From New York Times Bestselling Author Victoria Ashley, comes an emotional friends-to-lovers/brother’s-best-friend Romance.“The feeling I have in this very moment, after not seeing her for so long, will haunt me forever, reminding me why I left to begin with.” For as long as I can remember, Easton Crews has been off-limits. As much as it kills me, that’s never going to change. After his little … going to change.
After his little disappearing act three years ago, then suddenly showing up out of nowhere, I shouldn’t want anything to do with him.
It doesn’t matter how beautiful he still is. Or how close we once were. It shouldn’t matter that my entire body lights on fire with need whenever he gets close.
He chose the worst possible time to leave without so much as a goodbye. However, just like the first day he walked into our home, I’m drawn to him, needing him near me just as badly as I need air to breathe, and I can’t stand it.
I want to hate him. I know I should hate him. But hating him is the last thing he’ll let me do. I push, he pulls harder, until I’m completely wrapped up in him, my mind lost in the one person who is forbidden—the one person I’ve always loved, even when he belonged to someone else. Easton was never meant to be mine.
It took me years to come to terms with that and now that I finally have, he’s here, right in front of me, more irresistible than ever.
The part I fear the most about that—he’s the one person capable of completely wrecking my world.
“I’m not leaving until you take all of your hate out on me. Let me feel it. All of it. Every dirty look. Every nasty word. I will have it all before I leave. Stop hiding from me.”

Once again Victoria Ashley drags me into an emotional world that I can’t escape from even after I’d finished the book. Wreck My World was what I’ve come to love from this author, a steamy, emotional page-turner that will be on my list of faves from 2019!
What an emotional rollercoaster. It grabs you and doesn’t let go. As the tension builds you feel it so viscerally until you just want to scream at Dakota and shake her. You understand the complications and complexity of their relationship but you want Kota and Easton together. The only downside is eventually the story lags a little right before the climax but if you push through you will get the all the feels. You will cry and then cheer because the book does have a HEA.

Oh my God is all I can say of this beautiful story by Victoria Ashley. This was like the movie Notebook mixed with Twilight and oh man adding a bit of the song Greatest Love Story by Lanco. Victoria Ashley just wowed me in it with so much emotion between these two I cried, got angry and laughed. Easton just was awesome in here and the feelings he brings out in Kota is nothing she has ever felt from any guy. There is just so much in this book readers will love it and highly recommended.
“I received an eBook copy from the publisher for the purpose of an honest review. I was not compensated for this review: all conclusions are my own.”
Wreck my World is a SOLID-FIVE Star read. It’s insanely entertaining and OMG – I couldn’t put it down. The story is a brother’s best friend/Friends-to-lovers and forbidden romance combined… and when I tell you it’s ANGSTY, I can’t stress that enough. Their love was forbidden… for reason’s I can’t say without spoiling the story but take it from this girl, my heart was in my throat from start to finish with this one. I was incredibly invested in Easton and Dakota’s dual POV romance and connected deeply with them. Victoria Ashley wrote a complex romance about two very deep, fun, and interesting characters whose love story was equally tragic and beautiful. Its face paced and will hold you as spellbound as it held me. Do not miss this one!!!
QUOTES:
Losing him felt like a part of me went missing,
As if he’s been in love with me like I’ve been with him for as long as I can remember.
I’ve just made the biggest mistake of my life, and the worst part of it, is that it felt better than anything I’ve ever felt before…
I’ve been in love with Easton since the moment he took me for a ride on the back of his bike when I was six.
It was always supposed to be you.
Dakota Brooks was always it for me.
I’m a piece of shit for being in love with the one person who can never be mine. And I’m an even bigger piece of shit for knowing deep down inside, that if I could, I’d trade Quinn for her any chance I got.
“You didn’t have to try hard. Trust me on that.” I kiss her again and pull her in close. I don’t know how long we end up laying here, her in my arms and staring up at the sky, but what I do know is I could do this with her every night for the rest of my life and it would never be enough.
“I’ve never wanted anyone or anything more than I want you. But that doesn’t mean I should have you.”
I loved the Walk of Shame series…every single one. Wreck my World is Ashley’s best work to date. An angst read that simply can’t get enough of ,and will stay with you after the reading is long gone. Steamy characters and a put add a bit of suspense you don’t expect; I hope she spins this into a series.
I was initially drawn to this book after seeing that amazing cover then after reading a blurb I just knew I was going to have to read this one ASAP!! Easton and Dakota’s story took me on an emotional rollercoaster ride. Their story broke my heart but by the end it also put it back together again. It pulled me in from the very beginning and didn’t let me go until the end.
