Top 20 Amazon BestsellerRaquel and Harrison sitting in a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G.First comes love. Then comes marriage. Then comes a baby in the baby carriage. That’s how her brother used to sing it when we were kids—a simple ploy to get under my skin and make me stick my fist in his face—but man oh man, did he get the order wrong. One night of “kissing” in New York catapulted us straight to the … “kissing” in New York catapulted us straight to the pregnancy portion of the song—surprise!—and now I have to figure out how to carry out the whole melody in reverse.
A baby on the way first.
Then love and marriage?
It’s complicated on its best day.
But our situation is far more problematic than just a simple twist of nursery rhyme lyrics. Before our night together, Raquel Weaver was the best-known good girl in Hollywood—a twenty-nine-year-old innocent beauty whom the world adored and watched like a hawk.
Obviously, the consequences of that kind of reputation don’t just go away. Add in pregnancy hormones, the media, a fake fiancé, and a selfish manager, and you have the short list of my problems.
As a thirty-four-year-old, successful CFO of a multibillion-dollar media conglomerate, I thought I would be able to handle anything show business could throw my way, but I’m starting to think I might be in over my head.
Good thing I’m all in.
Winning Hollywood’s goodest girl is going to take everything I’ve got.

Raquel and Harrison have known each other since they were young kids, fast forward so so many years later and its like the blast from the past when they meet again one fateful steamy night! Could this be fate?
He has no idea who she really is now! Now some four months later, Harrison is beside himself wondering why the girl on the TV is her! Is this happening!!
Oh boy are you in for a bumpy ride in this story where the characters both try to come to terms with things! When a chance secret meeting reveals the truth as to Raquels state, needless to say Harrison is willing to be there every step of the way!
There is so much drama, sizzling chemistry and some entertaining moments as well but what happens when someone is trying to keep them apart! An enjoyable story with great characters and its so great to hear from previous characters too!
YES YES YES!!!! Once again writes Max Monroe magic on a unicorn or something As always they NEVER disappoints me, I laughed, swooned and absolutely fluffing loved this story!! The book was unexpected, but at the same time a bit expected!!! I highly recommend this book to fluffing everyone!!!
5 K-I-S-S-I-N-G Stars!!!
I started this book early yesterday morning and literally read all day and into the night because I couldn’t get enough of Rocky and Harrison! I absolutely loved everything about this book… Rocky and her naivete and wanting to change the one thing that she’s so well known for in the Land of Glam and after a stressful night doing what she does, she got the perfect opportunity when she runs into her childhood crush who also happened to be her older brother’s best friend when they were younger….who better to lose the Big V to than the boy she crushed on all those years ago? Except there’s a reminder of that night and that’s when her life really changes.
Harrison has thought about that night, but he’s a high powered executive that relieves some of the stress that comes with his career by having a “book club” with his friends and aren’t we the lucky ones that these friends are all the MM heroes that we love and adore…let me tell you that when they’re all together, it’s a freaking riot!! Thatch is at his most hilarious! When Harrison learns that his Rocky is pregnant he does what he needs to do to see her again, and to say certain people weren’t happy about it is putting it mildly…there’s people in Rocky’s life that aren’t necessarily looking out for her best interests!!
I absolutely adore how cute these two were together. I know cute seems like an odd word when it comes to a Max Monroe book, but it just fits with this couple. Rocky for as long as she’s been in this business hasn’t really found her inner strength and Harrison is the man that’s going to show her who she is capable of being because of his love for her. He’s there at all the right moments to see her growth and strength develop because hey he’s going to be there for his baby!!
This books moves a great pace seeing as it’s set in La-La Land and things can change rapidly. What doesn’t happen rapidly but at just the right pace is Rocky and Harrison falling in love with a little frustration sitting on the sidelines with their slow burn to their chemistry that is sizzling between them. I loved Harrison so much for how he moved at the exact right pace with Rocky…he’s definitely in it for the long haul!!
Throughout the book we get to laugh and swoon and get to know everything there is to know about Rocky and Harrison and their forever love. I loved how the guys and girls were all there for Harrison and Rocky too when they met her because they’re as in love with Rocky as Harrison is. Add in some people getting what they deserve and some healing relationships and this book is everything I love about a Max Monroe book!!
This was just okay for me. The story starts out 4 months in the past, then the next chapter is the present day and it bounces back and forth. That messes with me being able to get into the story. I would rather have the past in one continuous section, then present day. Harrison was an okay guy, but I like my heroes to be more assertive than he is. Rocky was a doormat plain and simple. I really wish she would have grown a backbone a lot sooner in the story. It was annoying to keep reading how she let everyone walk all over her. I think that Rocky and Harrison made a good couple when they finally make it there. The ending was sweet, and while this wasn’t my favorite MM book, I will be reading them in the future.
