In the small town of Golden Trail, PA, the Fallen Eagles MC isn’t just any group of veterans. They’re patrons of the community, the protectors of veterans and townsfolk alike, and a motley group of world military-trained men and women. And their small town isn’t afraid to call on the varied skills of this rough and ready crew to help out on a case or two.Summer brought us blackmail.Winter will … blackmail.
Winter will bring us murder.
With a Philly-based serial murderer on the loose, and the most recent victim a member of their small town, the Fallen Eagles MC will deal with one of the hardest cases they’ve ever encountered.
Davis “Eagle” Landon has given a lot for his country—an eye, a leg, time with his kids. He’s retired now and as the owner of several small businesses and the founder and President of the Fallen Eagles MC, this former Texan has his roots firmly planted. He’s ready to settle down again, and only one woman will do.
Winter is different. A bit of a loner. Quiet. Sarcastic. She’s also the owner of the one and only full-service salon in Golden Trail and has an amazingly supportive family and a close-knit group of friends who love her for the odd woman she’s molded herself into. She still feels like there’s something missing, though. As the youngest Markham, she’s seen the many struggles her older sisters have endured, and as much as the prospect scares her, she wants a love that is all her own. The problem? Nosy sisters, a murderer killing women who fit her description, and the guy she loves is a good twelve years older and way out of her league.
Eagle and Winter have a tough road ahead, but what these two are about to realize is that not even death can separate two souls who are f*cking written in the stars.
Full-length novel
Trigger Warning: This book contains scenes of violence/sexual violence/gore that may be difficult for some readers.

‘D’ is a bit rough around the edges. He has an impressive resume as business owner(many), mc prez, military veteran, and investigator.
Winter is a business owner and an empath of sorts. She journals to let out those feelings. She writes as she watches them live their lives.
Someone wise tells her, after she gets writers block of sorts- it’s because she can now live her words.
Winters words make all the difference.
In the beginning, I had a hard time getting into the story to be honest. It was a bit slow on the uptake. I kept at it and ended up absolutely loving it. ‘D’ is both commanding and romantic. Winter is witty and sweet.
Someone has a lot to say and is sending quite the message!
T. Birmingham is a witch. She is a witch because this book is MAGIC!
I am an avid reader and this book is everything that I want in a story. Words can not express the level of love I have for this series, the Markham sisters and the Fallen Eagle MC. If there was a way to give this book a ten-star rating, I would.
Winter Markham is not a very relatable character, she is not the sparkly girl next door, she is not the warrior or the femme fatale; Winter Markham is magic. She is magic to Davis ‘Eagle’ Landon. She is the friend I wish I could have, and Eagle is the man I would want for my best friend.
This book has suspense, emotional depth, amazing characters, and brilliant storytelling.
A serial killer is on the loose, killing girls that look a lot like Winter. It’s up to the Fallen Eagle MC and the Regional FBI agents to stop this killer and make the town safe once more. The love story is so emotional and real, the suspense gripping, I could not bring myself to put this book down.
This book can be read as a standalone, but why would you want to miss out on the beauty that is book one, A Terrible Beauty.
This is the second installment of the Fallen Eagles MC books and it was a fantastic follow-up! You MUST read the first installment to really understand the backstory of the club and main characters. The Fallen Eagles are a veteran MC out of a small fictional town in Pennsylvania. This story focuses on the President and included a hell of a cast of characters. And while there is a romance blossoming in the story, it is not necessarily the central focus. The build-up, however, is amazing and I definitely caught the feels in certain parts. There are A LOT of characters, all with very interesting backstories alluded to, and I hope to see more from Ms. Birmingham about these guys and gals. This is not an outlaw club, so readers should not be ready for gritty 1%-type drama and criminal activity, but there is a family and brotherhood bond with this group that readers of MC books have come to know and love. All in all, I LOVED this book. I’m used to more fast paced, seedy MC books, but this quickly found a spot on my shelf of favorites.
This series just keeps getting better! Written in the Stars is Book 2 in the Fallen Eagles MC series written by T. Birmingham. This book follows the President of the MC and of course one of our Markham girls. Davis “Eagle” Landon and Winter Markham have had a thing for each other for quite some time now. However, it’s finally time for those two to figure things out. However, Eagle has another murder to solve. This time the murders involves Winter and a copycat serial killer. You won’t believe who this murderer is! I wasn’t expecting it at all. Despite the 13 year age gap between Eagle and Winter they end up being perfect for each other. Eagle is Not to mention how ridiculously hot the sexy scenes end up being. But can Eagle save Winter when the time comes? I absolutely love this author and the way that she can pull you in and keep you enthralled. She is very good with the dichotomy between the love story and a murder or in this case…murders. I simply cannot wait for the next book to come out. I have feeling who the next couple is but what other twists will we find ourselves wrapped up in! I definitely recommend this series to anyone who loves romance and murder mysteries. Of course, like all series I advise to start with book 1 so you can follow a continual story, but you really don’t need to here.
