Wrath (The Deadliest Sin Series Book 1) by Gwyn McNamee was a dark romance that will have you on the edge of your seat.
The first book in what I believe will be something amazing. This quick read gets your blood going right away, with a quick fire, dark prologue, before getting right into the smutty hotness of the MC’s. The stage was set beautifully, and when it was time for the real plot and bloody like action to get underway, It. Was. Glorious.
This book had a “Man of Fire” feel, with a bit of the “Equalizer”. I was hooked, hard. This novella read liked a full length book, and man oh man, I didn’t want the ride to end. Speaking of endings, I don’t know if I’m okay with it, cause, damn, I loved it, I’m a little mad at the author for it, but damn it was good.
Overall this book is a must read and a super high recommendation from me. So please take my golden stamp of approval that, you will love to hate, to be obsessed with this book.
Happy Reading

Wrath by Gwyn McNamee is the first book in the Deadliest Sins series. This is a dark story that you will devour in one sitting.
I simply could not put this book down. It is a relatively short read, and yet the book feels so much longer than it is because it is so intense. It really felt like I could have been reading a full length novel.
You are taken on a rollercoaster of a journey, one that is dark and twisted. As usual this author completely takes over your sense when you dive into one of her books. I really enjoyed the fact that this one was different to anything else I had read by her.
This is a fantastic read and I cannot wait to read book 2.
Wow! What more can I say! I loved this book! It is full of action and steam. It is a well written, engaging story that I read in one sitting. The characters are connectable and brought the story to life and they just popped off the pages. She is everything to him until she was taken. Now he is determined to get her back. The action left me sitting on the edge of my seat and kept me turning pages. This is my favorite yet and I can’t wait for the next book! A must read!
I am a HUGE fan of this author!!!!
WRATH is a fast, action packed read. It ends as abruptly as it begins. The beginning of the story started in what seemed like the middle of a story. As this is part of a previously published series, I’m not sure if the other stories in the series had the same “theme”. It didn’t matter though because the story worked itself out
I read this “blind” based solely in the author’s name and I wish everyone could read it this way
Wrath (The Deadliest Sin Series Book 1) by Gwyn McNamee
While this is a very, very quick read it sure does pack a punch. No details were left unturned and I really felt connected to the main character. Only told in the male POV, until the end, we see the the reason and aftermath of running and hiding.
This author never ceases to amaze me with her writing. And I cannot wait to dive into the next in this series, im preparing myself now.
Wrath (Deadliest Sin Series Book 1) by Gwyn McNamee
5-stars
Wrath was an action packed steamy romance. There was not a dull moment in this storyline at all. I was captured by the authors writing from page one. Konstandin was an excellent character. He fought hard for love and had to face the hardest decision ever by going against his own blood. He grew up in a life full of torture, pain, cruelty, and death. He chose to change for Jade aka Rea. I loved his focus and determination despite his injuries. This was such an excellent and action packed novel. I can’t wait to see what is in store for book two. I highly recommend this book!
Holy freaking Hades! Gwyn McNamee has truly gone to the deep, dark, and gritty world of dark romance and she does it so darn well! Now, I will say that I am a massive fan of Gwyn McNamee’s and so I may be a bit biased with anything that she writes. I pick it up without a glance in a blurb because I KNOW it will be fantastic. However, this one quite possibly just turned into my absolute favorite book of hers. I’m not going to dive much into the details and whatnot because this book is brief (my only sadness and negative comment about this book.) but I will say this, be prepared for a dark, violent, and gruesome ride all while trying your damnedest to not fall in love with the antagonist. I wanted to not like Griff but honestly the way this man is when Jade is around is just too much I can’t help but adore these two together. So with that said I think I am going to leave this review with a repeat of the delicious blurb. I can’t even try to top perfection as far as summarizing things, nor could I bare to give away anything spoiling, so the blurb is what you get. I can’t wait to see what will come next in the following book. Thanks so much for the fantastic read Ms. McNamee!

Wrath (The Deadliest Sin Series Book 1) By Gwyn McNamee
5 Stars!!!!
I have read books from this author before and this book was just as good as the ones I have read before. I really find this author’s style to be quite refreshing. The characters just seem to come to life and I feel as though I am actually there in the pages as the drama unfolds.
The drama that unfolds around Jade and Konstandin really keeps you glued to the pages. I just couldn’t put the book down. The feud between Konstandin and his brother Tarek really adds to the story line . I must admit that I found the ending to be a twist I was not expecting but as the drama unfolds I really found that I felt as though I was there. The author really has such a brilliant writing style that you cannot just assume what will happen next. I really look forward to reading more from this author and this series.
From the first chapter, Wrath delivered! This quick story packed a punch, and when Griff loses Jade, he’ll do whatever it takes to get her back. Both Griff and Jade have worked to move on from their pasts, and they’re so perfect together. But the moment Jade’s taken, all Griff sees is red. This hot, intense read was awesome! Bring on the rest!

5 Stars
Good Lord, heart race a million miles a minute much! This was a short read yet packed full of adventure, danger, heat, Love, more danger, and OMG moments, it made it feel like a much longer book.
Ive read many many books by Miss McNamee and this one was so completely different then what I am used to and at first my jaw was on the floor then I found myself at 45% and realized it was moving too fast so I put it down because I didnt want it to end and I knew if I kept reading Id be done in no time because it is that good! I was right I picked it back up and was done before I knew it. This was darker than Im used to from this author but it worked perfectly.
The writing style of this author is unmatched and it obviously doesnt matter what genre she writes she is amazing. Although I will admit I might or might not have said some not so nice words at the end of this book leaving me with a sort of love / hate confused feeling. Ive got so many questions and I need the next one now! I have to know where this story is going and I highly recommend everyone read this.
Loved It!!!
As usual Gwyn McNamee did not disappoint!
Darker than my usual reads, Wrath by Gwyn pulled me in from the beginning. The story twisted & turned & held my attention from start to finish.
Even if you’re not a fan of dark reads, I recommend giving Wrath a try, you just might find yourself loving it as much as I did.
This is a dark, intense story about Griff and what he was willing to do to save Jade the woman he loves. This is a quick read but it has so much going on that you don’t miss a thing. I can’t wait to read the rest of The Deadliest Sin Series.
I’m setting this at a 3 star for now. This could possibly change after the next book comes out in June. I’m just not ready to pass judgement until I find out all the facts.
Wow! What a ride! I have bittersweet emotions with this story, but it is still a great book. It was action packed and I could feel the story line racing like a roller coaster ride. You could also feel the love that Griffin had for Jade. Looking forward to the next book in this series.
Thank you for the privilege of reading this book! Well done