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book.
Max and Monroe have managed to do the unthinkable: They made me laugh during a pandemic! I mean, of course they did. They always do. The comedy of Rocky and Harrison had a bit of a darker edge this time. I can’t say this enough: I LOVED IT. I loved this book so much! Get ready for a roller coaster of laughs and heartache and nail-biting suspense. And don’t forget that this book is in the Billionaire Bad Boys World! This book has it all!
Prepare to fall for Harrison!
This amazing stud will knock your socks off!
Raquel Weaver has an interesting story in Hollywood, both her parents were in the business and her brother is none other than the awol stud Luca Weaver! Raquel is Hollywood royalty and she has to act and behave like so but for one night she just wanted to be a girl catching up with a boy she grew up with and they caught up alright….so much so that, that night left her with a gift.
Harrison wanted nothing more than to get ahold of Rocky, but getting ahold of her was proving to be an issue. Until, until she’s on the local news and her business is being outed that she’s pregnant around four months along and Harrison sweet,I’m the middle of a conversation with Cap is kinda freaking out, but in the best way possible because he’s going to go above and beyond to be there for Rocky and his baby and he proves his word and he’s there through the good and the bad that’s part of being with Hollywood’s goodest girl.
SWOON
laughed my butt off!

This was cute but I honestly struggled with it because I got bored. There was something missing for me, almost the whole way through, and it was chemistry. A connection. A spark. Something more than just mostly platonic interactions between the two MCs.
We’ve been introduced to both these characters from other books but this one can be read as a total standalone. The two were childhood friends and randomly see each other at a bar in NYC and have a one night stand. We only get snippets of the one night stand from flashbacks thrown in throughout the book. This pacing threw me off a bit, especially since this read was light on the romance and sex the way it was. Fast forward 4 months later when Harrison, the male MC, sees “Rocky,” or Hollywood’s virgin starlet on TV with a baby bump. Shocked, not only by her pregnancy, but by the fact the she’s a Hollywood celeb, Harrison starts making plans for how he can get in touch with her and be in this baby’s life.
The two approach the situation as co-parenting almost the whole way through so that Rocky can keep up her Hollywood persona and because of that there’s very little romantic interaction between them. Don’t get me wrong, Harrison is an attentive and accommodating guy but he lets Rocky take the lead on this because of her career, which really means her manager from Hades, Heidi, is calling all the shots like she has for most of Rocky’s career. Combine both characters being somewhat spineless and the lack of romance and chemistry and it just seemed like two people having a baby together. I didn’t NEED them to be a couple like I have in past books by these authors. The urgency for everything to work out wasn’t there so I lost interest in their story. I got bored. Cute but just not very memorable for me.
This book is hysterical. I absolutely love everything about Raquel. She is so funny and down to earth despite being Hollywood’s It Girl and Harrison is the best thing that could have happened to her. It was so awesome to get to “see” some of my favorite Max Monroe characters from Kline and Georgia and Cap and Thatch and Cassie even Dr. Will and Melody!
Surprise pregnancy books are some of my favorites of all the tropes and this one no exception. You also can never go wrong with a Max Monroe romcom.
I mean those text messages from Thatch and Cap in baby voices almost made me pee my pants I laughed so hard.
I do have to say Raquel frustrated me to no end in the beginning of this book with the whole fake relationship thing when she had a fantastic guy willing to step up and be there for her. I didn’t make much sense wby she would go along with the crazy fake fiancée thing, but it all worked out in the end.
I loved the ending it was perfection!
Another amazing book in this series! This book like all the others is funny and steamy. Buckle up and be ready to swoon and laugh.
Loved this book! Winning Hollywood’s Goodest Girl is a super cute surprise pregnancy romantic comedy full of laughs, swoons and the best group of characters. I could not get enough of this fun, entertaining read.
The fab duo of Max and Monroe have done the unthinkable. They’ve managed to dethrone the swoon king, Kline Brooks. Harrison Hughes with all his support, protectiveness, caring and sweetness has taken his place. I have developed quite the crush. The way he stepped up without a hesitation made me weak in the knees. He may be my new favorite Max Monroe hero.
As for Raquel, I liked her and she’s really adorable but I will admit there were moments where I found myself frustrated. She was a little too naive and a bit of a pushover. I wish she would have grown a backbone a little sooner. I hated seeing her team walk all over her.
I wish I could live in this billionaire world forever. I will never tire of all their antics, ribbing, and well meaning advice. If you want more of this good time, you need to pick up Winning Hollywood’s Goodest Girl ASAP.
I think Harrison is the most swooniest character that Max Monroe have ever written. He is simply put, a dream man!!!
“I’m not in the spotlight,” Harrison refutes. “Raquel is in the spotlight, and I’m in the shadows, ready to support her.”
