Oh WOW This story was Fantastic !!
I Loved every single word of it,I was so excited that there was another story about Adam and Mia and it was EVERYTHING I Hoped it would be.
Worth Any Cost takes us on the journey towards Adam and Mia’s Wedding and all the ups and downs that occur before they can actually join together forever.
I have Loved every book so far in this series and I feel so much LOVE for all the characters I have been introduced to.They feel like friends because they have been written so perfectly by Brenna Aubrey, and I have thoroughly enjoyed getting lost into this world and reading about their lives. I have grown quite attached to this group of friends.
I adore Adam and Mia I love the way they treat eachother, I love thier playfullness and I have relished seeing them grow and change from book 1 until now,Its been and emotional ride thats for sure.
I Cannot wait to read Kat and Lucas’s story
I highly recommend this book.
5 Glorious Stars.
I listened to the audiobook. Jason Clarke is an extremely talented voice actor, and Kirsten Leigh matched every bit of his talent in Worth Any Cost. I love how they add more than just words to the story, convey feelings and give the characters such unique voices that you can identify who’s speaking just by the voice. I’m certain I enjoyed the story more because I listened to it.
I have to admit I was a little hesitant to start this one after the extended Adam/Mia drama in book 3. I felt like their HEA was so hard won that I didn’t want to listen to it all fall apart again, even if it must come back together based on the end of book 3. I loved the shorter format of books 4 and 5. My worries were totally unfounded, and this book was an excellent continuation of the series. It was a great, feel-good story with just enough challenges to make me wonder how Adam and Mia would get through them. It also left me super excited for the soon-to-be-released book 7.
Love this Series & it’s Characters! FabulousListen!
Worth Any Cost
Adam & Mia, Part 4, Gaming the System, Book 6
By: Brenna Aubrey
Narrated by: Kirsten Leigh, Jason Clarke
I love this series and and Mia and Adam’s story, I was so happy to see Brenna Aubrey wrote another book for them. These two characters deserve another book, they came such a long way in their journey to love and it was not always easy for them, there were a lot of obstacles in their way. Mia is still going to school and studying, Adam has taken on a lot of the wedding planning, he wants it to be just right. But nothing is easy, he is faced with more obstacles, he feels he was betrayed by someone he thought had his back. He tries to handle it all on his own because he does not want to stress Mia with it all. But his holding back and him trying to do everything is not a good thing and we must learn he can not always be a super hero. I loved how everything plays out in this book, the story is beautifully plotted, also love the gaming aspect and I am not even a gamer the storyline added a lot to the story. There is never a dull moment in this book, there is plenty of drama, heartfelt and emotional moments and the continuation of a great love story, destine to have their HEA. Brenna Aubrey, thank you for another fabulous story and emotional rollercoaster ride. I love these characters and their stories, I hope to see more of your books come on audio someday soon.
I listened to the Audible edition, Jason Clarke and Kirsten Leigh are fabulous narrators and versatile voice artists. They continue to do an awesome job portraying these characters, humanizing them as they bring them and their story to life. I loved how they took each character’s role and made it their own. They are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another awesome listen
Audio review
Nearly every wedding has its problems and setbacks, but Mia and Adam’s are suitably epic and, on the whole, fun, and totally sortable. Again, Jason Clarke and Kirsten Leigh as fabulous as out h/h, inhabiting the characters skillfully and being them to life. They are both so very expressive and able to convince me completely that they are just sitting there telling me a story, rather than reading from a script. What a wonderful talent that is.
Worth Any Cost
Adam & Mia, Part 4, Gaming the System, Book 6
By: Brenna Aubrey
Narrated by: Kirsten Leigh, Jason Clarke
I love when a story continues and includes all the characters from the series. This culmination of Adam and Mia’s love story is so on point and takes us on a bumpy ride for them to get to the alter. With all kinds of issues, from picking the wedding cake to securing their future, these two have to deal with a l bit of everything. At times the angst is high, but it’s so worth the price. We get to see Heath, Jordan and Liam as well as April and Jenna, bringing all things full circle. There is some drama, which just makes the story that much more real for me. I love that at the peak of an issue, Adam and Mia delve into the video games to relax and enjoy. It is brings them back to where they started. As their wedding completes their love story, we get a glimpse of what is yet to come. Katya and Lucas are up next, and I can’t wait to see where Brenna Aubrey takes us.
Kirsten Leigh and Jason Clarke continue their fabulous narration. They are these characters and I am so happy to take the journey with them. They are consistent from book to book and it makes the listen like coming home. There are our people and just hearing their voice makes is comforting! I loved their performance.
