THE ZANDIANS STILL NEED BRIDES.It’s the Zandian Lights festival, and the king declared a free-for-all.All human females may mate without petition.Without multiple partners. Without promises. Two warriors have pledged themselves to me,but I can’t get excited about becoming their bride. There’s only one purple-skinned male who excites me-Mykl, my master and supervisor. The gruff male with a dislike … supervisor. The gruff male with a dislike for humans.
But I’ve also seen heat in his eyes, a tilt of his horns when he looks at me.
So this holiday, my only wish is to snag his attention.
And maybe even his heart.

Lovely story. I love Kiana and Mykl, even when he was being prickly. And he was being prickly a lot. But Kiana was persistent. I love how she kept doing everything she could to get under his skin.
I got so mad at him when he knew that he had feelings for Kiana but kept swearing he had to mate with a pure blooded Zandian woman, even though they hadn’t found, but when one miraculously turns up, he’s more than willing to make everyone, including himself, miserable for a promise to a dead man.
I love the lights celebration. I can just picture in my head how pretty it must be with all those lights through all those crystals.
This is a Zandian Brides universe holiday novel! With a twist on how Renee and Rebel usual handle Zandian matings, but losing none of the sass that makes their heroines so great, this book is a great addition to the series. A definite must read for SFR lovers looking for a holiday romance
Quick read. Somewhat interesting storyline. Mykl and Kianna have chemistry, but Mykl is determined to mate with a Zandian female and Kianna is human.
I was surprised it took Kianna so long to figure out what was wrong with Cressa. It was fairly obvious. I thought the names of the Zandian pair of Arc and Bow was kind of witty.
It seemed like the concept of the Zandia Lights took a back seat to Mykl and Kianna’s relationship. I guess it should have, because the focus was on their situation, but it felt like if Zandian Lights was not mentioned in the book, I wouldn’t have missed it. It didn’t really add anything other than being an interesting concept.
Things work out for Mykl and Kianna, so they ultimately get their HEA.
There was a bit of action, some spanking, some sexual scenes. If any of that offends you, you should take a pass on this book.
I read this book via Kindle Unlimited .
A new story in the world of Zandian and it is bit different than the rest.
What I enjoyed about it most is that it is about trying to find t who you are and what your dreams and desires are. Let go of what people think you should be and just be yourself.
I thought that this was quite enjoyable. There was an underlying sweetness and lots of angsty feelings in this steamy read. This is a quick length read so the story isn’t deep but it is emotional. I really liked Kianna and my heart ached for her. I so wanted her to get the HEA she wanted, even if I often felt that Mykl was unworthy of her. Speaking of Mykl, I liked him but I also found him stubborn, shortsighted and almost stupidly foolish. His honorability, which should have made him admirable, actually made him into a bit of a jerk and I hated how badly his words and actions hurt Kianna. Did it make for a heart tugging read? Yes, but that didn’t mean I had to be happy about it. I seriously wanted to give him a good hard smack again and again and tell him to wise up and grab that happy while he had the chance. Other than that pet peeve, I liked this book a lot. This audiobook has a single narrator but I thought they did a good job.
The fourth book in the Zandian Brides series a well written story that held my interest throughout. Kianna is secretly in love with he boss Mykl but he has told her he will only mate a Zandian woman. When they learn one is being put on up on a slave auction, on another planet he rushes to save the woman. There is also two men Arc and Bow who want her but Cressa is in love with them . You have to read this story to see how everything turns out for everyone. I enjoyed reading and want to read the next book. I read a copy through K.U. and I am voluntarily reviewing.
A Zandian style X-mas!
This was a sweet, and the sweet is meant for that grumpy, bullheaded Zandian male, story!
As hard as she tries, his bright, talented human assistant only gets rebuffed time and time again. Until the festival brings light into the three-way-mix-up and each gets it’s/his/her HEA!
A beautiful story about not getting what you want, this story finally addresses the thing between Mykl and Kianna, and it is just fabulous! I love how she is constantly trying to get him to love her, but is frustrated at every turn. She has intelligence and her gift, I’d like to see how that is developed in any future books. Damn, I hope there will be more in the future…..but it felt like she would have to settle for something less, because Mykl is a stubborn jerk through most of the book. I mean, he was so set on his crazy promise that he wasn’t fully living, but the promise was more important somehow, than a possible reality. I loved the part of the Zandian tale, it really had a beautiful love story running through it, you just had to see them work through it.
This book is just as amazing as the others in the Zandian series!
Great world building, good storyline and superbly written characters!
Oh and don’t forget super hot !
Love it!
