Love this book. The action is really picking up on this book. I adored it.
A continuation of the series. The problems continue and they must find a way to stop them. Hot alpha males and the woman they love. An exciting, interesting, suspenseful, hot, fun read. I recommend the whole series. I received a review copy from booksprout and voluntarily review it.
Everybody is there and they are ready for battle but one is unable to fight. What will happen now? Have they lost the fight before it has started? Can she get everyone working together? See if she can

Macey undertakes a dangerous task to get Flint’s magic back. Now, with all her men in tow along with all her allies, she activates the seven elemental sigils on her body to open a portal to take them to the final confrontation with the Mahoun. What she finds is the answer to defeating the evil entity. A long journey finally comes to a satisfying conclusion, or is this the end?

Uggh, I need Macy to have peace! It’s killing me 😉 loved Within the Flames, now, I have to have patience for Above the Waves. I think tho Macy should add Luc to her harem. Seems like the ending was a little confusing, much like Malan and his prophecies he gives out. I highly recommend this book as I did with the other first four books, now I need to find patience for the last two books to come out.

Great continuation of their adventures. I love Macey, you can really experience her emotions along with her and her self doubt is relatable. It’s really well written and continues to be a very interesting and unique story.
at least parts of the struggles for Macey and her men, whose number does seem to change somewhat, parts of the battle seem to be more internal.
A shadow mage who steps in and uses her talents, but asks her to forget? Is he someone she knows? does she need to know?
With a new fire being, what of Flint?
Struggles are faced jointly and individually – and while the worlds are safer for now, danger still lurks.

Poor Macie, I am wondering when she will finally get her waffles!!!! With Flint losing his fire magic emotions run very high in this book with how Macie has to help him gain his magic back. I love how flawlessly the books in this series flow from one another. If you have enjoyed the series so far this book will not disappoint.
Another great adventure with Macey and the Wardens. Macey is tested to save her fire warden. Macey, Amber and their guys join with other supernaturals to fight Malhoun, Now that one threat is coming to an end, what will Macey and the wardens have to face next? Will they ever get any waffles? I can’t wait to find out! I love this series.
No spoilers of any kind because.
So all I’m going to say is I thought this book was great but it just seemed to lack something which the other books had but this one didn’t.
Maybe it was the way it seemed like the whole story was rushed.
There was plenty of action and a lot of twists and turns and definitely plenty of unanswered questions.
But it all seemed rushed unlike all the books before this one.
Other than that I thought it was a very good story of Macy and her men, but hopefully the next book will be a lot better and answers some of the unanswered questions.
Anyway yes I do recommend this book to anyone who’s looking for a good story to crawl into and get lost within its pages.
First off, I love how nothing is missing from the plot between books as this picks up exactly where Beneath the Earth ends.
Macey is facing here hardest trials as of yet. Enduring a lot of pain both physical and emotional.
This book is filled with riddles and witty banter. But somehow there is a lack a waffles!
While there is yet another man (a guide of sorts) added to the story, it is still easy to differentiate between characters.
Within the Flames picks up right after book 3. Macey is out to figure out how to get Flint’s flames back. Unfortunately there are no waffles yet. This series just keeps getting better. I thought this was going to be the last book, but was excited to see that we will get more books in the Seven Wardens series 🙂
Another great Seven Wardens novel. First, Macey has to save Flint. He’s lost his fire magic and is dying. She has to pass some deadly tests just to get an audience with the beings who could help. Will she pass them all? And will it be in time to save Flint? Will they finally beat the Malhoun or is he unbeatable?
Still no waffles? What does this poor girl have to do to get waffles?
Eagerly awaiting the next book.
Wow this adventure gets better with each book. The characters are well developed, the story flows from the last and always some action to keep you glued to the pages. Thank you for sending me this ARC copy.
