And neither one saw it coming…

Good beach read.
This is a good chick lit book. I like the characters and the fact that the three women have each other’s backs. The story line is a little predictable, but it is good nonetheless.
It was an OK read, pretty predictable and a comforting read when I didn’t have something else calling my name.
Pretty predictable but still entertaining. The characters were likeable.
I loved this book from start to finish!!!!
Very realistic story line on lies, how they hurt and destroy. And how the deceivers manage to keep on deceiving.
Loved to read a book I do not want to put down this is one of them.
Tally, Susan, and Julie are longtime friends on Belle Island. All three have some sort of trauma in their pasts, but all three have moved on and become successful business owners. The story begins when Reed Newman checks into Susan’s inn on the island. He is an emotional wreck who gets no pleasure at all from anything in life. His first morning at the inn, he bumps into Julie, who is delivering baked goods from her bakery. Something sparks between Reed and Julie, and romance blossoms. While the relationship is not always smooth, Julie and Reed find joy in the end. This is a feel-good book, a perfect read for a warm spring morning.
I liked it so much, I bought the second installment. It is an essay read and very enjoyable!!!!0
Sweet romance lovely easy read ideal holiday reading
Loved it. I am looking forward to reading the next books in this series.
Sweet easy to read story. I really enjoyed. It would be a wonderful summer read.
Good beach read.
Liked it
Did not feel it was very realistic
Nice beach read!!!
It was inspiring that two of the characters were able to overcome their fears and heal each other.
Nice, pleasant. Read for a rainy day. Predictable.
It wasn’t what I was expecting. Too many story arcs and not enough character build up
It was nice to read something that ends up well but still has lots of twists and turns and unexpected happenings.