5 Star
Written in the Stars (Fallen Eagles MC Series Book 2) by T. Birmingham is the second book in the Fallen Eagles MC Series. Although this can be read as a standalone I highly recommend reading the first book if you haven’t already. Holy Cow what a ride! This book drew me in from the beginning and I couldn’t put it down until the last page.Get ready to be taken on a journey of twists and turns that will have you on the edge of your seat trying to figure out what happens next. I love the characters of Eagle and Winter.Find out what happens when they take on their hardest case yet?I highly recommend this Book and honestly can’t wait to read more from this Author
Written in the Stars by T. Birmingham
Five Stars
Written in the Stars is the second book in the Fallen Eagle MC Series by T. Birmingham. This series should be read in order because it follows the first book and the characters are recurring. Plus why would you want to miss out on the fabulous first book in the series, A Terrible Beauty. This romantic suspense had me hooked on the very first page and I couldn’t put it down until I finished the last. It is fast paced and an emotional roller coaster. It had me laughing out loud and also reaching for a tissue a time or two. A book that can move me so much and leave me with a book hangover for days after is definitely Five Stars. I love Eagle and Winter’s story and how their characters grew throughout the book. This is such a great series an$ I look forward to reading more by T. Birmingham. I have to say this is my new favorite book of 2019.
Written in the Stars is the 2nd book in the Fallen Eagles MC Series by T. Birmingham. It continues after A Terrible Beauty, and should not be read as a stand alone. This story focuses on Winter and Eagle (or Davis) and their growing relationship. I like that it has overlapping characters and history from the first book, but enough of its own content to make it equally enjoyable. The characters are wonderful and their relationships are strong. At first I thought it was weird that Winter and her sisters are named after seasons, but after this book, it makes sense. Their personalities align with their names too which I thought was cool.
This book is a perfect balance of romance and suspense and kept me engaged start to finish. There is the mystery of the murders, but also the developing relationship. The more I got to know the characters, the more I loved them. I would like to read more about the Markham sisters, if the series continues. I love the real life situations, as well as the emotions involved. The hurt, love, self doubt, courage, fear, strength that the characters experience and often struggle with. Very real life down to earth story. Highly recommend it.
Written in the Stars (Fallen Eagles MC book 2) by T. Birmingham
5 stars
While this is book 2, it can be read as a standalone, but I highly recommend reading book 1.
What an amazing story. I didn’t think this one could top the previous but boy was I proven wrong.
This is a second chance romance story and those are some of my favorites. I was turning pages just to see what happened next in this gripping read.
Cant wait for more in this series!
T. Birmingham did it again. I love Written in the Stars. That does not mean I do not love A Terrible Beauty because I do. I just love Winter and Eagle characters. Again this is a sensitive subject matter and there is still the warning for older teens and adults only. This story has suspense, military romance, and even some thriller mixed in. This installment is about Winter and Eagle. Eagle is the president of the Fallen Eagles and Winter runs the Salon in town. There is a mystery that has come knocking on the door of the town. Will everyone come together to protect each other or will there be a fall out and no one is safe? I hope you enjoy this story and remember to keep tissues close by.
Written in the Stars by T. Birmingham
Stars:4
This is the second book in Fallen Eagles MC series. Our main characters are Eagle and Winter. As a couple, they were great with the chemistry. They fit well together. Winter is often found in her own thoughts and takes on so much. I really loved her. Eagle is a protector. I really enjoyed reading their story. This was my favorite story so far in this series!
Written in the stars was a great 5 star read and book two in the Fallen Eagles MC series.
This is Eagle and Winter’s story. I highly suggest reading book one first. Eagle is the president of the Fallen Eagles MC. Winter is a strong woman who owns her own salon.
He had one of those voices, complete with a slight Texas twang, that wrapped around you like a silk tie secured to your wrists as you wantonly clung to the ecstasy of a forbidden moment. -Winter
When there is a murder things take an interesting twist. I love a read that has me on the edge of my seat trying to figure out what is going on and this one didn’t disappoint.
There is so much going on in this book on top of the connection between Eagle and Winter.
All of the secondary characters added a great element to the story. We get suspense, romance, mystery, and so much more. My emotions were all over the place, I was exhausted. T. Birmingham does a great job with detail and pulls you right in with her writing. Note that there are some dark elements in the story as well. This is a must read series.
This is book two in the Fallen Eagles MC series and out of the two, it is my favorite! I love older men! Davis…strong, protective, safe…sigh…and Winter, shy, fierce, original…love her!
I read the first story in this series and was hoping there would be more! Now that I have read this book I am still wanting to read more about this awesome group of characters. I love the names of the Markham sisters. I love the relationships that develop through out this story. I love the mystery (although the deaths not so much).
I highly recommend you check out this book as well as the rest of the series.
Written in the Stars- T. Birmingham
5-stars
Written in the Stars is another 5-star romance thriller by one of my new favorite authors, T. Birmingham. Just like the first book of this series I was captivated from the start and I ended up reading this book in one sitting as I couldn’t bring myself to put it down. I would suggest reading this series in order as the storyline follows book 1 and the characters are all previously introduced.
