When your name is Wynn, victory’s the only option. . . . “Kelly Jamieson is an auto-buy for me.”—New York Times bestselling author Carly Phillips Everly Wynn: As the only daughter in the Wynn family of hockey heroes, I never shared the ice with my brothers—or the approval they got from my father. And that was before the scandal that ruined my life at sixteen. Now that I’ve put all that behind me … sixteen.
Now that I’ve put all that behind me and built a successful career, the last thing I need is another hockey player in my life.
Especially one like Wyatt Bell.
He’s an arrogant, fast-living party boy. I hate how he gets by on his good looks and charm.
So why can’t I get him out of my mind?
Wyatt Bell: Life is short, and you’ve got to live it to the fullest. I learned that the hard way.
So on the ice, I always play to win, and on the town, fun and flirting are my game.
Because it’s better to laugh your way through the pain than to let them see you’re hurting—but I’ll never stop wishing I could find someone to share the real me with.
Something about Everly Wynn makes me think she could be the one.
But all she sees is a hockey jock hooked on good times.
If she didn’t take herself so seriously, maybe she would take a chance on being happy.

Book 3 in the Wynn Hockey series is here and I’ve definitely enjoyed every book so far. The Wynn family intrigues the heck out of me and I’ve been eating up all the information we learn about them as we get through each book.
Win Big is Everly and Wyatt’s story and we’re definitely picking up where things kind of ended in the previous book. Everly was mentioned quite a bit in the last one and I’ve been dying to just know more about her. There’s just a lot of drama going on in this family and deep down I knew that she didn’t deserve some of the stuff she got.
I like that we’re finally making ways towards somewhat sorting the drama out with the Wynn family. It’s going to take time, but I was elated to see them finally working together to be a well … less dysfunctional family.
I loved Everly soooooo much, we really get to know her inside and out. And I kind of hated out she was perceived, but count on Wyatt to be a bit persistent and dig deep.
I wish their communication was a little bit better because their secrets kept me from truly connecting with them. But by the end, I had so much love for these two!
This was definitely a winner for me and I can’t wait for more of the Wynn family!
**I RECEIVED A COMPLIMENTARY READER’S COPY FROM LOVESWEPT FOR AN HONEST REVIEW. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT MY OPINION OF THE BOOK OR CONTENT OF MY REVIEW**
WIN BIG is the third instalment in Kelly Jamieson’s contemporary, adult WYNN HOCKEY erotic, hockey romance series focusing on the Wynn family hockey dynasty, owners and operators of the NHL’s California Condors, and the Long Beach Golden Eagles. This is twenty-seven year old, executive director of the California Condors’ Foundation Everly Wynn, and twenty-six year old, hockey player Wyatt Bell’s story line. WIN BIG can be read as stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary although I recommend reading the series in order as there is an ongoing premise throughout.
Told from dual first person perspectives (Wyatt and Everly) WIN BIG follows the building relationships between is twenty-seven year old, executive director of the California Condors’ Foundation Everly Wynn, and twenty-six year old, hockey player Wyatt Bell. Waking up New Year’s morning in Wyatt Bell’s apartment wasn’t on Everly’s bucket list of things to do especially with Wyatt’s reputation as a manwh*re but one things leads to another and Wyatt finds himself the ambassador representing the California Condor’s in the Hockey For All initiative sponsored by the NHL. A night on the town together finds Wyatt the subject of a social media onslaught when a potentially damaging picture threatens his position as the face of Hockey for All. In an effort to clean up Wyatt’s image, the California Condors suggest Wyatt and Everly enter into a fake relationship, a relationship with will turn into something more. What ensues is the building romance, relationship and love between Everly and Wyatt, and the potential fall-out as Everly and Wyatt’s past stir up too many memories, threatening our couple’s tenuous hold on a potential happily ever after.
Everly Wynn struggles with demons from the past, so much so that it has affected her life, and every relationship going forward. Meeting Wyatt Bell stirs something deep within our story line heroine, something that is threatened when life and everything it has to offer rears up and takes hold. Wyatt Bell knows what it is like to struggle with one’s demons, a struggled that landed our hero playing for the California Condors. Falling in love with Everly Wynn was never in the plans, but someone from his past wants a chance going forward.
