With nine women dead, and only four days until Christmas, she must stop him before he kills again.
Then he makes the case personal by kidnapping Carly, and Gia must go home.

The path of winter storm Holly heads to Tinley, Nebraska, where a serial killer, the Christmas Killer has gone to finish his sequence of twelve murders as in the Twelve Days of Christmas song. Special Agent Gia Franklin in charge agent has been briefing the press about killer. She recieves a chilling call from her sister who has been abducted by the Christmas Killer. She arrives back in Tinley just as the storm approaches and skids off the road. Forunately Sheriff Murphy Malone picks her up and the chase is on to find the killer. The killer has a plan for his finale – the double murder of Gia and her sister Carly. This was a page turner and the characters were well developed considering the length of the story.
This is the third book in the Stormwatch series and I’ve loved them all so far.
I’ve been a fan of Rita’s for some time now and this book didn’t let me down.
If your looking for a good series with various authors and great writing then look no further. There’s kidnapping, murder, a raging storm, second chance romance, thrills, twists and turns, and just the right amount of romance.

Wind Chill is book three in the Stormwatch series, each book written by a different author. Gia must stop the Christmas Killer before he kills her sister. She goes back to her hometown and teams up with her former flame, Murphy. Can they catch the killer before it’s too late? I really enjoyed this story from the get-go. Definitely a must-read.
Now this is my kind of book! Edge of your seat page turner. Gia, an FBI agent, must find a serial killer fast. The killer has her sister kidnapped to get at Gia. Finding them before her sister is his next victim is all she’s thinking of. At the same time their small town is seized by one of the worst blizzards for decades. Snow is mounting and roads are becoming impassible but Gia has to save her sister and can’t let weather hinder her.
I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author. The opinions are my own I highly recommend this book.
All Special Agent Gia Franklin has been tracking a serial killer through three states. Because of the season and the unique ornaments, the twelve days of Christmas, left at the scene of each murder, the killer has been dubbed “The Christmas Killer” by the media.
Nine women have fallen by the hands of this monster and no clues have been left behind. Then Gia makes it personal….almost goading the killer, hoping he will make a mistake that will help her catch him but instead the killer brings his game to her home town and takes her sister. Three ornaments are left, and the clock is ticking on her sister’s life. With the storm bearing down on his small town, Sherrif Murphy Malone finds he has more than the weather to protect his town from and the person he will have to work with is the one woman he has ever loved….the one that got away. A page-turner from the get-go, this book has it all. You don’t want to miss out on this exciting third book in the amazing STORMWATCH series!
WIND CHILL keeps the suspense moving in this third book in STORMWATCH series. Gia is forced to return home for the holidays as her sister is grabbed by the maniac known as Christmas Killer. She joins forces with the gorgeous Sheriff Malone as they race to capture this monster and save both Gia and her sister. Extremely good book!
