Book 1 in the Yellowstone Romance Series “I am not good with words, but you make my heart sing, Aimee…”Nurse and avid backpacker Aimee Donovan is offered the opportunity of a lifetime. She encounters a patient who tells her he is a time traveler and can send her two hundred years into the past to spend three months in the rugged Yellowstone wilderness at the dawn of the mountain man era. The … mountain man era. The only requirement: she cannot tell anyone that she’s from the future.
How did a white woman suddenly appear in the remote Rocky Mountain wilderness? Trapper Daniel Osborne’s first instinct is to protect this mysterious and unconventional woman from the harsh realities of his mountains. While he fights his growing attraction to her, he is left frustrated by her lies and secrecy.
Daniel shows Aimee a side of Yellowstone she’s never experienced. She is torn between her feelings for him, and exposing a secret that will destroy everything he holds as truth. As her three months come to an end, she is faced with a dilemma: return to her own time, or stay with the man who opened her eyes to a whole new world. When the decision is made for her, both their lives will be changed forever.

All of Peggy’s books are a quick read for me because the stories are so engaging and the characters so believable! I absolutely love each of her series of books- Yellowstone, Teton, Blemished Brides!
This is a really cool look at what the area surrounding Yellowstone (what is now the park) looked like 200 years ago, before it was settled. It’s a must-read for anyone who’s ever been there…can’t you just imagine what the Native Americans thought of geologic oddities like the Mud Pots? This book captures that raw spirit.

For a random book that I got for free, this book was surprisingly really good. I don’t usually read western historical’s but I might need to start. I liked the characters, the story, and the slow building romance between these two. The time travel in the series was interesting and unique.
I think I might read the next book in the series.
I read this book a couple years ago and then I have re read it several more times. and then I continued to read the books in this series and others of the author. I love the time period, I love how the author wrote in the time travel and love loved the plot and the characters. would recommend
I read this book and went on to read the entire series. I enjoyed how they tied together in a believable interrelating story arc. Honest characters you can enjoy. Difficulties overcome, but not so many as to be overly agonizing. Romance, but within a story line. And enough mystery to account for time travel, but not in your face all the time. The …
Loved this book, I didn’t think I would like time travel but this is wonderful. The research the author did into the pre-yellowstone time was wonderful. You get a glimpse of how beautiful and pristine it must have been before civilization moved in.
A great writer. I love all her books and highly recommend them.
I love this whole series. The writer is smart.
The descriptions of the land.
A love through time that has a few hiccups along the way but in the end it works out well.
Loved this book! Easily my favorite!
Being familiar with Yellowstone and The Teton’s, I devoured this author’s work. Aside from that, this was a tremendous story and had memorable characters!!
This book presents a very interesting concept of time travel and the potential repercussions or changes in life that could be affected by such travel. Anyone who has an open mind or curiosity regarding time traveling should sit down and read this entertaining book that deals not only with time traveling but stays true to historical lifestyles.
I feel ridiculous for liking this book, but I did. As far as time travel romances go, this cheesy, wilderness survival one was pretty good. I think I liked it because it closely aligns with a few fantasies of mine…survival stuff is interesting to me, and rough outdoorsy men are hot. lol. Also, I love Indigenous stories. Is there an Indigenous …
Nice and sweet

The best book I’ve read in 2020, anyone who comes across this book should definitely buy it it’s way too intriguing to miss. I love how it brought the old, modern, and the futuristic together. I love the characters and I love the development in the whole mystery to it. Read Read Read! You will regret ittttt if u don’t!!!!!!! I’m definitely reading …
It’s a time travel so leave your common sense at the door. However the story was interesting and kept me reading to the end. A nice, clean time travel romance!
I couldn’t put this book down. It wasn’t the best written book in existence and it has some issues. However, I absolutely adored reading this book. I picked it up because it was free and the reviews for it were good. I would have paid for this book. Historically speaking it’s accurate but overall it’s a quick read with a happy ending and numerous …