The relationship between Everly and Wyatt begins as a business arrangement turned fake romance into something more. Everly battles with their one-year age difference, a struggle that is as of a direct result from past experiences and the fall-out of young teen h*ll-bent on destroying her world. Wyatt’s reputation off the ice has preceded his introduction to our story line heroine, a reputation that Wyatt is quick to defend pointing out not everything is as it seems. The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.
There is a large ensemble cast of colorful secondary and supporting characters including the large extended and slightly dysfunctional Wynn family: patriarch Bob Wynn and his wife Chelsea; GM of the Condors Theo Wynn and his significant other Lacey; Theo’s brother and hockey player for the Long Beach Golden Eagles JP Wynn, as well as numerous brothers and nephews including Matthew and Mark Wynn from Bob’s first marriage: Mark’s son Jackson; Everly’s brothers Asher, Harrison and Noah.
WIN BIG is a story of family, secrets, lies and love. There is an ongoing premise focusing on the aging Bob Wynn that pulls together his large extended family from two marriages including sons, grandsons, and Everly’s adult nieces and nephews. The fast paced premise is engaging and entertaining; the characters are numerous, energetic and passionate ; the romance is seductive, captivating, fun and hot. WIN BIG is an inviting and character driven story of self-blame and heart breaking realizations.
Such an enjoyable book! Everly & Wyatt both had some maturing to do, but I loved watching their interactions!! Their chemistry was hot & I didn’t want to stop reading! The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because I wish I had read the first 2 books, I think it would’ve explained some of the backstory. Other than that, it was great!!
I had been waiting for Everly’s story! She seemed so cool and put together when we caught glimpses of her in previous books. I was waiting for a man to mess her up a little. And Wyatt is definitely the man for the job.
They both have secrets that make them the people they are but that’s what makes it a gripping story. When will they each discover the other’s secret? What will happen to the relationship when they do? You’ll have to read to find out!!
5 stars all the way!
We continue with the Wynn family drama in this book and I could see that it might be hard for someone who hasn’t read the first two books in the series to easily follow along. For those that have read the series you will easily jump right back in. The quilts of the past can affect the way we live our lives, finding enough peace to open up your heart and mind can give you the world.
Everly is Aunt to Theo and JP who were the hero’s in the previous books. She is from her father’s second marriage. It was hard being the only daughter and not one of the three hockey playing boys to the hockey god himself. Always feeling like she had to fight for her father’s attention. Soon that need to for attention turned to a need to be the perfect child. This putting Everly in a square box, not enjoying life to the fullest and giving herself many rules to follow. She does find herself drawn to one of her father’s teams hockey players who easily gets under her skin.
Wyatt loves playing hockey, it is all he has ever dreamed of. When he looses his best friend, he changes his path by asking for a trade. Needing to be there for his family. He has found his way with his new teammates but keeps everyone else at arm’s length. On the outside he seem like a happy go lucky guy but he can’t seem to shut of the guilt of his loss. He finds pleasure in riling up the princess Wynn when he get a chance, but the more he gets to know her the more he wants to know.
Can they fool the media with their plan? Will they be able to keep each other at arms length? Or will all their time spent together cross that line?
Looking forward to more Wynn madness.

This is another heartwarming and sexy hockey story by Kelly Jamieson. It is an entertaining story with engaging characters and I also enjoyed all the secondary characters; many of them making appearances from past stories.
Wyatt stole my heart. He is funny and charming and has a lot of confidence. Wyatt lives life to its fullest and he is the perfect guy for Everly. Unfortunately, Everly has a lot of issues and is afraid to let herself enjoy life.
Once Wyatt and Everly start to spend time together, Everly slowly lets down her guard. She is able to have fun and doesn’t feel the anxiety she usually has.
Everly and Wyatt are successful and appear confident but they are both vulnerable and have issues they are afraid to share. They are perfect for each other, they just need time to figure that out. I especially loved all the chemistry flowing between them. Great story.