Wreck My World By Victoria Ashley is easily a five star read. It grabs hold from page one and doesn’t let go until the end. The ride is one that I silently hope for every time I grab a new read. The characters were complex, yet relatable. The emotions and tension woven into this story were flawless. It was an off the charts steamy read that left my heart feeling all the things. I could not recommend a book of hers more! Grab this up! I’ll also say my next read, whatever it may be, has some big shoes to fill. By Cat
Two people bonded in childhood, story filled with heartbreak, angst & emotion
—>>> Review Rating: 4.5 out of 5 stars – These two characters could not have been better made for each other, but Easton and Dakota’s worlds were ripped apart three years ago, and now that he is back in town, Dakota does not want anything to do with him and absolutely does not want to chance a repeat of her heart being ripped out when he does leave again, just like last time. With no word or explanation.
Easton is back to settle everything he has left behind, mainly the heart he had left with Dakota’s name on it, which still remains at her feet, if she could just still her anger and hurt long enough to see it. Their story will unfold slowly and carefully, but all the passion that was meant to be between them slowly bubbles up, and now Dakota is torn between letting him back into her life and pushing him away as hard as she can.
This book not only had my heart in shreds, but it was a whirlwind of emotions. It was FABULOUS!! This is by far in my top ten books of the year. Victoria Ashley is a new to me author which leaves me wondering if I’ve been living under a rock?
The second Easton blew into Dakota’s life in elementary, she knew she was in love. In love with a boy, she could never have. They grew up together and truly loved one another but one day he left, without a word…just left.
All the sudden he’s back in town acting as nothing happened. Dakota isn’t having it but there is still a pull to Easton that she is trying so hard to ignore. How long until he reels her back in?
This book was EVERYTHING!! What a rollercoaster!! The ups and downs, the twists and turns…it was spectacular. The emotions were so raw, and the characters were so real. This book sucked me right in. Dakota is a badass and Easton just makes you melt. There is nothing bad I can say about this book except it makes your heart hurt a little at times but that’s what makes it so believable. Absolutely stunning story and I really hope there is another book to follow.
It feels like forever since I got my hands on a book by Victoria Ashley and this was my reminder why I am so freaking obsessed with her books. This book had me from the beginning and didn’t let go until the very end. The angst, heartbreak, hate, anger, chemistry, love, scandal and so much more had my emotions on a crazy as hell roller coaster.
Their story didn’t play out like they wanted and now its filled with hurt, loss, anger, pain, guilt and scandal. In order for these two to find any sort of happiness there is a lot of issues they have to work through emotionally. Their love is going to be put to the test.
Oh man just when I think that Victoria couldn’t take me on any more twists and turns in this book another one comes along and devastates me just to build me back up again. I loved this roller coaster ride and can’t wait for what Victoria has in store for us next!
Easton wants nothing more for everything to go back to how it was when he meant something to Dakota before she hated him. She wants answers as to why he left then doesn’t want to know, he can’t answer her even if he wanted to.
Dakota knew she was keeping up pretending she didn’t want Easton, she craved to touch him, they were having fun, then he changed it. Working with him is harder than she thought, bringing up the memories of when he left. But something shifts between them she knows she doesn’t have the right to touch him.
‘Don’t be sorry for touching me or wanting to touch me. Ever.’ – Easton
Things get tense and Dakota runs only for Easton to catch her not happy with what she did.
‘I can’t $ucking lose you. Not ever. Do you understand that?’ – Easton.
Keeping her promise to clean his truck, suddenly turns with Easton telling her to get her hatred for him out, she wants him, him being there makes it hard, before he crushes his mouth to hers.
Dakota knew it was a mistake it can’t happen again, he wasn’t hers, but Easton says maybe things can be different now, it doesn’t have to be a mistake.
Easton knows it wasn’t a mistake he can’t pretend anymore. He’s going to push until she’s tired of pushing him away. What happens when Dakota gets a push she doesn’t see coming and Easton tells the truth why he left years ago.
This is a story of death, tragedy, missed chances, second tried, and true love. This is is Easton and Dakota’s story. Easton is Dakota’s brother, Roman, best friend. Easton ends up dating Dakota’s big sister, Quinn. After an accident strikes and changes all of their lives forever, Easton takes off.
Three years later he comes home. Dakota and Easton were best friends prior to him just up and leaving without a word. Now she’s hurt and leery. Meanwhile Easton knows his feeling for Dakota haven’t changed over the years.
This book has a very different feel for this author. I’ve been a fan for years. This book was predictable, but I enjoyed their journey nonetheless. If you’re looking for this author’s normal vibe this is not it. I very much enjoyed joyed this book.

This book has wrecked me. I felt so many emotions when I read it and I am still feeling them. I went through a roller coaster of emotions that I can’t get over. The characters are very real and speak to you in a deep way. The author created a story that keeps your attention from the first word to the last word. I had moments of pure agony when I had to take a breath from reading. Such an amazing that stays with you a lifetime.
The love and want between Dakota and east is intense and amazing. The love and want he has for her is out of this world. You can feel everything the couple and does and you wish your love story was like theirs. It has its up and downs and times of trouble, but that all gets an ending you will love.
