Return to USA Today bestseller Tiffany Reisz’s Original Sinners series with “Winter Tales,” a collection of three fan-favorite Christmas novellas plus a brand-new novella exclusive to this anthology. In “December Wine,” the long-awaited story of Nora Sutherlin’s first meeting with Nico can finally be told. Nora enlists her editor (and sometimes lover) Zach Easton on a mission to track down … down Kingsley’s long-lost son. Nicolas “Nico” Delacroix turns out to be young, strikingly handsome, and very French. He wants nothing to do with his father…but everything to do with Nora.
This special holiday-themed collection also includes the novellas “Poinsettia,” “The Christmas Truce,” and “The Scent of Winter” (previously available only as ebooks). A bonus short story starring Søren rounds out the “Winter Tales” anthology.

Tiffany Reisz is absolutely one of my favorite authors ever! I know when I pick up one of her books; I’ll be pulled in from the very first page and will not want to stop reading until I’m finished. Winter Tales was everything I wanted and more. While I love her stand-alone books, I first found her because of her Original Sinners series, and they remain my favorites always.
December Wine
I loved getting to see Nora meet Nico for the first time. I also adored her time with Zach. I laugh so much when Nora and Zach are together. I’m not really sure why, but I just love when the two of them are together. I think part of it is the banter and the fact they each, even while together, absolutely love their significant other. They can talk about pretty much everything because they are friends.
I felt the connection between Nico and Nora immediately. For a child not raised by Kingsley, Nico had so much of King in him. I loved that Nora listened to him as he dealt with his feelings and didn’t force his choices. It really helped me to understand how and why Nora needed Nico in her life. Seriously this story had me wanting more from the very first page.
The other four stories in the anthology had each been previously released in ebook and it was much fun to revisit each story. Again these stories are like book crack to me and I loved every minute of these stories.
I anxiously await each new release from Tiffany Reisz and know I’m in for the ride of my life each time. The Original Sinners books are my favorites and I loved getting to spend time with so many of my favorite characters. I highly recommend the entire series of books!

5 Memorable and Fabulous Stars!!
I really loved and enjoyed The Winter Tales Anthology, which includes the following novellas: December Wine, The Christmas Truce, Poinsetta, The Scent of Winter, and Blood & Wine, some of which I have read before, and if you are familiar with author Tiffany Reisz’s masterful execution of her storytelling, no matter if is the third or the hundredth time, she knows how to evoke reader emotions.
However, what I love must, are her clever emotional twists. When I think I know where the story is going < BAM >, she shakes my entire world. That’s freaking rich, and I love her for that!!
All in all, this swoony, erotic, heart-pounding passionate Christmas anthology is guaranteed to make your toes curl, leave you breathless, weak in the knees, and will have you fanning yourself, and begging for more!!
Do yourself a favor, and grab your copy today!!
I received an ARC in exchange for my honest opinion!!
I can never get enough of these characters. This anthology is packed full of them. All of our favorites spanning the history of those delicious Sinners including the all new Original short story Winter Wine.
This for any OS fan is just what you’re looking for, You’re getting closure for certain things while opening the door to pandoras box at the same time. You’re getting an insight to feelings we may not have realized we’ve had. all this while being sexy, fun and intoxicating. No spoilers because that’s too easy. We are meeting Nico and Nora and Zach as always do not dissapoint. The detailed way of bringing us right back into moments of previous books. You feel so much. This never ending connection, I think everyone who reads this feels this way. The other short stories have been released previously as Ebooks and of Course a little something from Soren. Now you have them here and you know you can read them over and over, If you haven’t read them. Now is the time. I highly suggest you read this series if you haven’t I might even question your judgement in books if you haven’t.
Winter Tales is a must have for anyone who claims to be an Original Sinners fan. A collection of five novellas – a mix of new and previously published – it’s a perfect amuse bouche to whet your appetite for the release of “The Priest” in April 2020. We get to visit with Nora, Soren, King, and Griffin during key Christmases in their past. Nicky and Zach also make memorable appearances. Each story is a beautiful mix of joy, love, and melancholy laced with reminiscence, reunion and regret. As always, there is the kinky, loving sexy times and crackling sarcastic banter that Tiffany Reisz is known for. Think of it as your very own kinky Advent calendar complete with a sparkling Christmas Eve reunion of our favorite troubled trio and a gorgeous midwinter interlude with and older and wiser Soren and King.
4.5 stars because this greedy girl craves more
I am probably one of the few who have never read The Original Sinners series. This novella definitely has me wanting to read it ASAP. With that being said you do not need to read the series to read this novella but you will want to binge read the series right away. I love Ms. Reisz’ writing, she never ever disappoints. Absolutely a must read!
Joy and terror-they’re twins, you know. Joy is born first. Then terror a few minutes after. Joy arrives when you recognize what you have. Terror comes on its heel, terror that you’ll lose the thing that gave you all that joy.”
Eep! It’s holiday time and that means a holiday novella from Tiffany! But, this year, Tiffany is gifting us with a group of novellas! So…. we get three that we already love and a new Soren novella!!