Winter and Davis are my fave couple of this series, they have an undeniable connection that had me rooting for them from the first book, and I was certainly not disappointed by their story! It was intense, romantic, detailed, captivating and highly entertaining. Everything I hoped it would be and more!
I would absolutely recommend this book and series to anyone looking for an emotional one of a kind romance.
I love reading and experiencing an author such as T. Birmingham. I enjoyed going into Written in the Stars and seeing where the writer took this story into. It was just as refreshing as I’d expected it to be. I loved the characters and how well they were developed. I loved seeing the relationships grow and get to where they needed to be. This was another definite 5 stars book for me!
Written In The Stars by T. Birmingham, Fallen Eagles MC Series
5-stars
This was an exciting, romantic, and funny second book in this series. It can be read as a stand alone but there is backstory on some of the characters in the first book that is not in this novel. I really enjoyed Eagle aka Davis and his role in this novel. He had more than meets the eye and actually showed more of a soft side when it came to Winter. She was amazing though and absolutely my favorite person in this novel. She embraced her curvy body and had a spitfire personality just like her sisters. I also liked the crime portion thrown into the storyline. It seemed to help it move along giving the romance a bit more excitement. Great novel!
Written in the Stars by T Birmingham was a great 5 star read for me. I was a bit skeptical after reading book 1 Terrible Beauty. This book totally changed it around for me.
Winter is one of the 4 Markham sisters all names after seasons. We were introduced to the characters briefly in a Terrible Beauty and they are back and brought their A game in Written in the Stars.
Winter is the quite loner of the group. She knows everyone, they all know her but she doesn’t really talk to them. She has had a secret crush on Eagle for 3 years since she first laid eyes on him. She’s the shy type who has never acted on it. When she finally gets the nerve to ask him to coffee, will he accept the offer or decline? Will their friendship turn into anything more?
There is a serial killer on the loose and Eagle and his team are helping try to find who it is and keep their city safe. When more murders are committed missing some important factors, they think they may have a copycat on the loose which is making it that much harder to find the person / people. Many people Winter and her friends know are brought in as suspects but it seems everyone has an Alibi or was out of town when the murders took place. This book kept me interested and on the edge of my seat. I never thought the person they caught would’ve been the one involved. The reasons behind the murders was a little disturbing to me as well.
I was hooked on the Fallen Eagles MC series by T. Birmingham with the very first look at book one, ‘A Terrible Beauty,’ and I have been stalking… watching like a well mannered fan, all things by T. Birmingham since! ‘Written in the Stars’ is the second book in the series and I would highly recommend that you read them in order for that full understanding and enjoyment. The characters do have some crossovers and I had a few a’ha moments that were because of reading the first book as well.
This book has a lot going on! Birmingham has a way of doing that. I wasn’t quite used to it with the first book but by now I am. She writes multi-level stories. While there is plenty of mystery and intrigue to keep you well in your toes from beginning to end, woven throughout is a tale of love and and the drama that life also spins into it. Reading one of Birmingham’s novels always promises to be something like a trip to the cinema in my mind, and this one did not disappoint at all!
I really enjoyed Eagle and Winter as the main characters. These two were a great balance for one another and it just worked. It wasn’t a contrived romance either, something I found rather refreshing! I absolutely can’t wait to find out what we will get with the next book in the series!
Written in the Stars by T. Birmingham is the second book in the Fallen Eagles MC series. This book was so much more than I was expecting.
Winter and Davis are amazing together and were even before they were together. They seemed like two pieces of a whole and they worked for me.
Winter reminded me a bit of my younger daughter. She is sarcastic and hard to connect with emotional when she is feeling out of control. I think we all do it to some extent but Winter makes it an art.
Davis is truly a hero. After serving our Country and sacrificing so much during that time and getting hurt both physically and mentally. He didn’t allow any bitterness and anger change him for the worse.
I’m surprised how much I enjoyed this book and enjoying this series. It’s definitely not the typical MC series or least not like the ones I’ve read in the past and I like it.
Written in the Stars by T. Birmingham is the second book in the Fallen Eagles MC series.
This boll is as gripping and as consuming as the first. This author seriously knows how to write a novel that will grab your attention and keep you invested in every single detail throughout the whole book.
The whole way through I kept trying to figure out what was happening but the story was so fast paced and full of twists and turns that it kept me on my toes.
This book can be read on its own however I really do recommend reading book 1 first. They are both just so good I think you would be missing out by only reading one of them.
Second one in this series and I freaking loved it . Holy cow this one is full of suspense. There are females being killed in and around their town but no one can figure out who and why. But during this whole time Davis and Winter are trying to get to know one another and make a relationship. Little do either of them know the murders have to do with something that happened to Winter. I absolutely loved this one. I loved the story line the amazing characters and the chemistry. Definitely a page turner trying to figure out who is the one doing the murders. Really never seen that coming when you finally figure out who it is. Amazing well written.
