I don’t usually read YA but this one sounded interesting to me and I am so glad I read it. Not only is the story great the world the authors created is magical. Kat and Angie head to Willow Woods school for witches against their parents wishes. While at the school they go on quite a journey full of mystery, secrets, magic, drama and twists that kept me turning the pages. Looking forward to reading the next book by this amazing duo.
The story of Kat and Angie, friends since childhood running away from home to attend Willow Woods Academy for Witches against their parents’ wishes. Their adventures there made for a fast paced, easy read. This book flowed so well that I couldn’t put it down. Saving the world is not just for grown ups. Sometimes it takes 2 teenagers to do it. Loved this book and can’t wait for more about Kat and Angie and their adventures at witch school.

I liked getting to know these characters and couldn’t wait to start book 2 to see where their shenanigans would bring them or who else would arise from the dead.

WOW! Great story! Another one for my “Read Again” list! Only reason I didn’t give 5 Stars is because I always think there is room for improvement! No spoilers here, so I’ll keep this short! I read books 1 & 2 back to back so my reviews for both are the same! These are great stories that can possibly be read alone, although I would suggest reading them in order as the story is a continuation throughout! Lots of action and teen angst as well as some magical mischief! Nothing too graphic so the story stays PG! I am adding these to my “Read Again List” and planning on getting any others that come out in this series.
