I was abducted by aliens. The aliens that I’ve been auctioned to don’t speak my language, and I definitely can’t speak theirs. I didn’t expect to get married by accident to the sweet one.I didn’t expect to have a grumpy alien bond to me, and go a little crazy if other males get near me, or if I try to leave. It doesn’t matter if they’ve won my heart.I can’t stay.Somehow, I have to explain that I … I have to explain that I NEED to go home. Because the bad aliens that abducted me?
They took me from my babies.
*Note:
For those of you that prefer not to be surprised, there are TWO heroes in this story. It is a Happily Ever After with three people, a mini Reverse Harem set up of MFM (male/female/male) that doesn’t quite classify as Menage… and you’ll find out why. ♥
For those of you who DO prefer to be surprised… pretend you didn’t read this warning! 😉
This is Tara’s Story. It technically *can be read as a stand-alone, however, previous books in the series set up events in this book.

A well developed, slow simmering, bewildered love story with the unlikeliest of characters. A great read to while away a hot summers day.
Highly entertaining, read it in one go because I just couldn’t stop. Loved the interactions between the characters, lots of fun.
ARC kindly provided in exchange for an honest review.
Amanda did it again.
Amanda Milo’s books are the type of books that you want to read as slow as possible so you’ll enjoy them longer but at the same time you can’t wait to see what will happen so you devour them and suddenly BAM!! The End. And you want to start crying cause now what??? Her every book feels like you are watching a great movie. The writing is so good, you can actually “see” the world she built with all those different (and hot) aliens.
Won by an alien is not an exception. I was a bit hesitant because of the reverse harem thing but once you start reading it, it not only makes sense but you start rooting for this trio.
Some words about the book: This is the story of Tac-Mot, Tara and Brax. (Tac and Tara we met in the first book of the series and they got my attention. Especially Tac cause he seemed to really like Tara but was acting a bit lost.) Tara is bought by Tac in an auction and he takes her with him in the space shift he works at. His boss is a Rakhii hunk called Brax. That’s it!! I’m not saying more cause I don’t want to spoil it. But it’s seriously good guys!!! It made me laugh out loud and it made me sad. It made me fall in love with all those characters and it made me feel a little bit jealous of Tara *wink face*
To summarize: another 5 star book for Amanda Milo. The series continues in the high standards the Stolen by an Alien put and I totally recommend it.
Note: If you are unfamiliar with the series, I’d recommend to start from the first one. They are stand-alones but you appreciate them more if you start with the story of Arokh (still my number 1 alien) and Angie
I really love that the aliens are so uniquely different in this book from humans. It makes it more interesting in my opinion. Tara is great even training her males to get along lol. If Amanda Milo could write a book every month I would be a happy reader. 5
This is the third book by ms Milo that I have read and holy wanbaroo pants it was bloody great!
So instead of leaving off on the new human/spacemate/hob colony…( as I was kinda expecting ) we dive head on into Tara story. ( she was at the human and alien mates meet up having finally had her translator fitted and able to explain what had been plaguing her for so long )
Tara has twin daughters, after dropping them at daycare she finds herself abducted and being sold at a slave auction. Won by a kangaroo man, TAC’mot with fishbrows ( ) she hopes that he is a way back to her daughters.
However what she finds is herself stuck on a huge ship with a face attacking octopus, a germaphobe coral dude and a massive grumpy rekkii named brax.
Coming to terms with falling for both Tac and brax… and the adventures that that relationship entails. For tac it’s a feeling of self acceptance, as he is an alien amongst aliens, for brax it’s coming to terms with his own emotions and fear of hurting those he loves.
At one point I was concerned that someone’s heart was gonna get broken, that Tara would choose between her sweet and gentle tac or her smirky and protective brax…. FEAR NOT SPACE FANS… we have A TRIO!! YAYAYAYAAYA
Such a fantastic book… I loved the catch up with the previous cast and crew from the first two books in those series! Gripped from the start, filled with heart stealingly beautiful moments and lung bursting laugh out louds…Because of yeah…… ALIEN CONDOMS!!
