FAQs ABOUT THE SERIES:
Q. Is this one of those incomplete books that ends on a big CLIFFHANGER?
A. Nope! The main murder mystery introduced in book 1 is completely resolved by the end of the book, and justice for that crime is served. As with most series books, there are some ongoing side plot lines that continue through the series. The end of each book contains hints about upcoming stories, but each title in the series can be read as a complete stand-alone.
Q. Is there sexual content or bad language?
A. The “heat level” is sweet, and the language is clean, making this a great read suitable for all ages and tastes.
Q. How long are the books?
A. The paperbacks are about 300 pages, and the audiobooks are 8 to 10 hours.
Q. Are these books dark and depressing, or upbeat?
A. Definitely upbeat. There are some dramatic elements to keep things interesting, but the tone is overall bright and cheerful, with plenty of humor. Readers report high levels of LOLs.

more
Great first in a series. While the mystery is solved in this book, there is plenty of room for more to happen, and as a reader, I was left wondering what would happen next to these quirky characters. It’s fun and well paced. I truly appreciate being left wanting more even though the main mystery was solved. So many questions to be answered!
Was a pleasant read, will probably read more
Will finish the series
I always enjoy Angela Pepper books!
I enjoyed reading this and plan to get the sequels . The characters are delightful !
a fun read
A little slow paced for me, but fun, funny and entertaining.
Easy fun read!
paranormal, librarian, snark-fest, puntastic, witches, shifters, small-town, family-dynamics, cozy-mystery
When Zara and her daughter moved to their new home in Wisteria they had never lived in a small town, didn’t really remember Zara’s Aunt Z, didn’t believe in witches or shifters, and thought it was freaky cool that they both had the same shade of red hair. Things changed. They met Aunt Z, learned that they came from a family of witches (and that they were witches as well), met a wolf shifter, and learned a lot about living in a small town. And that the previous owner of their house had died under suspicious circumstances. The characters are all more than a little zany, and the snarks and puns kept me giggling and carrying on throughout.
Tiffany Williams proved to be a fantastic voice performer with the ability to separate the characters as well as pull off all the fun with the equivalent of a straight face!
I won the audiobook in a giveaway! I really win!
It was very well written and entertaining.
A fun book, may wish to read others in this series.
I finished this book which is the 1st in the series. I loved it. I’m currently on the second one which is equally as good so far. Really enjoying this series.
Love books about witches. This book fit the bill.
Very funny characters, but feels like it doesn’t end, because it’s first of a string.
No my normal choice, I like the more visceral paranormal , but this was a nice change of pace
Cool
Good one!!
This took some time getting to the point which is why I gave it four stars. On the other hand, I like the characters and the setting which overall made it an enjoyable read.

WAY TOO STEAMY FOR ME. I was just looking for fun read with New Orleans flavor. Story was way to paranormal for me.
