It was a wonderful read.
Enjoyed reading this book. It was a pretty fast read and had moments that made you stop and think. At times you recognized being at a turning point somewhat similar to the plot in the book.
Good to remember that “the best laid plans…..”.
I enjoyed the premise of this book. I was expecting to be disappointed but Liz was likable and funny and she didn’t overly focus on her weight problems in a negative way. This story was cute and compelling. Really good and quick read!
This was a very enjoyable and relatable book.
Great read
Couldn’t even read it pass the first few pages. Nothing but porn
This was a cute story but the characters drove me crazy with all their bad choices. I kept wondering if they would ever talk things out and work through issues. The book was a complete story with no cliffhanger.
I enjoyed this book and will probably read the next one as the characters are good.
loved her characters and the following books just as much.
Loved this story
Just an enjoyable book. Good story, not typical.
I felt like these were normal people with real life problems but it still had a happily ever after
Wonderful story! Enjoyable read!
When Lizzie decides to drop the weight that she has carried for so long, she takes a trip to her hometown in Cooper Country to see if she can exorcise the demons of a love gone bad. Unknown to Finn, Lizzie plans to sleep with him to forget the past history between them. Both of them are surprised to find that they have deep feelings for each …
A bit wordy. Think the plot idea was good, but too much about her new look after losing the weight.
I was glad that the book had a HEA, because Finn and Elizabeth deserved it after 18 years. Good read.
It was about people with real lives. It was believable.
Having been in the character’s situation, I could totally relate to this book. Really enjoyed it.
I appreciate knowing this bit of information: “This book contains 2-3 fairly graphic love scenes and the F-bomb is detonated somewhat frequently. If it was a movie, it would be rated R.”. This is what stopped me from getting this book for free. I really feel like swearing doesn’t add anything positive to a book, nor a movie. It makes me believe …
It felt like a juvenile wrote this book. A 32 year old woman loses weight and plans on stalking her high school boyfriend, flirt with with him, and then get him to have meaningless sex. Which was totally unnecessary as he was a complete horny male from the get go. She didn’t need to move on with her life, she needed to grow up.
