In Yeti Yuletide, author Francesca Rose has crafted a slightly unusual but utterly charming holiday romance. While this novella does feature some spicy love scenes, the overall tone is both tender and touching. In the true spirit of Christmas, love brings two very different people together and gifts the reader with a satisfying happy-ever-after ending.
Jayne finds work as a bookkeeper in at Paulette’s Tea Room. Paulette’s Tea Room an exclusive place where ladies can have refreshment, conversation and …other activities. Soon Jayne discovers just who and what Paulette is. To her surprise a Yeti works there named Milann. One night Milann walks Jayne home when someone attempts to abduct her. Milann is shot protecting her. Jayne is attracted to Milann but her past keeps trying to steal her away…
I thoroughly enjoyed this story! The story is unique! The story is well written and fast paced. The world that is created is well crafted with rich description of the culture of the Yeti creating a believable story! The romance between Jayne and Milann is a slow burn, there is chemistry and passion between them as they explore their relationship. The steamy scenes are written sensually, might still need a new kindle…whew! Recommended!
A fairly normal Regency/Victorian story: a young woman who had run from an abusive husband finds shelter in pleasure house, working as a bookkeeper where she finds love and friendship. the twist? – Her love is a Yeti, who also works there.
The story is pleasantly written, it is an easy, entertaining read. What makes the story a little remarkable is that the people rally around her – supporting her against the law, that would give her husband the right to pursue her..

I greatly enjoyed this story, it was unique, engaging, and steamy. I had never read a romance featuring a Yeti, so that piqued my interest immediately and the story didn’t let me down. Looking forward to reading more by this author.
Short and sweet romance combining holiday, historical, and paranormal elements in a subtle, easy way. I haven’t read anything with yetis before, and I liked that the concept was simple enough that the story didn’t get bogged down explaining it, but I still learned plenty about them as the story went on. They fit in well with the Victorian setting, and Christmas makes everything a little better! Wonderful introduction into a new world.
