Sadly too far fetched for me.
Jack Reachers illegitimate son following in his father footsteps without ever knowing his name. But he does so with the same panache, the same desires and the same knowledge of armed and unarmed combat and phycological behavior patterns.
Love this series and this author.
I absolutely enjoy the Jack Widow series. Jack is a likable character that is believable – aside from his ability to always be in the wrong place at the wrong time! Or just the right time to intervene in whatever situation unfolds! These stories are a good, fairly quick read. The people you want to live thru the crisis don’t always make it but that keeps the series believable.
Similar to jack reacher
I felt like I Was reading a Jack Reacher novel.
It wasn’t a bad storyline, just not very original.
I read all of the “Reacher”
books…so this character felt like a “cousin” yet was fresh in it’s own right.
great read lots of interesting things to keep it moving.
I tend to read many books and like to be entertained by well fleshed out characters and a story line that is believable but has some unpredictable twists. Having been raised in the upper Midwest, I found this a great read and reminder of familiar places.
I thought the book was fun reading. Not sure that his not needing cold gear made sense but I liked the story
Great book in this series
An okay read. Took a while to get going but after a slow start it gets better.
Once I started I did not stop.it was a great book. I plan on reading the whole series
Too much a copy of Jack Reacher
Interesting that the author is a wanderer.
Great book – I have read a number of them and always enjoy who he meets on his adventures.
A poor parody of Jack Reacher
One of my pet peeves is someone who writes about places they know nothing about. Placing a reservation withing Yellowstone bad enough, but saving entire towns within it is unbelievable. Not recommended
The second of the series, Jack Widow is a very interesting character.
Former NCIS officer, now he just roams around the country with no aim or will and he enjoys it.
The pacing of the story is a little slow in the beginning, but the second half is very intriguing and totally builds up the momentum as Jack finds himself embroiled in another mess which he has to solve. The plot was solid and the way the other characters were built into the story was enjoyable. Liked it immensely.