SEE? SWOON! And that’s not the only line that made my knees weak and my heart flutter. He was full of them.
I absolutely loved seeing this story play out in the pages in front of me. The twists, the love, the lust, the EVERYTHING between them. It was real and it was true. It was all that Raquel had been missing in her life.
With AMAZING cameos from the Billionaires and Luca from the first Hollywood book this felt familiar and new and exciting all at the same time. Cap and Thatch together = phenomenal. No contest!!
So glad it’s finally Harrison’s turn! What a cute and fun read. I really liked how hands on Harrison wanted to be, he was so sweet. Rocky’s manger made me all kinds of stabby, I was mentally clapping when she would put her in her place. Of course we have the old crew from previous books in here. I could read all their interactions for days. I get the biggest kick out of those guys. Another great one from these ladies!
Kline and Wes are no longer tied as my favorite Max Monroe leading men. Harrison Hughes just conquered all competition. He is a hard-working and successful CFO, and a truly decent human being. Raquel has been a Hollywood star since childhood. For various reasons she has no family around her and is handled like a commodity by her management team. You don’t need me to tell you more about this story, because you really need to read this book!
This book was a real pleasure from start to finish. The authors somehow blended several different tropes, along with a variety of new and familiar characters, stirred in a couple of villains, and created a delicious story. There were lots of smiles, some laugh out loud moments, angst, tears, revenge and inspiration. As Harrison says, “Life’s a mess but there’s art in all the splatters.” Words of wisdom from a wonderful book boyfriend.
Oh man I have been waiting for Harrison’s book for what feels like forever and it didn’t disappoint! I was completely hooked from the start!
I loved Harrison and Raquel. They were once childhood friends, both haven’t had an easy life. After a chance meeting 25 years later they will have a bond for life!
Harrison was so swoony worthy, the minute he found out Raquel was pregnant he did everything in his power to speak to her and totally stepped up.
I loved catching up with my favourite characters Thatch and Cap never fail in making me laugh and smile.
I can not wait for the next book and I have a feeling I know who will be the hero!
I received an arc of this book and I am voluntarily leaving my honest review.
Sqeeeeeeee, I loved this book! Raquel and Harrison are such amazing characters. Throw in Uber villain Heidi and her team of minions and you have a fun ride in romance land. Raquel is a super star, bombshell actress hiding for a night in New York from her team. Harrison has just buried his father and is looking for the solace and anonymity only a dive bar can bring. When the two cross paths they realize that they know each other from childhood and so begins the story. This book had me laughing right from the beginning with the funeral and kept it going to the end. I’m sure my neighbors next door could hear me laughing. If you have been missing Klein and the gang never fear, they make their appearance in this book. I can’t say enough about how much I loved this book. Now I must to go back and reread Luca’s story.
I love Max Monroe, they always manage to give me all the feels in fun ways. Raquel and Harrison will have you hooked from the beginning. Hollywood romances are one of my favorites. This story can be read as a stand-alone but if you’ve read her previous books you will see some of your favorite characters in this story. Absolutely a must read!!
Can’t get enough of this series! I absolutely love these characters and their quirky friendship! This book focuses on Harrison and his love interest Raquel. The pair grew up as neighbors during childhood until Harrison moved. He was always at odds with Raquel’s brother and they lost connection after the move. Years later though, the pair find each other across the country in a bar, and she decides it’s the perfect time to follow her heart despite the consequences. When their one-night stand results in a pregnancy, it throws a wrench into Raquel’s manager’s plans and when Harrison finds out, it throws even more wrenches into things. But Raquel and Harrison are determined to be together, despite the manager’s unhappiness towards it. We see that Raquel really lets her manager dictate her life, but this one-night stand changes everything, and Harrison really stands up for her and is in her corner focused on her best interests. I didn’t see the ending coming, even though I probably should have, and I loved the back and forth and anticipation of this couple getting their HEA. Can’t wait for the next one!
I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
Man, they did it again! Max Monroe never disappoints! If you’re looking for a book that you can’t put down, that will make you laugh, and that’s steamy…..here ya go! Their relationship may have started as a one night stand, but dang Harrison and Raquel were meant to be together! You’ll fall in love with them as they figure things out! One click this bad boy! You’ll be glad you did!
4.5 stars! This is quintessential Max Monroe. This is a hilarious, sexy, and romantic story that throughout most of it, I found that I couldn’t wipe the smile off my face. Harrison and Rocky were so cute together. I loved how dedicated Harrison was the moment he found out about the pregnancy and I loved how Rocky grew and started standing up for herself. I adored how our favorite billionaire crew doled out advice to Harrison and also how they adopted Rocky and drew her into the fold. Cap and Thatch were ridiculous as always and it was perfect.
Max Monroe is one of my favorite authors and they did not disappoint me with the latest Hollywood book. I highly recommend this book!
