Angie Baybee Jewel, is a timid soul, who never goes out on a limb and only wants to spend her life designing beautiful gardens. Her magic is of the landscaping variety, and it’s not so much magic as a green thumb. But she’s talented in that department despite her self doubt, making her a very welcome guest at the Witch Way Inn in the High Sierras. One of the few witch-owned establishments that … welcomes all magical and non-magical people, it’s a beautiful home refurbished by her cousin Karina, and Angie is considering staying a bit and taking on more duties between her landscaping jobs because it’s calm…mostly. At least she has her quiet suite when predator shifters come to stay.
Kit Wilde is a tiger shifter. He’s hot, sexy, and daring, is the ringmaster of the circus and the operator of the largest traveling Ferris wheel in the West. He loves travel and excitement and new challenges but feels a call to return home to take up duties as alpha of his tiger streak. Meeting Angie adds a whole new level of worry to his life. The alpha tiger cannot marry a witch. But will the woman his tiger swears is his mate be willing to run away with the circus?
Angie and Kit know they have something special when they set eyes on each other but it seems their destinies lie too far apart to ever find one together. A witch with little or no magic and a tiger alpha who travels with the circus? Impossible? Or not.

Angie Baybee Jewel was a green garden witch, or a hedge witch, my Grandma would have said. Her green thumb with gardens was legendary- even the dirt glowed.
She thought of herself as a little talent witch, though her cousin swore she was a late bloomer, like her. She never knew who her father was though.
It must have been fate that brought her to her cousin when Kit was a guest at the Inn.
Absolutely magical!

The late bloomer
Witches and shifters, carnivals and flowers, make up the perfect cast for this newest addition to the Magic and Mayhem universe. This is the first book I’ve read by this author, but I loved every minute of it. The alpha finds his mate, who just happens to find her true self, with the help of family and friends. This couple makes it to their HEA with laughter and a roar. I can’t wait to read the next book by this author.
Witch Way Around is a fun, light, sweet paranormal romance that was exactly what I needed at the time. It was a delight to read. Angie Baybee Jewel is a witch whose powers never developed. But she does have a remarkable green thumb, and plants respond to her. Kit Wilde is a tiger shifter, currently working with the circus, whose duty is calling him home to take over as alpha of his pack. They have great chemistry, but witches and shifters don’t mix in their worlds. Can this relationship be saved?
I loved Angie’s connection to nature; it felt realistically pagan, and the circus as one of the settings, was a clever, unique deviation from the norm.

This tale is a sweet paranormal love story that reminds you how everyone is special in their own way and that there is a lot of magic everywhere in the world. The characters are fun, whimsical, and the story quite magical especially in the end when the couple gets their happy ever after ending. Witch Way Around is a sweet paranormal love story.
This is a novel that is part of the magic and mayhem Universe. A witch and a tiger shifter can they even get together? Angie Baylee Jewel never knew her father and the secret died with her mother. She was timid and shy, always feeling like her magic was not good enough, at least compared to the rest of the family. Her magic was in gardens. She visits her Aunt at the Witch Way Inn to help plan some gardens. Kit Wilde, a tiger shifter had just come to the Inn as a gift from his bosses at the circus where he was ring master and ran the Ferris wheel. Instant attraction happens, but where could it lead?
This is a great short paranormal romance. It is filled with creative and memorable characters that draw you into their story. The narrative and dialogue also help to tell their story by immersing the reader into the scenery and the characters struggles. The characters grow and mature as they deal with their internal struggles. There are a few hot scenes so be aware of them when choosing the book but I think they fit nicely into the flow of the story. It is a great easy to read, short paranormal romance that you’ll enjoy, especially if you are a fan of the Magic and Mayhem Universe.
