Capricorn Book #2
Being a suspect in a murder case never happens at a good time, but for Capricorn, Tad Halston, a recovering addict and former male escort who is on the verge of reclaiming his place as an in-demand male model, the timing couldn’t be worse.
With bodies piling up and more evidence pointing to him for the murders, the last thing he needs is a series of anonymous messages demanding he make the next kill for vengeance. Can he murder the uncle who abused him and sent his life hurtling down this dark path, or will his sister become the real killer’s next victim? For Tad, time is running out.
Now that Darek Blake has hired Bay “The Slayer” Collins as his divorce attorney, he realizes the man’s help will come at a much higher price. Becoming an informant was never part of the deal, but with new evidence hitting too close to home, Darek is left with no other choice. With the killer targeting Darek’s old friends, he has to decide which side is most important, his role as a detective, or his past as part of the Zodiac Society.
Pisces Book #3
With the suspicious death of Tad Halston, Detective Darek Blake finds walking the line between NYPD detective and Zodiac member a more daunting task than ever. Hannah Halston, Tad’s sister, refuses to believe the official story that her brother went on a vengeful killing spree. She’s doing her best to clear his name, which brings Darek’s partner, Special Agent Lizzy McNamara, even closer to his criminal past.
Meanwhile, whoever is targeting the Zodiacs has their sights on Logan Miller. His life is complicated enough already, with his struggling career and bitter relationship with an older woman, but when he meets Hannah Halston at her brother’s funeral, lending a sympathetic shoulder turns into so much more. He’s determined to end things with the older woman until she tells him she’s dying. Stuck between a rock and hard place, does he continue his relationship, or go where his heart tells him? Will the killer choose for him?

Found this book very dark and depressing.
Read first three in series want to read next three but kindle cost is holding me back for now
a little predictable
A real page turner – hard to put down
I did not find it to my taste but someone else may well love it
Amazingly dysfunctional and sad people attract and rotate around each other, committing unthinkable acts, shadowed by their Zodiac signs. Great idea to make this a story spanning a series of books! Eight more to go until I know who did it…
This is an amazing series.
Book 1 is the beginning of the telling of the Zodiac Club at camp V.
Book 2 shows you what Tad a Capricorn goes through to save the club.
Book 3 shows you how the Zodiac killer zeroes on the other memebers.
I wish I had never started this book. And I stayed with it much too long.
Too much nastiness for me.
These 3 stories just kept twisting in on themselves. I am still puzzling out who the killer is and am looking forward to the next in the series.
I can’t wait to read Book #4.
This is a cliff hanger series. I’ve read the first three. I won’t bother with the rest, though others might like it just fine. Each book focuses on one protagonist (out of 12, presumably) with story arcs involving the others carrying the plot forward.
My biggest problem with this series is that I just don’t like cliffhangers. In adfition, I find the characterizations clumsy, superficial, and not all that believable. The story unfolds in fits and starts, with repeated hints of details to come that is repetitive and almost coy.
Good..until dropped off the series.
I love this author
OMG I LOVED THESE BOOKS!!!
Hope I will have the chance to read the rest of the series. Young people are nieve about what will be there forever ie: Facebook postings! Good book.
Can’t wait for the next book!
The first book started off strong but the second and third books were not as good. The third book was particularly disappointing. It appears the authors ran out of steam by the third book.
Definitely educational….
Good story line especially for a series. Some, in my opinion, unnecessary, gratuitous sex scenes that you just want to get through to get to the rest of the story.