When Everly wakes up and finds herself in Wyatt Bell’s bed, she’s horrified. Well, maybe horrified is too strong. Freaked out might be a better description. Because she knows better than to get involved with another hockey player. Especially a hard partying one who plays for her family’s team. Sigh…
Wyatt isn’t exactly the party boy his reputation leads Everly to believe he is, though. Everly isn’t exactly the princess her reputation leads Wyatt to believe she is. Now if only they could get on the same page and realize they’re more than their reputations. More than just the princess and the playboy jock. And if only they could just be together. Everly, the one who runs her family’s foundation. Wyatt the one who plays for one of her family’s hockey teams. Together, they could be special if only they’d get out of their own ways and allow themselves the love they deserve.
I haven’t read any of the other stories in this series, and I could tell all the characters had serious history with each other, but I was easily able to get into Wyatt and Everly’s story, and I loved it! It’s sexy and entertaining and Wyatt and Everly are a great couple who just had a few demons to lay to rest. As hockey romances go, Win Big is pretty fabulous, and I can’t wait for more of Kelly’s take on hockey love.
This newest addition to the Wynn Hockey series brings us Everly and Wyatt, the good girl and the good-time guy. Except things aren’t always as they seem, and there’s more to both of them than what people see on the surface. This one is a bit more serious than what we’ve seen in the series, but Kelly Jamieson’s wit is still present, especially in the banter between Wyatt and Everly. Both characters are likable and relatable, and their chemistry comes through even when they’re butting heads. Win Big also focuses more on the Wynn family dynamic than the gameplay, so if you’ve followed the series, you get to catch up with past favorites in addition to falling in love with this couple. As this is part of a series, it should be noted that this book can stand on its own. There is a continuing story of upheaval within the family, but it isn’t hard to figure it all out with the information the author gives us. There’s also a handy little who’s who in the front of the book to help keep the family members straight. As for this one, the story is engaging, the characters are well-drawn and likable, and it’s a good mix of serious and not so serious. All in all, a solid addition to the series.
Perfectionist Everly knows she needs to stay away from playboy, keep-it-fun-and-casual hockey player Wyatt. She has no intentions of repeating past mistakes. But after a night together they are forced to confront their feelings. Can they stop bickering to figure out if what they are feeling for each other is real? And what happens when they have to come to terms with their hidden pasts?
I thought Wyatt and Everly were fantastic together. They enjoy pushing each other’s buttons & love to make up. Wyatt shows Everly that she does not need to be perfect all time, and Everly helps Wyatt overcome his guilt from past events. With drama coming from the Wynn family members as well as from Wyatt’s past, there’s nothing that these two can’t overcome together. A great read from this author! Looking forward to reading more!
It’s no secret I’m a fan of sports and family series. I love sports romances mostly because it’s a sure bet I’m getting a delicious alpha hero in the story and the family series always hit me in the #feels, which makes Kelly Jamieson a double #win for me with the Wynn Hockey series!!
Everly and Wyatt are all the good things I look for in fictional characters!! I loved everything about them, as individuals and as a couple. Their tension and banter were spot on and their likability meter was thru the roof! Their story made me feel like I could be one of their friends! Their journey was relatable and so much *happy sigh*
You really cannot go wrong with a book by this author #TRUST
Kelly Jamieson knows how to write a hockey romance!! Win Big takes us back to the Wynn family with the story of Everly and Wyatt. The characters are wonderfully developed and spend some time with the characters from the fist two books. The story is one of resistance to date at first (on Everly’s part), moving to fake dating, moving to real dating, all while both have their secrets that you just wish they’d expose to each other. It was a fast and fun read and a good add to the series.
I loved this latest hockey romance focusing on the Wynn family. Not only did Win Big have a story I couldn’t put down, but the characters and their steamy chemistry made it an all around great romance.
Everly is part of the Wynn hockey family. Even though she doesn’t play the game, her entire family does and she runs their team’s charitable foundation. She tends to date men who are socially acceptable but don’t tempt her heart. Then she meets Wyatt, a player on the Condors team. He seems like a charismatic, fun guy who doesn’t take anything seriously. When they share a kiss on New Year’s Eve, their chemistry is explosive.
