Lissanne Jones has done it again and has become one of my favourite authors. Worth the Wait will take you on a rollercoaster ride of emotions while reading. I laughed, smiled and cried both sad and happy tears. You are guaranteed to fall in love with Rory and Jess and all the other characters in this series. Worth It All is a must-read series and I can not wait for Drew’s book. Worth the Wait is a best friends to lovers contemporary romance which is told in the third-person point of view and can be read as a stand-alone but is best read in order as the second novel in the Worth It All series to get the full Rory and Jess story.

Rory and Jess are back for an encore and their story doesn’t disappoint. After a lovely honeymoon in Paris, these two must now face the challenges of married life. Rory has to be one of the sweetest heroes ever created. He’s always there for Jess. This was a sweet rainy Sunday read for me and it made me laugh, cry a little in a few parts, and then took me straight to a happy ending that made me a very satisfied reader.
4.5 stars
Jess and Rory are back with the second part of their story. This one just as romantic, just as swoony and just as steamy, but with a little more drama! I was not prepared for what happened during this book. I must admit I teared up a little in a fair few parts. The love between Jess and Rory was undeniable. And the steam… Hot hot hot!
I laughed so much in a couple of spots too. Jess is hilarious, I really love her. I would have loved to have a little more at the end though, a little more of a glimpse into the future. But other than that I could not put the book down. I just love both of these characters and I can’t wait to see them again in Drew’s story!
I was lucky enough to receive an ARC of this book. I was so excited to read the conclusion to Jess & Rory’s story. This book was absolute perfection. This is a story about friendship, respect, love, loyalty and family. It is filled with laughter, heartbreak and tears. I felt as if I was along on their ride to happiness. The secondary characters were phenomenal and such an integral part of the journey. I can’t recommend this book enough. I would give it more than five stars.
I loved this next chapter in Rory and Jess’s lives. Even though there was some turmoil and angst, there was so much love as well. I’m really enjoying the words of this new to me author and look forward to reading more of her books.