It’s always great to revisit these characters. I can especially never get enough Kingsley and Soren. But, I couldn’t wait to see what we were getting from Soren. It was like a prequel to the upcoming book, The Priest, and I just can’t wait!!!
Tiffany’s signature writing gifts us with her trademark whit, emotions, and excitement. She has such a magical way about her writing that you just can never get enough of. She has engulfed us in this incredible world with these characters we have grown to love and crave. I enjoyed this series of novellas and can’t wait to get my hands on The Priest.
“The love is in the waiting.”
***I received an ebook copy from the publisher at no cost***
Every time I think I’ve fallen as in love as I can with the Original Sinners gang, Tiffany comes along with something that makes me fall even harder for them.
Winter Tales is a collection of short stories featuring different characters from the Original Sinners series. Each story gives readers a glimpse into a snippet of time. From Nora and Zach searching for Kingsley’s son Nico in France, to Søren and Magdalena on a quiet Christmas Eve, Reisz delivers short, sexy, and endearing stories set during the holiday season. As a reader, these short stories gave me answers to some of the nagging questions I had after reading the full-length novels.
I was thrilled beyond words to see a story that featured Zach. Next to Kingsley, he’s my favorite of the sinners gents. His connection with Nora is one of my favorite elements and when they’re lovers … I can’t get enough of it.
Søren and Magdalena’s story hit me in the feels. I know that there’s a heart somewhere inside this sadistic man, and any time that he shows it, it makes me smile.
And Kingsley … Oh, Kingsley. If you love the French man you’ll be happy, because Reisz gives us a healthy does of him throughout the stories.
Reisz’s characters are well-developed and have so much depth. Each time I pick up a book, I feel like I’m peeling back another layer of the characters, and finding out new things about them that I didn’t know existed.
This is the perfect collection of holiday kink stories, just in time for the holidays themselves. I don’t think this could be read as a standalone, simply because in order to understand the stories you need to have knowledge of the characters and the past. So, if you haven’t read any of the Original Sinners stories, go out and get started on that right now. And if you’re an Original Sinners fan, snatch this book up right now! Trust me, you don’t want to miss it.
Five stars to this novel!
Aaahhhh love this one, story of Nora’s submissive, Søren’s turmoil, story when Søren still young, King’s weariness, oh yesss as an original sinners series big fan, I can’t not love this one. It’s so nice to read their story, I miss them and their kinkiness, they bring laughter and put a big smile on my face.
If you love Original Sinners series, you will love this book too.
Winter Tales is magnificent and an utter delight.
It’s always exciting to take a new journey with my favorite Sinners. The gang is all back in a collection of Christmas novellas that is sure to please even the most subdued sinner!! Soren, Kingsley, Nora and Nico all make appearances in this anthology.
December Wine is the latest addition to the collection. It is a journey that Nora embarks upon to give a piece of Kingsley’s life back. With the aid and sexual prowess of her editor, Zack, Nora travels overseas to find out of her information is correct about Kingsley’s past. It is a journey of secrets and discovery that will lead Nora on a journey that will definitely alter all of the Original Sinners’ lives.
There is nothing better than visiting the Sinners that lead us on some of the most delicious temptations to date. The holidays wouldn’t be complete without Tiffany Reisz’s reprise of the characters that tempt you with their sexual kink!!
If you’re looking for that holiday romance feeling, and you already know Soren, Nora, and the rest of them, this is perfect. Just a bunch of Christmastime, wintery stories surrounding these characters, peeks into more moments in their lives. It’s the strangest version of love I’ve read, and there’s always more to their story.
However, if you haven’t read the Siren books, this isn’t for you. I’ve read some and not all and I’m a little lost. But I really enjoyed their dirtiness, their humor, and their deep caring for one another.
In December Wine, a brand-new novella, Nora together with Zach is in search of Kingsley’s son Nico. I really like how comfortable Nora and Zach have become to each other’s naughty preferences. Tiffany Reisz never failed to remind us why Mistress Nora is such an unforgettable character. Her sassy dialogue is something I’m always looking forward to reading and in this novella is no exception to her sassiness. Winter Tales also includes previously published short stories that are always worth a reread. If you want a book that will keep you warm during the winter season? This is a must-read!
“Joy and terror—they’re twins, you know.”
I didn’t expect to love this anthology as much as I did. It’s not like any other that I’ve read before. Every novella answers a question that I’ve had while reading the Original Sinners series, and some that it never crossed my mind to ask. Blanks were filled in while I revisited some favorite memories and characters I’ve grown to love through the author’s incredible writing.
Tiffany Reisz is the #QueenOfKink in my mind. She opened my eyes to things I’d never considered before. She had me going to places virtually that I’d never go in reality, and loving every second of the experience. Her wit and sarcasm through her character’s witty banter is one of my favorite things about her writing. She can shock me one minute and have me laughing out loud the next.
