The best man? He’s not even a good guy. He thinks he can say anything he wants and get away with it just because he’s hot as hell.I’d like to prove him wrong, but there’s something about that smile of his that says, “I’ve got you right where I want you.” He’s the most arrogant man I’ve ever met, and normally that would mean me dropping him flat. He’s bossy. He’s argumentative. I know for a fact … argumentative. I know for a fact that he’ll say anything to get into a girls pants.
The best thing for me is to stay as far away as possible—but I can’t do that, because it’s my best friend’s big day.
Nothing is going to ruin it for her, so I can deal with a jerk like him while we get through this wedding.
He probably thinks that me putting up with him means all his flirting is getting him somewhere.
He can think what he wants. I’m not giving anything to him no matter what he tries.

This is a sweet romance. I love the enemy to lovers theme. The emotions expressed are realistic. This is a quick and easy to read story. The characters are down to earth and entertaining. This has a dual POV which makes it more interesting. Twenty-five-year-old Annie Peters is a nurse and still a virgin. She is going to her best friend Kyla’s wedding. Kyla’s fiancé is Kyle and his best friend and best man is Greyson Malone. Twenty-nine-year-old Greyson’s parents has soured him on relationships so he doesn’t do them. Never has never will. When Annie and Greyson meet for the first time, they have less than flattering things to say to one another. She thinks he is an a##hole and he thinks she is a b#tch. Greyson is trying to get Kyle to see the error of his ways and not get married. He even goes as far as interrogating Kyla over dinner the very night they meet. Annie can’t help but feel infuriated at his poor attitude. When Kyla and Kyle go away for a relationship conference, they put Annie and Greyson in charge of overseeing the wedding arrangements. At first, they tolerate each other for the sake of their friends but then they start to really talk to each other and their attraction for each other starts to blossom. They find they have things in common like being a part of the Big Brother Big Sister organization. They both have hang-ups. The book says it better than I can, so I quote “Avoiding the future because of fear from the past was as good as throwing the past into the future. It was as good as reliving those circumstances.” I could not have said it any better. Both Greyson and Annie started to realize this but they had a lot of emotional hurdles to conquer. The road to their happily ever after is wonderfully portrayed in this story. There are attitudes and misunderstandings, romance and love. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this. I received an Advanced Readers Copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Nice romance
I liked this simple story, but pleasant, with the main characters who hate each other (without no real reasons at the beginning, apart from prejudices), then start to know each other and give themselves a chance that none of them they did not see coming. The scenario is a classic hate to love story, except for their fear of commitment that takes them one step forward and two backwards.
Annie (25 years old and still a virgin … quite current situation in a romance story 🙂 is a nurse and she returns to her hometown for the wedding of her best friend. She must organize the marriage with Grayson, the best friend of the groom, who has the goal of not facilitating this marriage. The closer they approachefrom the wedding the more Annie and Grayson get closer without them really knowing why because neither of them wants relationship after their past. They agree on one point : one night and that’s all.
A wonderful quick read that is fast-paced, full of humor, wit, great banter, fun situations, chemistry, and sizzling hot steam. It has lots of ups and downs, twists and turns, suspense, drama, tension, comical banter and that has a large range of feelings. The characters are strong and engaging. A trully satisfying steamy enemies to lovers story. Grayson and Annie will give you a great read as best man and maid of honor told in dual POV in this entertaining, excellently written romance. I voluntarily reviewed this ARC.
This is a fantastic read. It is is such a great story that is so well put together. I loved Annie and Grayson together. They have this chemistry that is just amazing. Their banter between the two of them is fabulous. At times I just had laugh at how they ribbed each other. There is a lot of drama at times in this story and it is definitely an enemies to lover romance. It is most definitely worth reading and doesn’t disappoint. I voluntarily review an advanced reader copy of this book.
Loved this book
AN ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC READ!!!
Whoa baby! Talk about explosive. That doesn’t begin to describe the hostility the main characters feel toward one another at the start. Lexi totally nailed this bad boy. Between the twists and turns, ups and downs, along with a few bumps here and there make for one enjoyable experience. You have a full range of emotions that keep your attention. The suspense and drama rise and the tension spirals as the tale unfolds. One amazing storyline along with the banter and camaraderie brings this bad boy together beautifully. As always in true Lexi form, the characters are realistic and believable. Their personalities are unique with traits that balance out as they play off one another perfectly. The scenes are so vividly detailed it’s easy to picture each scenario as it flows along smoothly. Lexi did a remarkable job bringing this read to life. Fantastic job Lexi, thanks for sharing this little guy with us.

Annie and Grayson are funny, witty and a charming couple. They have explosive chemistry in and out of the bedroom. The bond over playing best man and maid of honor at their two best friends wedding and by the end of the book are planning their own wedding for their HEA.
A wonderfully written enemies to lovers romance. Heat is high and the chemistry between these characters is off the charts!

I couldn’t put it down until I finished it. I loved this book. Well written with great characters. I loved the connection between Grayson and Annie, even when they hated each other. I loved this book. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
Grayson and Annie are like oil and water! They definitely don’t mix. Annie thinks that he is an arrogant pompous jerk and he thinks she has a stick stuck up her butt. What they do have in common are best friends about to get married and they are in charge of the wedding. Will they be able to pull it off before they end each other? I voluntarily agreed to receive an ARC of this book for an honest review.
Quick read, but worth it! Grayson and Annie are great together even with the enemies to lovers theme going on. A bit slow for me in the beginning, but was hooked from the start.
Annie’s the maid of honor in her best friend’s wedding. Grayson is the best man in his best friend’s wedding. The bride and groom decide to go to a marriage retreat before the wedding leaving Annie and Grayson to make sure everything is perfect. Annie and Grayson go from not being able to stand each other to enjoying each other’s company. Little do they know just how well they are together.
