Another in the Brotherhood Protector’s World….I love this series by Mary Winter.
When Charity kept receiving nude photos and threats, she hired the Brotherhood and they sent Daniel to protect her and her reputation as the tv host of a children’s talent show. Things are escalating and dander threatens, including losing her heart to her bodyguard. But will he stay around if he knows her secret?

Another great book in the brotherhood protector world and I love everything about that world and this book is no exception/ Though it is only a fairly short read it drew me in and kept me engaged
Charity Collins is the well knows face of a children’s show so her reputation is everything. When an ex boyfriend threatens to realise nude photos of her taken without her consent she takes the advise of a friend and contacts brotherhood protection. Daniel “Gonzo” Vondorn expects this case to be like all the others he has been on protect the client get the bad guy go home What he didn’t expect was Charity and the affect she had on him Will he be able to keep her safe and will he be able to walk away when the case is done.
Part of the Brotherhood Protectors World series a well written story that held my interest until the end. This is Charity Collins the announcer at an acclaimed children’s talent show and the bodyguard she hires Daniel “Gonzo” Vondorn’s story. There is suspense, drama, danger, evil, kidnapping, and romance. I enjoyed reading and I want to read more in this series. Mitch was part of her past, or so Claire thought. Suddenly risqué photos from her past that he knew about appear. Next, more recent photos appear.
Daniel works for the Brotherhood Protectors. He discovers hidden cameras in her home and dressing room. A bomb threat and more cameras come to light.
Twisted sorrow and disappointments from the past make the present scary and dangerous. Echoes from the past haunt any potential future.
Love and defense skills alone cannot get them through this.
Intense thriller/ suspense/romance!

This was a rather quick read but fairly good. There were some typo’s and missing words in the book but didn’t really detract from the overall story.
Charity’s peaceful life is threatened by an ex-boyfriend. Her friend Vicky refers her to the Brotherhood Protectors. What Charity didn’t expect was that her protector would make her long for things she’d long since buried.
Daniel thinks this job will be just like all the rest, protect the client, catch the bad guy and go home. But there’s something about Charity that makes him start thinking about settling down. But before Daniel can even think about making a life with Charity he has to catch her ex-boyfriend, which is proving a little hard to do.
Will Charity’s secret destroy any type of relationship with Daniel once her ex is caught?

When you’re the host of a children’s show, risque photos out in the world is definitely a problem. Luckily, Charity has a friend who hooks her up with a bodyguard. Daniel is there to take care of what she thinks is her crazy ex-boyfriend and get back to his life. Just another job. The thing is, once they’re in the same house together they both realize how attracted they are to each other. Maybe Daniel can help her move on from the pain of her past. Their future looks a lot different once that starts happening. I enjoyed this read.
When I read a book in the Brotherhood Protectors World, I expect a good story, characters that make sense to me, and a less-than-obvious end to the suspense. A Killer Talent doesn’t disappoint in any of these, in fact Daniel may be one of the best of Hank Patterson’s men that I’ve read. The way he looks after his adopted cat at the end is just the cherry on the top of a truly good book. Charity, too, is a character it’s easy to like and respect. The story keeps you interested, the main characters are likeable, and the book could have been double the length and I’d still have loved it.

3 1/2 Stars. This was an enjoyable short read. It would be 4* if it weren’t for the editing. Extra words, missing words and errors such as I instead of I’ve. The story is short and sweet. The h is being threatened by an ex and the H is security hired to protect her. The story is pretty straightforward. They both feel instant attraction. There is some drama but it never gets intense. Overall I recommend this book.

When Charity, a well-known face of a talent show for children, is stalked by her ex-boyfriend and sent photos of her in the nude that were taken without her knowledge in her apartment – she asks for help with a private security company. They send a bodyguard to protect her, but also to find out more about the stalker. Gonzo, as he is called, expects the usual, and is shocked when he finds not only immediate attraction, but a wish to protect beyond reason.
An entertaining suspenseful story with a romance intertwined, thrilling at times, slow at times for the romance to take hold.
A really well-written story.