Everly and Wyatt both try to keep things light, but they can’t ignore their intense connection to each other, physically or mentally. Both of them are weighed down by what they think is heavy baggage, but they finally discover they need each other to help carry the burden. Their relationship develops against the background of family drama and, of course, lots of hockey games. These two characters are perfect for each other, and the author’s story shows that their stumbling blocks are realistic ones on their way to their happily ever after. Win Big was my favorite installment so far in the Wynn hockey family, and I can’t wait to read more.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advance copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
Fun entertaining read! Everly’s father owns the Condors, the hockey team Wyatt plays for which means he’s off limits but when they get together it’s too easy to push each other’s buttons. Wyatt is the life of the party, life’s too short, you only live once which is totally opposite of Everly who seems to strive to be perfect. Great banter, plenty of humor and heat makes this a great read!
Everly Wynn is the poster child for perfection and thrives on structure. Wyatt Bell is the life of the party and all about living in the moment. When these two decide to explore their explosive chemistry the question becomes: do opposites attract? And are these two really what they seem?
‘Win Big’ is the third installment of Kelly Jamieson’s “Wynn Hockey” series, and it is hands down my favorite. I was thrilled to be selected by Netgalley to receive an ARC of this title (in exchange for my honest review), because it was already on my TBR list. One of the things I enjoyed most about this novel is that it explores mental illness (namely anxiety) in a refreshing and humanizing way. I found myself personally identifying with Everly because her experience with anxiety is written so authentically. I also like the fact that the novel wasn’t afraid to address the past traumas of both protagonists, and show the growth that they both experience throughout the arc of the story. I think Wyatt is one of my favorite heroes, and Everly is a strong, resilient heroine. (And the fact that Everly and Wyatt have white-hot chemistry doesn’t hurt, either.)
Do yourselves a favor and read the entire series (if you haven’t already) and hope that there are more Wynn stories to come. Because these novels—especially ‘Win Big’—don’t disappoint.
I’m really enjoying the Wynn Hockey series by Kelly Jamieson. Getting to know Everly and Wyatt was fun. I liked that the perfect princess wasn’t so perfect and the live life to the fullest Wyatt had a serious, dedicated side. It’s interesting to watch them learn things about each other that even their family don’t know.
Jamieson creates deep, multi-faceted characters and sets them in an interesting story. These two in particular have flaws that make them more endearing and easier to relate to and I liked that.
I’m not sure what’s next but I look forward to reading more from Jamieson.
Everly Wynn is the only girl in a family of hockey stars. Always trying to get her Dad’s attention since her major mistake at age 16 that almost ruined her life. She currently runs the foundation for her Dad’s NHL team, that raises money for charities. Everly has decided a no-man rule in her life, it’s easier this way. Never say never, now that she’s been paired with the new star, Wyatt Bell. He’s a playboy, and it seems that everything is fun and games for him. No thanks to that!
Wyatt has learned the hard way how hard life can be. Which is why his outlook on life is to enjoy it to the fullest. But inside, that’s not the real him. Now that he’s been working side by side with Everly, he can’t stop thinking about her. He also wants to make her smile and hopefully let her see the real him.
Their chemistry is amazing but Everly does resist, until she sees the person inside Wyatt that is just waiting to come out. This was such a sweet and romantic story. I love everything Kelly writes!
I received a copy of this arc in exchange for an honest review.
Love the Wynn family! Ashley @Carolina Chic’s Read
Every Wynn family member makes me fall in love with the Family even more. Everly is every bit a Wynn and the first of the girls we get to see the story. Wyatt is a player of Everly dad’s hockey team and for that it maybe a hard no on if these two could dates. But will these two let the facts that Wynn plays for Everly’s dad’s team or will these two throw caution to the wind and go for it. Love how Kelly brings in all the family members to this series.
I was excited when I read the blurb and saw that this was Everly/Wyatt’s story. Everly was an immense presence in Theo and J.P.’s books, and I couldn’t wait to read about her. I wasn’t disappointed.
Win Big’s plotline was well written and flowed well. The author was able to keep my attention focused on the plot through the entire book. Lately, I have found my attention wandering when reading. So, for a book to keep my attention is a good thing.
There are dual POV’s in Win Big. I am not an enormous fan of dual storylines. I get lost when reading them. My attention wanders, as I mentioned above. But the author did a fantastic job of switching between Everly and Wyatt’s POV.
