book can be read as a standalone but the first book is just s good so I highly recommend you read the series in order. The words that come to mind while reading this book are Sweet and Spicy. The story flows smoothly and the characters are relatable. Sally and Nolan have some amazing chemistry, now they just need to get out of their own way to get to the good stuff. I can’t wait to read the next book in this series.
Be One with Me (Finding Love in Green Springs, #2) by C.A. Miconi was a great 4 star read.
Sally lives in Chicago. She is a successful woman who has her own business. While on her deathbed Sally’s mom shares a huge secret, her father is alive and she tells her where to look for him. Sally ends up doing an ancestry submission to see if she can find any family. Sally gets a match and reaches out to a possible family member, and things take off from there.
Nolan is a country boy with his own business. He hasn’t had any interest in women until he meets Sally. Sally is feisty and he is attracted to her instantly. She has come to town to meet her family. Can Nolan convince Sally to go out with him? Will Sally finally find the family she has been missing?
Nolan and Sally both have lost a loved one to cancer, this is one of many connections that they have. I really loved Nolan and how old school he was, opening doors, etc. Overall I really enjoyed this book. It can be read as a stand alone. I would love to see more from these two. If you’re looking for a great small town romance, 1-click and get started today.
Be One with Me (Finding Love in Green Springs Book 2) by CA Miconi
I had been waiting for this book since I had enjoyed the first so much and I wasn’t disappointed at all. I think I might have liked this book more than the first. Barbara definitely had a hand in that.
We finally get Nolan and Sally’s story. From how they met to how they came to be together. I knew there was a bit of a love hate between them but now all of my questions were answered about them.
I cannot recommend this book enough, there were just so many sweet moments throughout the book. Don’t know which is my favorite, but there are a few competing.
This book can be read as a standalone, but I’m one of those people who prefer to read books in a series in order. Hope you give this great couple a chance to tell you their story.
I have read a couple of books from this author and she continues to surprise me. I love small town romance but this book exceeded all my expectations. This is the second book to the Finding Love in Green Springs series. You can read this book as a stand alone but there are previous characters in this story as well. I was so excited when I got this book I stopped everything and started to read it immediately. I could not stop reading until the end. The characters will draw you in right from the start. I can’t wait to see what this author will write next.
Sally lives in one of the most popular cities, Chicago. She loves being a city girl. Sally loves her job but when she loses her mother to cancer she finds out she has family she never knew about. Sally finds herself in the country. She is so happy with her new family but something is missing in her life. Sally runs into the handsome Nolan and she starts to feel things she has never felt before. Can Sally be a country girl or will she miss her city living too much?
Miconi does a beautiful job writing stories filled with deep characters and raw emotion. This book had me riding a roller coaster I both expected and was unprepared for, in a very real and beautiful way. This story shows the beautiful reality of finding commonalities no matter the stark contrast of backgrounds between two people. How tragedy can bind. How opposites can balance. I look forward to reading this again as well as reading the other book in the series.
Be One with Me (Finding Love in Green Springs Book 2) by CA Miconi. This is a great romance and it could be read as a standalone but I think its so much better having read the first one. Its the story of Sally who has seems to have it all together. She is super successful with her own business, a upscale condo and plenty of money in the bank but in reality life seems pretty messed up to Sally. Her mom has just died from cancer and on her deathbed told Sally to find he real father, that he is not dead as she had always believed. On top of that she gets mugged and is scared to death. That causes her to move to Green Springs, Mississippi a super small town where crime is low and people are friendly. She meets Nolan after moving there who appears to have it all together, he has his own business, loves his life and has plenty of money in the bank. The only thing the two of them have in common is Nolan has just lost his wife to cancer. Can they make this relationship work? Read Be One with Me to find out.
I am kind of a sucker for small town romances. Something about the feel they give me as I am reading, almost as if I am transformed to the place it takes place in and visiting while meeting a new set of friends that I have come to love and care for. Be One with Me by CA Miconi did just that for me. I was instantly taken to Green Springs, Mississippi and tiptoeing through the countryside as I watched Nolan and Sally navigate the new relationship they find themselves in.
I love how these two are literally polar opposites. Nolan is a country boy through and through. He is also recovering from the loss of his wife due to cancer. Sally is very much a city girl who has a lot going for her in her life. Except loss visits her life too and she starts to question what will really make her life a happy one worth living. When these two meet they know the differences but feel the connection. Will they be able to find a way to overcome the differences and heal the one thing they have in common? These two were so sweet and I loved reading all about them. I do think now I will go back and check out book one in the Finding Love in Green Springs series since I fell in love with this one so much. I can’t wait to see what book three will have in store for us as well.
Be One With Me is the second book in the Finding Love in Green Springs series by CA Miconi. The story opens with Sally losing her mother to cancer which leaves her alone in the world, or so she thinks. Her mother’s dying wish is for Sally to find her long lost father, who Sally believed to be dead all this time. Shortly after her mother’s death Sally is mugged in a parking garage near her business in Chicago. The knowledge of her living father and the need to not be alone drive Sally to make some major life changes. Nolan is a small town mechanic shop owner who has lost his wife to cancer. When this country boy crosses paths with the city girl Sally, sparks start to fly. Nolan enjoys their casual banter but can two polar opposites be good for each other? This novel was a heartwarming romantic novel. I loved watching the strong, independent Sally, who thought it was her against the world, start to put her guard down to let her new family and friends in. I also enjoyed watching Nolan start to open up to the possibility that there could be another woman in the world for him besides his late wife. This story was the perfect balance of emotions; there were sparks, there were laughs, there were fights, and there were tears. I look forward to reading other novels in this series.
This is the second book in the finding love in green springs book by CA Miconi. The writing style was amazing as I’ve come to expect with CA Miconi. This book follows Sally and Nolan. She’s a boutique owner in Chicago who loses her mom to cancer. She decides to do a DNA test to see if she has other family out there. What she finds, splits her world wide open. It’s a great story of family and finding love. Great book!