I must also mention that she touches my emotions. Yes, I actually cried while reading this book. The characters live outside the box and their idea of normal is not the same as mine. But their hearts are huge and their love is strong. They make sacrifices, sometimes in secret, for each other that go above and beyond. I never pass up an opportunity to dive into a Tiffany Reisz story, no matter where she decides to take me, I never regret the journey. Trust me, if you are already a fan, these Winter Tales are gonna warm up your winter in the very best way.
This is my kind of Christmas read. Catching up with some of my favourite characters from one of my favourite authors. Winter Tales is a delicious compilation of bite sized treats with Soren, Nora, King and others. The way this author connects you to the characters and their blatant sexuality is always a joy. Add in the humour, emotions and wit and I am a blissed out reader!
If you’re looking for a Christmas story with a little sting in the tale then this is definitely for you.
5* Sexy December Stars
I was so excited to read this Original Sinners Anthology because I can never get enough of these wonderful sexy entertaining characters and Tiffany Reisz is one incredible storyteller.
It starts off with December Wine which is a brand-new short story of Nora’s first meeting with Kingsley’s illegitimate son Nico. Nora travels to France with Zach her Editor, and of course they get up to mischief as Zach is irresistible. I was so happy to catch up with Zac again as I have missed him.
The Christmas Truce was more of a subdued read as Nora and Kingsley reminisce and share their Christmas Wishes with each other as they have both been estranged from their lover Søren for a while. After they end up at midnight mass and hear Søren’s Homily, they decide to call a truce for the night, put their differences aside and a very sexy night is had.
I was happy to read Poinsettia again as it takes us back to a young 20 year old Søren and his experience with Magdalena the sadist Madam.
The Scent of Winter is about Søren and Kingsley spending Christmas together in a secluded cabin in the woods and reliving some of their most intimate moments together and secrets are shared, and confessions are made. This is one of my favourite novellas.
In Blood and Snow Søren and Magda are reunited again after 30 years when Søren is never too old to learn some new tricks and lean on Magda for some assurances and peace of mind.
I will never tire of reading and catching up with the Original Sinners. This was one “hot” read for the middle of a cold winter.
10 star. Brutal. Tiffany Reisz’s books tear your heart out then stitch you back together leaving you with scars – scars you need to prove you survived. And, oh Mistress, please give us more. This is not a light read but one that invokes deep thoughts and makes you question so many things you thought you “knew”.
Ahhhh…what a comfort to be immersed into the Original Sinners world. Reading these novellas made me long to relive the first time I met Eleanor, Kingsley and Soren. My favorite book in the series was about Kingsley and Soren’s budding relationship so you can guess which story I swooned over. I loved every single snippet into my favorite characters’ lives like a kinky voyeur getting off on a secret thrill. I will be over here in my corner waiting anxiously for more of my Priest, King and Mistress. Their love runs deeply but never smoothly.
Winter Tales is a collection of Original Sinners stories all set in–you’ll never guess–winter! 😉 All the stories were new to me, though I believe only the first (and longest! December Wine) and last (and shortest, Blood & Snow) are actually new. Still, I can’t imagine any fan of the series skipping a single Original Sinners story, whether they’ve read them already or not–Ms Reisz’s writing and her characters are just that amazing. Though there is a bit of jumping around the series timewise with these stories–the third one happens first chronologically, and the fourth, I think, last–there are several threads (beyond the obvious, the characters and time of year) that connect them and make them work really well together as a collection.
This collection really isn’t the place to start if you’re new to Ms Reisz’s series, though it definitely will give you the flavor of her writing–and OMG, it is beyond delicious. I can’t honestly fathom taking part in BDSM or having an open relationship, and my Catholicism is a thing of the distant past, but goodness, seeing it all through these characters’ eyes? I care far more about those topics than I ever thought I could. These stories give us little snippets of the lives of the characters between the other novels and novellas–no, you don’t have to read them to understand the rest of the books, but if you’re already a fan, do yourself a favor and read this!
Consider it an early holiday present to yourself 🙂

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
December Wine! Nora meets Nico! Every time we have some Nora and Nico you always want more! This is a fun novella for our Original Sinners fans that highlights when Nora confronts Nico to tell him about his father Kingsley — oh yes! And we get some Zach and Nora action as well. Ms. Reisz weaves this quickie wonderfully and somehow you just know that Nico is pinning for Nora at the end. There are also inside fatherly tidbits from Zach and his “connection” to Søren which is quite sweet.
This special holiday-themed collection also includes the novellas Poinsetta, The Christmas Truce, and The Scent of Winter (all previously available only as ebooks). A bonus short story starring Søren rounds out the Winter Tales anthology. And that little bonus tidbit lays out a teaser for Tiffany’s next book The Priest due out in April, 2020! Can’t wait!
A special set of stories from the Original Sinners series. Nora and Zach are on a mission to find Nico’s son. They have grown comfortable with each other and their quirks. You get the back story and answers to some questions with this tale. All in all great stories.
I received a copy of this book via Netgalley and am leaving a review.