I loved Everly in Win Big!! She was larger than life presence in the previous two books. She did get on my nerves in J.P.’s book, and honestly, I was expecting the same in this book. So, imagine my surprise when she came across as a normal girl with typical issues. I loved it!!
I loved Wyatt also. I will say that he had some significant baggage when he was getting involved with Everly. I wish that his relationship with Owen/Heather was explained earlier. I thought the same thing Everly did. Other than that, I loved him!! He stood up for her when Everly’s blast from the past came roaring back into her life. There was so much he did for her in this book, and that made me love him!!
Win Big is book 3 in the Wynn Hockey series. It can be read as a stand-alone book, but I highly suggest reading the first two books. There is a crucial storyline that is interwoven in the book. It is explained, but it’s better to read from book 1. That way, there is no confusion when reading about Bob’s problems.
Speaking of Bob’s issues, I loved how Everly, her brothers, her nieces, and nephews came together to try and solve it. I did feel bad that Everly’s digging made her face some painful truths about what was going on with Bob. The scene where they confront Bob and his two older sons was well written, and well, it made me cry.
Everly and Wyatt had some insane sexual chemistry going on. What I liked is that the author built that chemistry up to an explosive release. And yes, that is my way of saying that they had some unbelievable sex.
The end of Win Big was emotional. I am not going to get into it, but I will say that I am excited to see who the next couple is going to be.
Since I started this series, I’ve come to love the romance and humor in Kelly Jamieson’s writing. Win Big is everything I expected and I couldn’t put it down! I remember Everly and Wyatt from previous books and it was fun reading their story.
Everly is a character I wasn’t really sure about in the beginning. At first, it’s hard to know what she’s really like. There is a whole thing going on in the family and she’s kind of caught in the middle. In the previous book, I really started to appreciate her and her story! Growing up with brothers that play hockey and a father who runs a team, getting noticed was pretty hard. Since a certain event in her past, she feels the need to be perfect and that causes a lot of anxiety.
I really enjoyed Everly’s character. Learning about her past really made me understand her way of doing things. Also, it was nice to see a character with anxiety. It’s something a lot of people go through and it should be talked about more often! Seeing her with Wyatt really turned her world upside down and I loved seeing her let loose for awhile.
Wyatt seemed like the typical jock in previous books, but Win Big proves to us readers that it’s not all that true. Yes, he loves the ladies, but there’s a lot more to him! He’s serious about his career and other responsibilites. A relationship isn’t something he’s looking for, but who knows what comes along when you’re not expecting it!
Wyatt is definitely bookboyfriend worthy! I loved his personailty and he made me laugh so much. Even though he can be silly, he also has a great worth ethic and doesn’t break his promises. There is another event in his life that changed him a lot and when we finally find out what, I understood him so much more! He has values that I appreciate and that definitely scored him some points.
Everly and Wyatt are a lot of fun together and the steamy moments were the kind I expected in this series! Their connection feels natural and there wasn’t too much drama. Add the amazing characters we’ve met in the first two books and some family drama and this book had everything I wanted and more. I’ve really come to love the Wynn family.
I have been fascinated by Everly and Wyatt for a while, the way Wyatt gets under Everly’s skin so easily had me wondering why she disliked him so much. I wouldn’t call this an enemies-to-lovers story but it definitely seemed that way from Everly’s side….but remember there is a fine line between hate and love.
Kelly Jamieson is one of my favorite sports romance authors because she not only writes a great romance she writes about the sport as well. We get the ins and outs of Hockey from the players point of view as well as someone that works for the organization in this story and it was great. I always love the extra touches she puts into her stories and this one had a few insider elements that added to the overall story line in a positive way.
Everly suffers from panic attacks but no one knows about it, they think she is calm cool and collected all of the time but there are times that internally she is a raging mess. My heart broke for her when we find out what happened during her teenage years and why she always needs to be perfect. Now Wyatt, he looks like a total playboy but it’s all a facade and Everly soon realizes she has misjudged him all this time. He is carefree and lives life to the fullest but he has his reasons for that and they are heart wrenching as well.
This is the third book in the Wynn Hockey Series and although they each can be read as a standalone I would suggest reading the books in the order they have been released because there is a family story plot that carries through each of the books and it will enhance your reading pleasure if you see it play out the way it is meant to.
Happy Reading!!!
