Once I say yes to him, I’ll never be able to say no.I have no job, a mountain of bills, and I’m a month away from homelessness. It can’t get any worse.CEO prodigy Hunter Carlisle is looking for an admin, and he’s picked me. Filthy rich and sinfully handsome, he’s the bachelor everyone wants. But he has a secret. In order to keep the job, he’ll require me to fck, whenever and however he wants. No … fck, whenever and however he wants. No hearts, no flowers, no falling in love–just sex so good it should be illegal.
That’s not my kinda bag. I like to hold onto control with both hands. But Hunter Carlisle is a man that gets what he wants, and he wants to make the rules.
My only defense is saying no, but everything in my body wants to say yes…
*This is book one in a four part series, each book full length, intended for 18+. Each book has a mini-HEA to tide the reader over leading to an overall HEA and epilogue. This is a spicy book with a little humor and a few shenanigans thrown in.

The main character was okay I. The beginning but she later became a pushover letting Hunter control her life and made her agree to something was wasn’t ready for .
For me, this short read fulfilled its purpose – entertainment and distraction/escape. Because it is one of four books with these characters, I was enticed by its lack of a conclusion to obtain and read the next book, and so on. Certainly not a hugely original or captivating story line, but enjoyable.
Loved this book. Wished it could have been longer. Definitely a page turner.
Good read
I picked this one up as a free deal and was quickly sucked into it! I look forward to moving onto the next in the series! The sex is hot, the characters are funny and interesting, and it was easy to read.
I started reading thinking this book is pretty woman and fifty shades of grey plot but it still kept me entertained. I eventually purchased all the books. I think the books could have been longer for the price but they are entertaining.
Don’t care for series books at all. Either I can’t find the rest of the series or forgot by the time the rest come out. I liked this one but will never find out the ending.
Loved this book. I don’t often (hardly ever) buy sequels when there is a cliffhanger. They annoy me, especially when book 1 is free and the others are more. $3.99 per sequel at roughly 125 pages seems excessive. That having been said, I did buy them and enjoyed the series!
Had to get them all. Wanted the whole message.
I have to read all of them. Can’t wait.
Enjoyable
Great read. Highly recommend the series!
The ending dropped off to sharply. The base of the story and the story line were great.
“Business. Blessed, unfeeling business.”- Olivia
Lovely well written sexy and erotically hot “almost” romance story. Allow me to explain the “almost”. Ms. Summers see the stage with first our heroine, Olivia who is hanging on financially by her fingernails. She is a recent graduate from a prestigious university and her friends all are monied and she is not. She has just experienced rejection from a boyfriend of this social circle. Apparently she did not measure up to his standards, even though those standards are shallow and blatantly pecuniary. She does not understand her worth or realize how beautiful and attractive she truly is.
Our hero, Hunter Carlisle is a extraordinarily young CEO brilliant at business and of course too beautiful for words. He is an intense man whose whole life and focus is about business. He is engaged in name only for some business purpose that isn’t made clear. He hires a new Personal Assistant every 2-3 years and he happens to be hiring now. It an unique, privileged and highly prized position wherein the woman who is hired is taught and mentored in business, introduced to valuable business connections, paid in the six figures with a credit card to buy appropriate clothing in the judgment of Mr. Carlisle and ultimately given a position befitting her talents in the corporation he owns. There is however a secret clause which spells out a Dominant but mutually satisfying sexual relationship without emotional feelings. Mr. Carlisle prefers to see to his sexual needs while at work with no fuss about it. Rule #1- no kissing. (Trust me you will be reading this and the whole time waiting, anticipating, practically dying for these two to kiss.)
This is a wonderful set-up which highlights the feisty and principled nature of our heroine as she is the first one ever to turn this man down. And for the first time ever he pursues her to sign his “unique” employment contract. Olivia tentatively agrees to try it for a month. We watch as Hunter’s business mask begins to slip. But each time it slips a little further, he shores up his resolve to maintain the structure for sexual satisfaction he set in place. Again however, he begins to seek out more than simple companionship and cold sexual relations. There is something honest and wholesome about the beauty of Olivia that seems to be wearing him down and burrowing into his heart.
The author gives us a little backstory and introduces us to the rogue that Hunter’s father shows himself to be. There is intrigue building but you have to read it yourself to see if the longed for “kiss” happens in this book or the next book for which the author seems to be setting the stage. I just may be curious enough to bite. She has me caring about these two. So if you love the “impossible” love and the heroine is not sure if she will settle for anything less than love, trope. Boy, oh boy… this hot erotic book and beyond is just the thing for your itchy one click finger.
Female character was portrayed as not only stupid but unrealistic sad. Just unrealistic as the offer of pain and humiliation would somehow be wonderful low opinion of the female sex,
Lots of fun and likeable characters
I liked the book but I thought the sequels over priced for there length.
An entertaining, funny, sexy, easy read that’s perfect for basically any time.
This is so like 50 shades but you know…. i like the characters and the plot line is sweet and witty… i will downliad the next installment
Very entertaining read. Make me want to continue the series.
