I have read all 13 or 14 books in the series. Richard and Khalen ate the ultimate lovers in a grand world of magic and mayhem, good and evil, families and torture, and humanity and realism.

The first of a fantastic series…The Sword of Truth.
Great first book of an awesomely entertaining series. Believable and likeable (and hateable) characters. Classic good vs evil plot with interesting magical twists.
I really liked this book. The story was good, characters well developed and likeable.
I had trouble with the violence/sadism.
I quit reading part way through the third book. I wanted to keep reading but couldn’t do it.