Easton and Dakota loved each other from a young age, and when circumstances separated them Kota was left heartbroken. Now 3 years late Easton is back, but is it too late for forgiveness? No spoilers; this is an absolute must read, you will not be disappointed!! This is a beautifully written story which is unpredictable, unique, heartbreaking, heart-warming, humorous, and is an emotional roller coaster journey throughout this addictive and steamy read. I was totally captivated throughout and in my opinion, this is the best work to date from this gifted author, and I recommend for all.
Easton and Kota completely wrecked my world! This is the book that will have you telling yourself “Just one more chapter.”.
Sometimes a book buries itself down into your soul. These characters grab hold of you, embedding themselves so deeply, their emotions will become your emotions. At no point was I jarred from this make believe world by inconsistencies or believability. My most favorite trope is Forbidden, but they are no easy feat. This is where Victoria Ashley stands out. The issues standing between Kota and Easton are raw, emotionally charged obstacles with no simple solution. Only after suffering through years of longing and separation are they brought together through unbearable tragedy. Wreck My World will entrap you, forcing you to stay up until the early morning hours.
Five stars for Dakota and Easton !!!
“Wreck My World” is the first book I’ve read by Victoria Ashley and I absolutely loved it.
This book have a few tropes that I love: brother’s best friend and friends/enemies to lovers !
Emotionally story about first love, friendship, loss and forgiveness which make you feel every happy and bad moment like is your own.

Victoria Ashley’s newest novel; Wreck My World is a standalone, forbidden romance with all sorts of angst, emotional roller coaster, regret, longing and a love buried so deep you want to help the characters dig it up. I loved this book and stayed up all night finishing it, because I couldn’t possibly sleep until I knew how it ended.
Dakota and Easton have known each other since they were kids. They both always knew that the other was something special but knew that they were completely off limits. Now all these years have gone by, so much has changed but what hasn’t changed is the attraction, chemistry and forbiddeness of their feelings. So now what?!?!
Omg guys, this book had me so up and down, my emotions were brought through the ringer and I couldn’t barely breathe at times it was so intense, but I couldn’t have asked for a better storyline. Do yourself a favor and grab your copy today!!!
I truly enjoyed this emotional roller coaster of a read. I feel like whatever I put in this review is not going to do this amazing book justice. So please bear with me as I try to put into words just how much I thoroughly enjoyed this book.
WOW! What an emotional amazing read! In Wreck My World Victoria Ashley weaves a world full of love, friendship, heartache, and true love.
Easton and Dakota have known each other for most of their lives. When tragedy strikes, Easton does what he believes is the right thing to do to protect Dakota. When Easton returns he decides to go after what he has always truly wanted. Along the way old wounds are torn back open, and friendships are tested.
This story has so many emotions written into it. The author has an amazing ability to make you feel exactly what each of the characters are feeling. I’m sitting here typing this through very red and swollen eyes. I have gone through a half a box of Kleenex while reading this beautiful book.
What makes a good book? Depends on person to person. Some like fruity romance, some like pure romance. Others want more in depth stories and characters. Angst filled stories that make you feel the full gamut of you psyche. The good, bad, ups, downs, twists and turns, everything that could be thought of. There are books that come nowhere close to that, and others that hit that dead on. This book, is one of those.
“The feeling I have in this very moment, after not seeing her for so long, will haunt me forever, reminding me why I left to begin with.”
~Easton~
The angst, and emotion run the entirety of this book, and the characters. You can almost feel their being it’s so well written. Easton and Dakota’s story brings on all the feels. Every emotion you can feel. You’re going to feel it. You’ll laugh with them when they’re happy, you’ll cry when they’re sad, and you’ll triumph with them, when they have good times. But, this book is written in a way that you’re on this journey WITH them every step of the way.
He’s my ultimate weakness. The only person who has ever had the power to bring me to my knees and cripple me.
~Dakota~
I love that Dakota A/K/A Kota, isn’t your typical girly girl you see in books. She rides bikes, and fixes cars. Yes, Easton taught her how to fix those bikes, and she uses that knowledge to the best of her abilities working for her father at his garage, and she’s the best of them all. She’s not just one thing. Not just someone that works in her father’s garage, or a girl that dresses up on occasion. She has many facets to her. And she’s very interesting to get to know.
“I’m not leaving until you take all of your hate out on me. Let me feel it. All of it. Every dirty look. Every nasty f*****g word. I will have it all before I leave. Stop hiding from me.”
~Easton~
Easton. My Gods, I’m in love with Easton. He absolutely, and positively takes you over. His intensity is so engaging that you get sucked in. You fall in love with everything that he is. He’s not one dimensional. He has so many layers that it takes time to peel them all back. This book is well thought out, and it shows. I absolutely recommend.
This book did exactly what the title says. It had me on an emotional roller coaster page after page. I would gladly take that ride over and over again too!
Dakota and Easton had known each other since they were kids as Easton had been best friends with Dakotas brother Roman. They grew up together and horrible circumstances later in life led Easton to flee for a few years. When he finally returns out of the blue, will he and Dakota finally decide to give in to each other or stay apart?
All of the characters in this book were so well written and I hope we hear from them again soon.
